ZOHO CRM very slow from one location but not from another
One of our clients is experiencing extremely slow response rates with their zoho crm account, yet when I login from my location my response rates are great. I'm on a mac using Safari, and they are using IE 11 and Trend Micro Virus protection software. Any ideas on how to speed up their response times? Could it be the virus software?
Creating multiple filters
Is there a way to create multiple filters? For example, when I'm viewing my "companies" list I have multiple other fields that I want to filter out. These categories are things like submarket, lease expiration, building, etc. Am I really only able to search by one field per column currently? How many records can Zoho CRM comfortably handle?
On the website, it states that Zoho CRM can handle unlimited records on the Enterprise plan. My client has 500,000 customers. I'm curious to hear people who have worked with data sets as large as this. How did Zoho CRM perform? Did it cause a slow down? If a Zoho rep replies to this, I'd love them to connect me with an existing customer who has a database this large as it will have a bit more credibility coming from them:P

adding new tasks to a campaign
Hello, I have imported my leads into Zoho CRM and set up a campaign. I now want to assign tasks linked to the campaign and my leads but there appears to be no way to do this. I can only find a way to link my campaign tasks to Contacts or Potentials. When I select Lead on the Add Task screen the Campaigb pick list is disabled. Is this an oversight or a deliberate feature? Hello, Can you explain why there is this bizarre limit of 3,000 contacts when exporting data? No other CRM system has this, and it's a huge limitation - many companies (incl. ours) have over 3,000 contacts and need to regularly export these to comply with legal requirements to keep lists clean in other systems (eg. newsletter lists, Facebook re-targeting lists etc). I'm thinking about a kind of "field based permissions for users/profiles": when the stage is set to "VALUE", the potential can't be modified by the user (or better, for users that belong to the same profile). workflow rules
Hi I have a workflow that is started when a STAGE field is changed to "Contract OK" it then has a series of tasks counting down to date held in a field "Contract start date" During that count down the STAGE field will be changed to "Expected Live" Will the changing of the STAGE field halt the workflow? So would I need a workflow for "Contract OK" and another for "Expected Live" Your help is appreciated.

Barely legible font!
Could someone help me out?! For some reason I can barely read the screens of zoho cdm, the font is almost transparent! I have no idea how to change this, and zoho gives no support at all! No one answers phones or emails, I don't understand how this software is so famous, having such awful customer service.

when i am on my galaxy S3 and i am on a website and touch a number, it automatically brings up my phone, ready to make a call to that number. Why cant I do that from the zoho website accessed from my galaxy 3?? Why would a service like skype and google voice even be necessary?
Outlook 2010 Email Attaching
I have downloaded and installed the Outlook CRM plug-in however when I open up Outlook and try to associate certain emails to the CRM I am not able to. I clearly see the add-in tab in Outlook and when I click on it I can also see the words "Send and Add to ZOHO CRM" however the words have no option to click on them. It shows as being faded and not an active link. Any ideas? I have read on this but havent found any real answer. Thanks in advance everyone!

New Module - fill out account and contact information
We have created a new module and see the potential, but, we have added the account and contact field to this new module and are having 2 issues. 1) When we populate the account and then go to contact, zoho crm should limit the list to show "associated" contacts, but this doesn't work. It does work in our "standard" modules that are part of zoho. How can this be enabled? 2) And, in this "new module", I am now scheduling activities but for each activity I have to manually set the contact even though

I have the Open Tasks list on my Home Page. However, it shows all Open Tasks, including those that do not belong to me. Is there a way to show only MY open tasks? What would be better is if I could sort by Task Owner.
