Hi I wanted to clarify something, i set up our crm 2 years ago and dont remember how i did this. We use 1 google calendar account for 2 users for booking appointments the other user has this google calendar set up on his iphone so any events/appointments will show up on his phone regardless he never sets up his own tasks or events etc only i do this on my zoho user/account I wanted to separate the two user google accounts as i wish to switch from creating task/reminders to setting event reminder

Problem with Events and Invitations
We have the CRM calendar sync with Google in a 2 way sync. This is so we can access this calendar from iCal - including adding entries and attendees. When we try to send out an invite, the list gets duplicated many times - presumably because of the sync with Google. I'll end up with 30 invitees for a meeting that should only have three. Additionally, I have no idea what gets sent as an invite - I never receive invites to myself and the others do not seem to get there. Can anyone help me with this
Google Adwords Conversion Corruption
Hi there, I'd so much appreciate some help with this. It's driving me crazy. I'm using a web to lead form on my site, linking into Zoho CRM. I advertise on Google Adwords - search and display. When a ppc, paid click visitor lands on my page and converts from the display network, the conversion is showing as a referral from as.zoho.com. This is affecting my adwords management, as it's not reporting back to adwords which ads or placements are working. Please can someone help! Zakaria

CRM API for Google Drive
Is there an API function that lets me link a document in Google Drive to a Zoho record rather than uploading a copy of the document using the CRM API uploadFile() method? Unable to use email template

Custom Function - Create Record in custom module with a Contact Look Up field

Ring Central soft phone not working
I have installed the zoho Phone Bridge for Ring Central. The problem is that it will only ring to a hard phone. I cannot get ring central to ring to my soft phone. How do I get this fixed? I have completely removed the hard phone from the equation logged out and logged completely back in to Ring Central and nothing changes.
Emails not being received?
Hopefully this hasn't been done to death before.......... I have heard from various clients that they aren't receiving the emails I send from Zoho - not great as it's a sales system! Contacts not showing up in google maps

How to make a task or event fully private
Hi, I would like to be able to add a task, note or event, that only can be viewed by myself only. I would like to note personal stuff into ZOHO CRM that is strictly visible for my eyes only. I don't want a boss nor a colleague have any way to see this info. when you integrate Docs with CRM, please retain the ability to have the documents that pertain to certain products/accounts viewed on the products/accounts tab. We like the ability to view everything that pertains to a certain product right there on the front page for the product, including documents. thanks.

Hey, Is there a way to shorten URL's within Zoho CRM? Alternatively, any integration that might do so ? I configured Zoho CRM to generate specific URL's based on some specific fields from my leads. DKIM signature options for Zoho CRM
Hi all, When sending mails from ZohoCRM to a Gmail account, we get "via sender.zohocrm.com" appearing at the top of the message. I've included sender.zohocrm.com to our spf record (include:sender.zohocrm.com) but we still see the "via sender.zohocrm.com" message. Examining the header, it looks as though the messages are being signed with a DKIM signature. Fields not being Posted by web form
We created a webform using a third party tool (Joomla, RSForms and their Zoho extension). When we submit data on the form through POST most of it comes through just fine but some fields are missing. Over ride Zoho integration so it doesnt change the leads back to original when dups come up?
It seems that whenever ever leads are pushed into Zoho, leads in Zoho are being reverted back to when they came in. So, if it came in as an Unknown for the business name, but the sales person called and received the name and updated it, a short time later, they will go back to lead and it will have been reverted back to Unknown rather than staying as the updated business name they have put in.
