Can you assign a task to the record owner through workflows?
When assigning tasks from workflows, I want to assign it to the contact/lead owner but I cannot. I must choose a specific owner. Is there a {Lead.Owner} code or something to allow me to automatically assign these tasks? Taylor S. Client Service Manager
CRM & QuickBooks Integration- Invoice Number
We're trying to connect our CRM with our QuickBooks information. We're having problems with the quote and invoice numbers though. Since we can't customize the Zoho default quote and invoice numbers (which are ridiculously long anyways), I created a new auto number field that will create the number in our format for both the quotes and invoices. However, since the only field that will map to the QuickBooks estimate or invoice number is the subject field, I have to copy and paste the newly created

Recently we couldn't add more than 100 items to a quote/invoice. The problem is there is no warning/note to the user, once the user adds the item everything above 100 are deleted. This seems to be recent change, may be because of the memory issues. Pl. review this. Thanks.
Web Lead Form has no Submit button
I created a Zoho Web Lead form and copied the HTML code that Zoho created to my web site. There is no Submit button for the form. So I tried creating it again and than recreating the web page. Both times the form is now on my web page, however there still is no submit button??? What do I do???

Say I have two users (A and B) who sometimes work together and sometimes independently. Specifically: if A and B worked together on lead 1 if A worked alone toward lead 2 if lead 3 belongs to B alone Then leads 1 should be shared between A and B, while lead 2 should be exclusively visible to A, and similarly, only B should see lead 3. How do I view contacts by Last Name?
I would have thought this would have been a basic feature for any CRM, but obviously not. How do I see my contacts list ordered by Last Name? There is no option in the default view to do so, only Contact Name. The omission puzzles me so any help would be appreciated.

Cannot modify accounts, contact, potentials who are from exported Data
Hello, I'm the administrator of my company Zoho CRM. When i'm clicking the modify page button all the data from the Account/Contact/Potentials is erased. So i'm "forced" to click cancel in order to don't lose the data. I can modify each field manually. I don't have this problem with new data. I tried on other accounts of my company and they don't seem to have the problem, except in the Accounts part, where the adress and Zip code are disapearing but not the street name. Can you help me? How do I add different email signatures to different emails?
I use the mail add-on to run 3 emails thru your CRM. I can see how to change the default email signature but where do I go to add an email signature to the other 2 emails? Each email is different so they need different signatures. How do I do that? Never mind. I finally saw the little button on the email that says settings. Your system isn't very intuitive.

Are Vendor Products and Normal Products the same?

Multi-Table Views
Hello, I just wanted to propose an idea, or see if there is at least a valid workaround for the time being. Right now the Views in Zoho CRM only seem to be looking at one table.
