Email limit reached
I am sending mass email out to my database. I have standard paid edition with 4 users. According to the Zoho site I should be able to send 1,200 emails daily per user. Why am I being stopped today at 250? How long does the quickbook sync take?
We have tried syncing three of the modules we need (contacts, invoices, products) at the same time and it takes FOREVER and then times out. Then we tried doing them one by one. We imported all three into Zoho separately. We had one invoice we needed to sync Zogo > Quickbooks to test it, did so by only syncing the invoice module but it took about ten minutes. This seemed excessive for one invoice. Now we need to update pricing for some of our products. We made changes in Quickbooks and are syncing

I have not been kind to Zoho on the forums over our CRM->Quickbooks integration Nightmares. Basically I was forced to upgrade to Enterprise to make it work right (because I needed custom functions to ensure every contact has an email address and every Invoice subject is unique). I find the solution to be far from well implemented, and I let Zoho know it - however, even that wasn't easy as their engineer tried to prevent me from talking to management while discussing my issues on the phone. Really?!
How to link data from different contacts?
We are a social enterprise and have many different types of "clients." We serve local Mexican artisans (which we refer to as clients), plus, tourists, professors and university students. We register each tourist's visit with dates as well as which artisans they visit. In the future, I would like to be able to do correlate a tourist and the artisan so as to update the tourist when the artisan has interesting news.. Is there a way I can run such a report between Contacts?? Thank you.

Text layout when copying and pasting from word - When I type up and layout the text information and input it then in to zoho and send as a group mass email the preferred layout and text sizes and spaces all change how can this be rectified? Any help please and Thanks P
Outlook 2010 Integration
I've installed the Outlook 64-bit plugin and it shows up as an activated Com add-in inside Outlook. I want to write and email and have it match to a contact and record to their history in Zoho. However, when I click on the Add-In menu in the message compose window. the button and text for "Send and add to Zoho CRM" is ghosted out.
Help figuring out which product to use or how to go about an issue.
Below is a run down of how we would like our CRM set up to work. We are having problems figuring out how to achieve the following numbers: 2, 3, 4, 18. Change what information is shown in searches
How do I change the columns displayed when executing a search. For example, searching for an invoice just shows invoice subject, invoice date, and due date now. When I go into an invoice and use the cog to select related list, many more columns are selected, yet they do not show up in search. Search result example:

Zoho mail add on problem and suggestion
Hi, Had a few questions. I've associated emails for all our users via Zoho Mail add on. It correctly pulls the emails under some of the contacts, but not others. I can clearly see emails that have been sent but they simply do not show up. I didn't know if there was some setting I was missing or something, odd that it would work some of the time only. can't put report in custom folder
Hey guys, following situation: I have created some reports and after that a new report folder to put those reports - and some default reports - into. I managed to put to reports into that new folder - however: when I try to add another report (report->edit) I can chose my custom report folder from the drop down list. BUT: when I chose my custom folder, the drop down list snaps back to the folder the report was in by default and now the drop down only holds this one entry - so effectively I cannot
IPad & launching writer
Hi, I'd like to use Zoho CRM on my iPad when I'm out and about. I use it through Safari to get the same functionality as on my PC but I use the mail merge option regularly from Potentials to generate my client documents and Zoho Writer doesn't launch for me on the iPad. Automate contact creation in CRM
Just curious if there is a way to automatically make email fields in Parent and child accounts automatically create their own contacts? For example, we have about 4 emails associate with each child account. Ideally when we mass import all the data it would create contacts for each unique email address. Consistent 4600 error with Python API implementation

How do I create a separate list of my accounts
I would like to be able to search my accounts and select individual records and make a favourites list or maybe a follow up list that I could print, or maybe create lists by post code that I can access and print without having to print the entire database. So far I have managed to create a custom module called work lists with an account look up but cannot find a way for it to display the clients address etc. Can someone please help me I am struggling to handle the fact that I cant even select a bunch
Send email using email template
Unable to utilize an email template to send mail. In Contacts, check box for contact, "send mail", email template dropdown list is empty. But template does exist, viewed through Setup. Suggestions?
Rollback or undo a mass update?
I accidentally selected the wrong field when making a mass update, and I need to undo it. Is there any provision for this? I can't seem to find it.
Change field type
In the "Calls" module (which I believe is a subset of Activities) I want to either change the field Call Result from Text (255 character limit) to Text Area (64,000 character limit) OR add a custom field that I will use to replace Call Result. Unfortunately, I can not find a way to do either. I can add custom fields to the any other modules, but not Calls. This does not make a lot of sense, so can someone get back to me with a solution?
How to automatically update a field on insertion
Hi, I have implemented WebToContact Integration for my Organization. Everything seems to be working fine as far as insertion is concerned. However, once the record get submitted online and uploaded to the CRM, it needs to get reviewed by the department. Note - I've already tried mfabrik.zoho.crm & that failed - overwrites an existing record instead of inserting a new record. Hi, Is there any way we can change the background colours depending on what area of a customers account we are in?
