With ZOHO Free; How do I see my scheduled tasks in a calendar view?
Hello, I am using the ZOHO 'free' CRM, and love it! However, when scheduling tasks (tasks, not events), I'd like to be able to see them on a calendar view, so I know which accounts and how many I'll be visiting that day, week, month.

Now in addition to records owned by you, you have an option to synchronize all contacts/tasks/events accessible to you in Zoho CRM, with Microsoft Outlook. Office365 Calendar
Hi Guys I am looking at setting up a team of 9 we all use office 365 and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to set up the calendar. I have been trying to follow this tutorial https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/office365/ how ever it is completely different I do not get the option to enable the calendar. Can anyone help? Also is there any real support for Zoho? I figure I need to know now before we get in to far. Thanks Paul

In my CRM Deals Module, there is a new Green Thumbs up and Red Thumbs down for Closing Won/Closing Lost. This is a new feature I have never seen before. Does this replace these two stages already on the Overview steps? Should I do modify my layout?
