Make a note in multiple contact
I've created a "list" of 100 contacts for a postal mailing. How may I make a "note" in each contact's record saying "sent marketing promo1 on xx/xx?"
emails not showing in client view
I am having a problem with the mail function. I have had multiple interactions through email w/ contacts that have not been imported into the contacts section under each individual contact in ZohoCRM. Can someone please assist me?
Define company as a link in lead module
Hello everyone ! I would need your helps. Actually when I'm opening the leads list, I can enter on the card only while clicking on the name. i would like to click on the company name instead.. As you can see : Moreover, all of the leads are sorted by Name, I really would like to change this while sorting it by Company :) Thank you for the help !
Export CSV data into one Excel spreadsheet - help needed
Hello I have about 40 records in Zoho CRM that I have paid to have exported as a CSV. What I would like to do is have these individual CSV files merged, and have each account on a separate tab within Microsoft Excel. I had thought about copying and pasting, but the data would be impossible to do this way as the downloaded data was supplied as accounts, calls, notes etc. Can someone tell me how I can easily do this please? Syncing Products
From what I read in the integration between Zoho CRM & Zoho books description (below) I should be able to create a product in Zoho CRM and have it synced to Zoho Books, but this did not work for me. I created a product in Zoho CRM and it is not showing up on Zoho Books items. Any suggestions? “Can I import item/ product list/ payment received data from Zoho Books to Zoho CRM?No. Integration allows for the import from Zoho CRM to Zoho Books and not the reverse.”

how do add a new field before importing contacts? There is no field for 'Website' when i import!
API call to get total API calls remaining
It would be very helpful if I could do an API call that would tell me how many API calls I have remaining that would be great. It would make it even greater if that DIDN'T count as an API call itself. I have many scripts that do API calls but there are all separate (Some even reside on separate servers). Knowing how many API calls I have remaining would allow me to exit my script nicely if no API calls remain.
Zoho Improvements/Features/Frustrations
I've been making a list over the past 9 months of some Zoho features that I think could be improved on, changed, or annoy me every single day. 1. automatic scrolldown everytime I make a task is so annoying 2. any action in tasks resets the whole page, for instance if I am going through overdue tasks, checking the boxes to mass update them, and I decide one task is already done and I close it, it undoes all of my checked boxes and sends me back to the top of the page 3. inventory module: quantity in stock is broken
for the last week, my warehouse thought they were losing their minds. The module used to function and now it is not. Create a Purchase Order - amount 'on order' increases Edit the Purchase Order to change status to 'approved' and the on order amount goes back to zero Edit the Purchase Order to change the status to 'received' - amount 'in stock' no longer increases and amount 'on order' goes into negatives - the improper 'zero' reduced by the correct amount ordered very urgent for us - please address
Migrating the Notes when promoting a Lead
Hello all When promoting a Lead to a potential, is there a way to keep the notes that have been placed in the lead? It would be really useful if we can Failing that, after a lead has been promoted, how do you go and review the notes of the "promoted" lead? That way I can manually copy the detail if required. Viewing (Previously Set) Tasks in Leads module...
Can anyone point me to an area that describes how to view and manage previously set Tasks in the Leads module? I can set a task without a problem but when viewing my set tasks I cannot see details (name, contact etc) of the Lead. I am sure this is a simple editing issue but have spent along time trying to resolve without any success. Many thanks Mike

we are trying to create an auto format to take all text in the database and make it capital. This will be fitting as the software we are trying to replace does this already.
Calendar module access denied
Hi We subscribe to the zoho crm professional and I want to be able to see the zoho calendar module but it doesn't seem to be available; I get this error message when I click on the 1 day or 7 day icon; Permission Denied You do not have permission to view this component as corresponding module has been disabled in your profile settings (or) in Organize Tabs How do I fix this? QuickBooks Connector - Inventory Parts are not supported as Products
Is this something that Zoho plans on fixing? I'm interested in what others are doing to get around this limitation. If you want to track Costs of Goods Sold at the organizational level, QB makes you use Inventory Items which in turn breaks all Product/Quote/SO/Invoice integration with Zoho. How to I edit or delete an email template folder once it is created? I have one that we made by mistake and I want to delete it. It does not contain any email templates. How can we do this?
Change user territory rights
By mistake I assigned a new user All Territories and then his own (GCC) territory. I want to take back that permission but cannot; I have de-cativated him and when I re-activate he comes back with the same permission (all territories). How do i re-open my zoho crm account after it has been closed, it was not used for 120 days and now they have closed it, I have downloaded my data but i don't want to have to re-import it all. Is it even possible to re-open it? How difficult is it to import all the data? Thanks

Hello, I have thousands of different products and I only need one price book with NO pricing model. Is it possible to have a single standard Price Book that I can quickly and easily add ALL of my 10,000+ products to without manually having to click add to each page of 100 products? Is it also possible to have the list price automatically sync to the unit price?
"[ x ] Send Email Notification" option is Broken?
When creating a new task, an email is sent to the owner. However, beginning last week, editing a task and ticking the box to "Send Email Notification" fails to send an email to the task owner. We routinely hand tasks back and forth within our group by switching the task owner and selecting that option.
How do I get an email I sent from zoho to appear in my sent folder in my normal email client
I don't want have to go to two email locations and would like all emails from Zoho to be synced into my email client (no need for vice versa). How to do this? PS: For some reason, the other user in our group has this occurring naturally while I am not seeing emails sent from Zoho appearing in my sent folders of my mail client.
Importing Contacts - Possible to update existing records?
Hello, I'm evaluating Zoho CRM and investigating the feasibility of importing contact data into the system on a daily basis. I noticed that it appears that the only option for handling duplicate records in the free version is to clone them. I was curious if there is any mechanism (in the free or enterprise version) to support importing data on a daily basis and updating existing records on import as opposed to just overwriting/cloning them? Getting Validator Exception? Can't send emails!
I'm receiving the following when I try to send email. Email has been sending fine up until today. Nothing has been changed on settings. The domain ssl is valid. It happens when trying to send to any customer.
