Events don't show up in participant contact records
I do not use Zoho email to issue invitations to participants for events, so I have to add them to the event after the event has taken place. I can add people as participants, but when I look at their contact records, the event does not show up.
Zoho CRM- IP address for login history
We had a malicious data breach from a former employee. Is there any way to get an IP address from the past logins for a certain user? We just need to confirm that another individual didn't use someone else's login info (which is private but you never know) an IP address would be sufficient, this was less than 1 week ago. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Zoho CRM customer portal - change user email
Hi, I want to change the email and name associated to a particular portal user. The user is seen in screenshot 124. I modified the Contacts record associated with this user: I changed the name from "vendeur profab" to "Inventaire MLS" and the email from "vendeurprofab at gmail dot com" to "inventairemls at gmail". (Screenshot 125) The changes made on the portal user's record is not reflected in the portal user list. Please help!
How to Run an Action Between Two Modules?
Could someone help me with running this task between two modules, please? A contact has 3 custom fields (check boxes A, B, C) that are manually filled. A job is created for that contact. This job has another custom checkbox X. It needs to be automatically checked if either of those A, B, C boxes are checked. Multiple jobs can be subsequently associated with a contact. Everytime an action needs to be done to see if checkbox X needs to be checked or not based on the same criteria. Thank yuo!

Is there any way to do litmus email testing from Zoho CRM? I know Zoho Campaign allows this to preview what the email would look like if received by desktop/mobile and a variety of clients (gmail, outlook, etc.). Is there any way to run these sort of litmus tests for emails from Zoho CRM?
Add an approval process in CRM Finance module
Hi, We are using Finance module in CRM. We are able to create Estimates. However there an approval process to validate the Estimates before conversion. Sadly this approval happens in books, and not in CRM. It should be possible to do in the Fiance module too. This would avoid to switch back and forth between CRM and Books.
Merging, Adding or Linking Emails in CRM
I would like to Merge, Attach or Link Emails in CRM (internal and external not associated with a contact) to a client email record. This should be possible if internal communication between two staff is associated with a client. The only way I can figure this out at this point would be to add a note (copy/paste) email for reference.

Dear reader, We have big problems getting e-mail from ZOHO CRM delivered. A lot of the e-mails send from the CRM to multiple recipients is placed in de SPAM folder from our clients. We have placed the underneath mentioned DKIM signatures for notifications.zohocrm.com, sender.zohocrm.com and mailer.zohocrm.com in our DNS. We have added the SPF with the transmail.net domain. Should we consider adding a DMARC policy? What is best practice? How to adjust the ZOHO CRM for this? Please help, this is disrupting

Auto Populate AMOUNT Field via Function?
Hi Everyone, I am looking to have the "AMOUNT" field auto populated with data that is calculated into a "TOTAL" field. The TOTAL field is part of a sub-form that is the final net amount of the contract value (salesperson enters Gross amount and discount amount and the total is populated - gross - discount = total/net total). I would like to have that dollar amount in the TOTAL field be autopopulated into the AMOUNT field for reporting and tracking purposes. What is the best way to do this? Thank

I have a button that executes a custom function (sends an email). Currently, when the button is clicked it's difficult to know if the button was really clicked. There is no validation or confirmation. Is there any way to make a pop-up confirmation window appear where the user can click "Confirm" or "Yes" to know for sure that they clicked the button successfully?

Potentials Report showing duplicate lines
I have created a report on Potentials that are at a certain stage, and included Quotes on those Potentials, as I want to include Quote Stage on the report, but the Report is showing multiple lines for the same Potential due to there being separate Product Details within the Quote, so a line is being included in the Report for each Product line. How do I only show a single line for each Potential but still include the Quote fields?

Phonebridge experiences in Europe
Hi all Been looking at implementing phonebridge all day but I simply cannot find a European provider with full Zoho One support. BT cloud phone seems close but are quite expensive. Twillio seems ok but the call quality was very poor in the trial and they only support CRM. Lets face it, the Captcha feature does not eliminate all spam. I would like to put in a request to beef up the Zoho WebForm featue to eliminate the Captcha because it is an out of date and Bots still get around it. Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to upload a File to a file upload field in a custom module using the Zoho Java SDK. I am able to upload a file as an attachment like this: ZCRMRecord record = ZCRMRecord.getInstance(...); APIResponse responseIn = record.uploadAttachment(pathToFile); This works fine, but it would be nice if I could upload the file directly to the file upload field instead of uploading it as an attachment. Zoho Webhook
Hi I have a task that requires me when a record is added to Zoho crm I would need to update a record in Pipedrive. Pipedrive will allow api calls that I can use Zoho webhooks to call. The problem is that I need to do 2 webhook api calls. The first is to find the user id (by calling pipedrives getuser method) then retrieve the user id and pass that to the second webhook call and call the pipedrive updateperson api. Can this be done? I cannot figure out how to retrieve a value from a webhook call
