Reporting on potentials under a PARENT account
Hi I have a client who has a chain of restaurants and have set each restaurant up as an account each pointing to the group account using the parent account field. What I can not seem to be able to do is to build a report showing all potentials for a given parent account, i.e so head office can see a group wide image of the activity in their business. No styles web form version
HI There We want to embed a series of forms into our WordPress site and have the form adopt the existing CSS from the Theme. Various styles seem to come with the form embed code no questions asked - ie. font-family, width, color:black etc. Is there a way to grab a completely style-less version of the form code so we can either style at will or have it automatically use the WordPress theme styles? A document loaded into a Potential
We are uploading our proposals into the Potential file, however we cant open it! Shouldn't there be a way to open the file to review it? If not then what is the point to uploading it?
Can I use one Zoho account but have two "separate" contact / account lists
Trying to figure this out. I am planning on importing a ton of individual contacts but I would like to know if they can be separated from the accounts and contacts I already have. Is it possible to somehow "flag" a list of accounts / contacts and only use one or the other?
Salesmen's activity every day
I am wondering if someone can help me keep an eye on every piece of activity that is altered or entered into Zoho each day for each salesman I have. Then I am wondering if I can set up a schedule to email me that report each morning to look at the previous days work that was completed. Can someone please help me with this. Thanks, Jason

I am trying to import Leads, Contacts in CRM and it seems to be disregarding quite a few (171 on one list) because it doesn't contain information in the "mandatory fields". I see there is a red asterisk by "required fields" but I have the required fields mapped. Therefore I am uncertain what it is asking.

I have imported around 2000 accounts into Zoho. I'm trying to import an additional 1000 but for whatever reason I keep on getting the following message "File should not contain more than 126 rows." . Notes updates for Accounts and Contacts using Google Browser
I seem to be having a problem when trying to enter a new note for a Contact or Account where the note doesn't appear to save. This problem seems to be associated with my Google Browser (my default browser). When I go into IE8 the problem does not exist. It also show that although it appears that I am not saving the note in Google it is actually being saved as I have multiple entries with the same note.
Email tracking on tablet version?
Hi, I can't see if this has been asked before, apologies if it has. I use Zoho CRM on my laptop (Windows) and the tablet version t.zoho.com on my iPad. On the laptop version all my outgoing emails are tracked in the relevant contact's records. But that doesn't seem to be the case when I view that same contact on the tablet version. Am I missing something, or is this simply a feature that doesn't exist on the tablet version? Thanks David
Zoho Outlook app syncing issues
I'm having a lot of difficulty to get contacts and emails to sync properly. It seems that any external contacts/emails sync easily, but anything from within the company will not sync at all. This is a huge problem and is greatly discouraging me from recommending this CRM for company use.
Eroneous information in new potential
I have a report which looks at which promotions have been purchased. I search and filter on a custom field named “Promotion Purchased” which has a pick list. The search criteria is “Promotion Purchased Cannot be Empty.” The problem I am having is if a “Promotion Purchased” is in an Account’s record any potential created for that account is showing up in the report even though the potential does not have anything entered in the “Promotion Purchased” field.

task priority by color
Hi all ... In Zoho CRM on the homepage you've got several components. One of them is the "open tasks" component. I was thinking, is it possible to use some color labels, backgrounds, ... to identify the several priority levels. Like red for "urgent" tasks, green for low priority tasks, ... . Zoho Theme Colors
Hi Zoho Guru's, We are migrating from Goldmine to Zoho. So far like the web interface. The biggest issue is that the current theme contrast puts a lot of strain on the user eyes. I think it is time for Tasks & Events to be upgraded to include some of the more usual features in apps of this nature. Tasks should have the ability to reschedule a task into annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly , daily schedules AND include multiple reminder prompts as most task apps do. The events and task app should have the ability to show or not show completed tasks and events as a selection option. Custom fields to prioritize follow-up with Contacts
I need assistance implementing the Last Activity Time or Last Modified Time into custom forms. Everything I've tried is not working. I have ZohoCRM set up to sort my contacts based on Aged Importance. If I don't need to contact the client, they don't show up on my list. When I go to a contact and want to add that contact to a campaign I get a popup that shows the first 10 of all campaigns I've ever worked on, including the ones that are complete or inactive. Is there anyway to have this list default to just my active campaigns, so I don't have to wade through a bunch of campaigns I'm no longer working on?
