I can't seem to find a way to search my calendar can someone help ? FYI I use my imported Google calendar by default. Is that part of the problem ? BruceUsing Mail & Calendar app, how to add event to group calendar?
In the Android App, it is showing events that were set up in the group calendar that I subscribe to. However I can't seem to figure out how to add an event to the group calendar in the app. I can add them in the desktop web-client but not from the app in my phone. There appears to be a dropdown arrow in the form for adding an event in the app (has the name of my personal calendar) but clicking it does nothing. I'm having trouble with the google calendar sync. Actually pairing with google and initiating and completing the sync works fine. However, I have a detailed google calendar, and most of it is simply not syncing over for some reason. I'm getting perhaps 3-6 items per week from a calendar that has 20-30 items on it. In addition, imported items are often at different times and even on different days. What's going on, and how can we fix it? Thank you, BenHow can I attach files to my event?

Hello everyone! How can you share the calendar so that the secretariat can access the director's agenda and mark the appointments for him?Group members automatically added to events for SOME of our Groups
Why is it that when we enter events on our Group calendars, in some cases all members of the Group are automatically added as invited attendees and for other Groups, NONE of the members are added automatically. I can't find any settings to explain this. The Group calendars I am referring to are from Groups that I created in the cPanel for Zoho (as our Super Admin). I am not referring to individual groups our users may have created. Please advise.Difficulty doing sync with Google calendar
I select the Settings > Sync > Google Calendar option, and it pops up a window as if it going to do something. The window displays GOOGLE CALENDAR at the top left, but just shows the active bars at the bottom continuously and doesn't stop to give me an option to put in my user name, etc. Any suggestions on how long this should take (waited 1/2 hr) and still going (and I don't have a super slow computer). Hi, I have Zoho Mail app on my android phone. There is calendar tab in app and daily shedule widget. When I open the app everything is fine but after one day I have problem with current date. Today is 26.09.2017 The number on icon is right but the gray circle is on 25.09. Moreover if I click on current day icon it moves to 25.06. Sync button is not helping. There is screen from my phone. My public calendar is empty when I look at it, either weekly or monthly . I can see events in my personal editable view. Firefox (Windows 8) and Chrome (MacOS). In the developer console there's a JavaScript error, suggesting corrupted data. Is there some way I can find and clear it? I am trying to integrate Zoho calendar with my application using Caldav for which I require Zoho caldav server URL and the method which it uses to get and add the events in the calendar. Hello, Since this morning none of my meetings and events appear in the Zoho Calendar on my computer or on my smartphone. Whenever I add a task in Zoho Task it never appears in Zoho Calendar although I subscribed it to the calendar. The only way of updating the tasks in the calendar is by unsubscribing from the Tasks application and subscribing again. I would appreciate any help to solve the problem. If I share my calendar with specific users my events show up in their "Other Calendars" section. But if I share it with a Group, my events do not show up in any of the Group members' calendar. This appears to be true in both the old and new interfaces. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Hello, I have tried to create a calendar invite via Zoho Calendar (web interface) to send to someone and wish for it to display their timezone on the invite. I created the invite and set the timezone to GMT 1:00 Europe/Brussels then saved it. I received a copy of the invite (and my attendee did too) and it shows MY timezone GMT 2:00 Asia/Jerusalem. I have gone into Settings and my timezone is in fact set to Asia/Jersualem, which is fine. But it makes no sense that if I specifically set a timezonedescriptions have disappeared from calendar

My Zoho calendar is not syncing properly with my outlook Calendar. The time that appears in Outlook is "Coordinated Universal Time. The Calendar will show up in the right time slot sometimes but sometimes it will throw it off by a day so events are showing up on the wrong date. In addition when my invited guest accepts an appointment my event is not updated as such. I have checked the timezone settings on my Calendar and it is correct. Hi there Sorry of this is a well documented topic... I successfully invite multiple users to an event and I receive their email responses but only some of these people's responses are shown in the calendar event itself. So I receive an email notification that they are attending (or not attending) but the calendar event still shows some of them as having NOT responded. Any ideas please? Hello - I am not sure if this is happening to Windows users as I have never tried it. We have several Zoho calendars imbedded in our website with subscription options. When new data is added to the Zoho calendar(s) it is not syncing to the subscribed users when they refresh their calendars. They have to re-subscribe to get the new data. I'm experiencing a very strange bug in one of my client's calendars where the calendar loses all of its events and ceases to load new ones. This usually (but not always) happens when trying to go 4-5 years back in time to view past events. These events were uploaded via a .ics file from a different webmail host, which may or may not have something to do with it? i have davdroid syncing my calendar to my android phone, but it can only find my main calendar. i have another calendar called "birthdays" and it's not accessible to my phone except through the zohomail app. this is again another reason why the zohomail app should sync contacts and calendars natively to the android system, or caldav needs to be implemented properly.Calendar not displaying properly via web sharing
Hello, I am using Zoho to share our staff calendar using the HTML sharing link. However, in the last few weeks, Saturdays are not displaying events when using the "Month" view. Hello, our Zoho calendar recently does not send the calendar invites to emails with hotmail and yahoo domains and comes back with a "soft bounce". other domains like Gmail works fine. Also sending "email" to the same emails to the above domains work well
