Workflow Conversion from Deals to Custom Module not Working
I have a workflow rule so that when a Deal gets to a certain Stage, it creates a job in the Custom Module. The issues I am having is if I have the workflow linking the portal user lookup to the Deals, it works and the portal user can see the new job.

Is is possible to calculate the no of weeks between one date and 'Today' in a formula field in the CRM? I have a formula field calculating correctly when comparing two date fields (i.e (((Datecomp(${Vendors.Actual end date},${Vendors.Start date})/60)/24)/7) but I don't want to add another pointless field for today's date.
