Zoho CRM auto-responder and send email features: how to determine if emails got bounced
We just started using the auto-responder and lead > more actions > send mail features. Is there a way to determine whether emails to leads bounced due to reasons such as full box, invalid user on mail server, etc.?
How do get a list of contacts that only belong to a user view?
I can't seem to extract the contacts that belong to a user view, does anyone know how? In reports there's no option for "User view" and when extracting a full backup, none of the fields mention what view that contact belongs to.
Zoho CRM, Email CUTS OFF THE SCREEN in Chrome, Explorer and FireFox
Recently I noticed a very irritating presentation issue when selecting and reading emails or when attaching Documents Direct to DropBox See Screen Shot Below. I have just joined Zoho CRM. I am the administrator and only user. When I go into the "set up page" then "organization settings" to add my company information it comes back with an error :Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Contact your Administrator. Does it have anything to do with Google Apps set up? If I am the administrator and only user how do I fix this? Thanks

Can't add new task via API

Hi, Starting on Monday, after I click login, I go to a blank screen that says please wait and it just hangs there. I use zoho daily and have not made any changes to my system (Mac 10.5.8, Firefox 12). Can someone advise if zoho has made some changes affecting Firefox users? thanks
Large database updates
We've been with Zoho for a very long time. We've always contacted support once or twice year to ask for temporary additional API calls when we needed to make very large database updates or to clean up the database. When we did they would give us 50,000 calls for three or four days. We have about 225,000 records. The last time I wrote in and asked for the increase for a couple days they told me no and they told me to buy more licenses. That is ridiculous. I need to make changes that might use up 25,000

Good morning, we are in the process of rolling out office 2010 to our estate. During our testing phase we have come across some issues with the Zoho mail merge. creating a view for activities that allows past events to not show
right now, i can't create a view in the activities section that allows for past events to stop showing up in the view. I actually have to delete the events in order for them to no longer show in the activities section and it clouds my view of tasks that I actually need to accomplish. Zoho creator related list Window is outside the view in Internet Explorer 10
When I use IE10 to edit an item in related list in Zoho CRMs accounts module to edit Zoho creator information, the window appears on the bottom of the page and the rest is gray. So when I click edit, everything is grey, but if you scroll down, you find the window. This problem does not occur in Google Chrome

'new user' conflict
Hi We have 7 licenses and 6 active users. When we try to create a new user we get a message saying we need new licences. We have a new sales staff member on board who needs to use the system immediately but cannot get her installed. We set her up yesterday and sent activation email twice but she does not receive the activation email and now the system says "User does not exist" even though her name is in the list of active users - and she is inactive!! Problem with contacts related to the clients

We import our clients from another program and now we have 1600 clients and only 400 contacts because we didn't create the contacts in clients tabs. Now we want to send massive email for an event but with zoho we can send only to contacts and leads. So how we can create a view to see where the clients haven't the contact and create manually ? Products has disappeared
As of today, I can enter a product into a potential, but as soon as I press save it has gone (not saved). I cannot edit the product field from the potential page - the edit function has also gone. Is there a bug today?

A way to report on all leads for a given month
Is there a way to report on ALL leads created in one month by source. I need to include both open, closed lost and converted leads. Right now I can only see source of non converted lead and cannot find a way to add the converted leads to the same report. I'm trying to do this to gain insight into my sources of leads, volume in and disposition of each lead.

Zoho Outlook sync issue
I have had to reset my Outlook, including re-import lost contacts from backup. Now, ZOHO sync for Outlook wants to delete all my contacts within ZOHO. Isn't there some way I can choose to over-write or to replace contacts. The way it is, all I can do is push accept and watch Outlook erase all of my contacts in ZOHO.

I seem to be missing something, however, and wonder if they have missed the point a little in the way theyou have created the facility. Mail issues
The Mail does not recognize any of the contacts, leads, etc when writing a new email. Usually after entering the first three characters a drop down list with the possible contacts starting with those characters would appear, now it doesn't and if I click on the little icon next to the field to see the contacts it says there are no contacts!!! What's wrong?
