Make a task visible to Creator AND Owner
I would like to make Tasks visible to both their Creator and Owner.
I have found this topic ( Task Permissions (zoho.com) ) and tried to follow its suggestion, but I cannot see how a custom field containing a copy of the CreatedBy username would allow me to setup a Data Sharing Rule which enables each Creator to access the Tasks he/she created.
Could you please show me how the rule should be defined? Thank you.
EDIT: To put my request in context: we use Tasks with access rights set to Private.
We allow users to create tasks which must be performed by other users, so, when needed, the Creator user changes the Owner user before saving a task. But as soon as the task is saved, it becomes invisible for its Creator, so he/she cannot know when it has been performed / closed.
This is why we would like to make tasks visible to both Creators and Owners.
