I think Zoho's entire suite is great and assist is a great program though I think there are a few features that need to be added to make it a real competitor to others like Teamviewer and Logmein and so I really do hope that development is on-going.
Would it be possible to enable the support rep to determine the colour levels as this is a great feature in the other programs mentioned because it speeds up the remote response times a great deal.
I really think that (at least for me) speed is the biggest issue Zoho Assist has. If this program had the same performance as say Teamviewer has then I'd be sold on the whole Zoho suite but at the moment I keep going back and forth between the two programs.
I'm launching an IT support company in the UK in a couple of months and can't make up my mind which remote support program to go with.
can you tell me if speed has been noticed as an issue and if features are going to be tweaked in order to overcome this problem?
