Module - Word of the Day #1
In Zoho CRM, data is categorized into groups or divisions based on similarity. Each division that has similar data is called a "module". For example, 'Leads' is a module that contains all your leads' details. Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Quotes etc. are other examples of modules. In Zoho CRM, modules are of two major kinds - default modules and custom (or user-generated) modules. All these tabs (red underlined in the screen grab above) that you see in your Zoho CRM top header, are different modules.

Hi Team - I am aware there is a Schedules in CRM so we can run daily custom functions. I tried writing a custom function but I am not successful in running a Schedule. I need to run a Schedule so that my Ageing in Days field for Deals gets updated on a daily basis. Can someone point me to the correct syntax for running Schedules? I tried running a workflow that triggers a custom function during modified time but it only runs once. I need that Ageing in Days to be updated on a daily basis. Any help

Hi Team, I am integrating shipstation with zoho flow and it is working fine with custom functions. I am running into a concern where the country codes in shipstation is required to show the coutry information. It looks zoho does not save or have the country code information. So it looks I have to put 190+ if-endif conditions to check country name coming in invoice and add country code self in the custom function ? Thanks

Custom function applied to Button not working
Hi everyone I've created a custom function in Zoho CRM, and have attached it to a button, under the "List View Page" section. To use the function, I would go into the specific Module, and "tick" a line entry, click on the button, and the function takes the data and creates a Deal. This works great when I select 1 line entry. As soon as I select more than 1 entry, the button does nothing. No errors. Are there any logs that I can look through to see what might have happened? Create a Sales Order via Related List Button
Currently within the Deals module we have a button associated with the Products related list for creating a Quote. I am attempting to add a second button to create a Sales Order by modifying the custom function for the Quote button. The button opens the Sales Order module however, nothing populates the page and the ZOHO CRM in the of the page appears to loading. Hello all I have this function that moves data from one field to the next. Hi, I am attempting to create a custom function that will create multiple records based off the multi-select pick list values in our potentials module. The function i have so far is this: new_onboarding = {"Account_Name":accountname,"Owner":"1739380000031784001"}; for each TPAservice in tpa //tpa is the multi-select pick list argument { create_newonboarding = zoho.crm.createRecord("Onboarding", new_onboarding); } i get this error when trying to run it: Mismatch of data type expression.
