Problem customizing potential stages
Has anyone had an issue where the Stage field does not appear in Customization > Fields? Support proposed the following 1)Click on setup-->customization-->layouts-->choose potentials from the modules list-->check whether expected revenue and stage/probability is listed under the list of removed fields-->if it so, please drag and drop the same under potential information section-->save. 2) Go to setup-->users & permissions-->fields & links permissions-->choose your profile and module-->enable the

Is it possible for me to connect a single contact to more than one account? Or will I need to duplicate them?

Email template fields not being populated
I also posted a message about the email template footer not working. I tested the email template before and it was working fine, now the fileds are not being populated. Managing Sales Territories
I'm new to Zoho CRM and looking for those who have ideas on how to use the application to manage sales territories. I would like to be able to assign leads by territory and be able to analyze potential and actual sales performance by territories. My sales people are assigned territories at the state level so it's pretty simple. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! James
Zoho CRM Enterprise Missing Products
Customer reports, and I can confirm, that the Products module is nowhere to be found, not even to Administrators - no along the menu or More..., not in Customization. I've checked Profiles and Tab Visible is checked for everyone. Customer does have integration with QuickBooks - could that be causing this?

Inserting SalesOrder via API 4500 error

Converting leads to potential
While converting a lead to potential, all the activities in the notes and attachments are removed. We create case studies to do win-loss analysis. Hence these activities are crucial. Would be great if we can back up or retain for potentials as well.

Hi ppl. I have a problem, i configure my Zoho Crm Module "Activities" to show me the fields that i want. The problem is i fill the fields and when i will search for that "activitie" all the things are ok. How can I import data into blank field an existing Account record?
Is it possible, to import via a CSV file, a value for a field which exists upon the Account record. For example, for the account for company name ABC123, I wish to import the QTD Revenue Achieved. Obviously, this value will change and with some moderate frequency, I'd like to do a mass import into this field for all of my active Accounts as I have new and updated data. CRM Webform leads - can CRM email me when I have new leads?
I have set up a webform that adds new leads via my website (tested, functioning), but can't seem to find an option to email me when new leads are added. The only way to find out that I have new leads is to go into CRM. I'm a new business so don't expect too many leads right now so I won't be in CRM every day. Is there any way to get CRM to email me when I have a new lead added?

Converting Leads to clients

Recommendation for custom fields to segment accounts/contacts by specific criteria.
I am toying with the type of custom fields to create in the Accounts and Contacts modules to indicate some specific criteria the Account/Contact might meet. Adjusting width of columns in view
Is there a way to make columns wider in view? We need a few things presented in our views, and this makes some of the columns (such as Account Name) very squished and gets split between multiple lines. If we could widen the columns just a bit it would solve the problem. Is this possible? I saw a post from 6 years ago saying support for this would be added soon.

I am struggling to make changes to roles. I added some subordinate roles and nothing shows up in the lookup. I wanted to delete a role. No joy. I can't even get the help to work. When I update a contact's address details, the next contact inherits the same address info eventhough it is for a different company ????? I create a list of contacts by applying a filter ( > Feb 1, 2013). I then edit one of the contacts on the list. I then lookup the company so that the address details will be populated in my contact. I have built a webform that submits user information into the cases module. I have also embedded this form on our website and the form submission is working perfectly. The Issue: I have the "Enable Contact Creation" option checked and when a new webform is submitted a corresponding contact is not also being created. Hi, quick question about the Closing Date field. Is there any way to set this field up so that on the day of the closing date, a notification is received to advise it's closing? Is it possible to setup a campaign that integrates with my ZohoCRM database that sends regular drip direct mail (not email)? Perhaps by using the API to send the data directly to a direct mail provider such as "Click2Mail.com"?
