Deluge Script for CRM
It seems as though I'd be able to do what I'm looking to do with a deluge script but can I use it in Zoho CRM, here's what I'd like to do: A lead needs to be tagged as having an interest in one or multiple regions. Based on those regions, the lead will have interest in one or multiple specific locations within each of those regions. I'd like to create a drop-down that allows users to first select the regions of interest and then select specific locations from a list that only shows locations within

Products
We sell products individually, as well as by the case (5 at a time). We sell at a different unit price, and only track inventory individually. Is there a way to create a relationship between two products? If I have 20 pieces, 4 cases on the shelf -- I'd want the product for pieces to show inventory 20, cases 4. If I sold a case, I'd want pieces to show 15, cases 3, etc... Is this possible?
Customized Report problem
I'm having trouble creating a new Report - after I've filled in all the Report Information & hit either Run or Save - it goes to a blank page and does not create the Report. Help!
sync to other database
I wish Zoho CRM can somehow sync to databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL. I briefly looked through some posts from past and it said currently this is not supported. If it is incorrect, please let me know.

The clock does nto stay ont he time that we designate even when the crm is open. therefore, we need to constantly change it and it gives incorrect information as to when there are updates, times of emails, etc. It effects all readings on the site. WHY HAVEN'T YOU FIXED THE .5 QTY in the INVOICES YET
I am AMAZED to see that other people have been reporting this as a problem since 2006 and it STILL isn't fixed. I'm truly looking for a solution for my business and I thought this was it UNTIL I ran into the same problem that others have had regarding the INABILITY to save or print and INVOICE with a .5 QTY (only allows rounded numbers????). WHY isn't this fixed yet? SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT INVESTING IN THIS SOFTWARE? Please Help? Eric Olson pchandyman

I would like to delete users from other Zoho CRM to use on this CRM sites. I was practicing on the other sites and would like to use this one as our company CRM. Multiple Accounts per Contact
I'm in real estate and need to track properties (Accounts) and owners (Contacts). Sometimes one owner (Contact) may own multiple properties (Accounts). Is there a way to assign multiple Accounts per Contact? Is there a better way that I am not thinking of? Ideally, I would be able to track notes from Contact under all of the Accounts that they own. Any HowTos or Tutorials or Case Studies? Thanks.

Bug: Task attachments are not being synched to CRM
I have tasks in Outlook that have attachments. When I synch with ZohoCRM the attachments to the task are not being included in the synchronization. Please advise. dgdlux

contacts view and edit
Hi there. Wonder if you can insert a button "NEXT" when we view or edit contacts. this may be better than to go back to the contact tab or to do a search. for example if we are viewing or editing contact number 100, when we click next we will be editing contact number 101. The ability to add links, or at least display a URL different from full URL, would be nice. I tried to add a URL field to allow us to go directly to an online advertisement of our product, and the url size forces left/right scrolling.
Problem importing contacts into ZOHO CRM
I'm trying to import contacts into ZOHO CRM, but after I match all the fields and click "Import", the re is some kind of bug and the process freezes while the "Importing records" animation bar is shown. So the importing is not finished. Is there any solutions for this? I've been using ZOHO CREATOR for several months and it's excellent. I would like to start using CRM as well, but need to solve the contacts issue first. Please reply asap. Thanks Ricardo Andrade talktoricardo
