How do I archive quotations ?
Hi, I am using the free version of ZOHO CRM and would like to know if there is a way to archive quotations so that the figures do not remain on the current data?
Email template error message
Whenever I create an email template, when I attempt to save it I get an error message saying I'm limited to 32,000 characters however the template is much briefer than that ~ 1500 characters only. How do I solve this?
Importing leads/potentials adding a field
I have attended a trade show and have 30 leads in xlxs format including notes added by handheld scanner. when using the import wizard i cannot find anywhere that lets me create another field to accommodate the "notes"
Change Quote Template
I'm trying to change the font on the quote template to Arial, but each time I save, it reverts to Times New Roman. Also, at some point I was on a screen where I could choose some predefined templates. I can't find that screen now. any ideas?

CRM Notes- Maximize Window For Editing
Hi: It is very annoying that you can't see the full note when you are editing a note in the CRM system. You should not have to scroll all the way down in what can be a long note to make changes or additions. . You should be able to see the full note for editing with one click. Dan Guttman

Copy and Paste Contact Info
Looking for user suggestions please. I know there is software out there that takes a business card, lets you scan it and it puts the info into the right fields in a data base. Does anyone know of a gadget that can do the same with a copied name, address, etc. Example An email signature file shows: Kofstad Agency 26 Rice St # 2, Presque Isle, ME USA 04769 (207) 764-4422 Does anyone have a gadget that will let me copy the above and have the info show up in Zoho CRM in the right fields? CRM Set Up - Special Application
Any suggestions from CRM Pros: I have a medical group managing patients for large employers. So far I'm using CRM to track biometric screenings (cholesterol, blood pressure, etc). The tool was invaluable in tracking and reaching out to patients for our first campaign. I'd like to use CRM to do clinical task management, tickler for future patient events as well. In addition, I'd like to apply this same process to another client. So.... Is there a way to separate the data (client 1 vs client 2)?
Does Zoho CRM track emails within an account
I work with 200-400 brides-to-be at one time and need to track each email I send/receive between me and my clients (brides). I'd like to have the email tracked within the account. Can I do this? Is a certain edition required to do this? Thanks.
Outlook Calendar not syncing properly
I am having a problem that after syncing Outlook Calender and Zoho the time changes on some events in Outlook. Plus if I have an all day event in Outlook it will sync it into Zoho correctly but it will then change the all day event to be 1am-1am and then it's scheduled over 2 days instead of 1. I've check my time zones they are correct but it only does this with certain events. Any solutions
Box.net functionality with ZCRM
There has been a couple of requests for box.net integration with CRM. A feature that I see as useful is each folder within Box.net has a unique email address associated with it that allows you to email files into the related folder. It would be nice to see a similar functionality that would embed either forwarded emails or docs to a particular record within ZCRM. A. Is this already possible? OR B. Can you put this functionality or integration w/Box.net on the roadmap? Thanks!

Hello, I just finished a large mailing so I have a list of addresses, all of whom received the same product. What is the most efficient way to add the single product (a magazine issue) to a list of contacts? The only way I can find to do it is one at a time from the product page. Problems with Outlook Add On
I am testing the Outlook Add On (Outlook 2010), and I have major issues: 1. I received an email from a contact in outlook. I opened the email, went to the Add In tab, and hit "Send and Add to Zoho CRM". At that point, the email disappeared from Outlook. Is that supposed to happen? Can we configure it so that it does not erase the email from Outlook if I send it to Zoho? 2. Outlook Plug In Issue
I downloaded the free trial of the Outlook plug in and then decided to buy a license for $3 a month. The trial version expired but now I have bought the monthly license. The issue is when i go to use it in Outlook it says i've been deactivated. So i went into the CRM settings and made sure Outlook plug in was activated and i even removed the plug in from my computer and reinstalled it but its still wont let me sign in. Is there a way to edit a field such as <Lead Source> so that when I create the custom values they will be reflected in all modules (i.e. Leads, Contacts, and Opportunities)? I recently added custom valves for <Lead Source> for the "Leads" module but noticed that the values of <Lead Source> in the "Contacts" and "Opportunities" modules remained unchanged. I would like to use Zoho CRM Enterprise. But I've got 6000 leads in my SFDC Enterprise account. What is the most effective way to pre-customize my Zoho CRM account? Creating a lookup function on same screen
Hi i am trying to create a text box field (dummy if can do that) which reads through my client records by Incremental string search , example user key input "C" so it goes to the first Client with name beginning "Clark" hopefully creating a list begining with "C" i know this can be done with a lookup but needs to be on the same page and also a drop down list but the client has some 2000 records and would prefer to type clark and get list of all clarks rather then move to Clark on a very large drop

Formula Fields don't calculate?
Hi, I am having an issue with formula fields. I have a number of formula fields built into my potentials module. When my administrator account edits and saves a potential, the commissions calculate correctly. Sales staff do not have viewing access to the commission fields. When their accounts edit and save the potential, the commissions do not calculate. Enhance Workflow to allow automatica processing based on dates
I have learned that there is currently a limitation with respect to date based workflow rules. If you want to have a workflow trigger based on a date you have to either create or edit the record on the date that the workflow is supposed to trigger. It would be much more useful for the workflow to have the ability to track dates "behind the scenes". In other words, if I create a Potentials record on 2/1/10 and I select a closing Date of 2/13 then I want to have workflow rule that will send an alert

Sorting contacts
hi guys, I have just loaded in my database. How do i sort them based on region or action that I have taken? I am calling and bulk emailing them about 100 at a time and want to be able to easily identify which ones have received the email etc? Web-to-lead forms doesn't work when embedded
I was able to create a web-to-lead form which works fine when I paste its code into a separate file (attached). But when I embed the code into our public web site page, it does not work. Please advise. Thanks! Note: the attached file is actually an html file but could not be attached as such. Rename it from txt to html for testing.
zohoWebToLead in wordpress with mandatory fields
I've created a zohoWebToLead form and added it to a page in Wordpress. The form is set to to have mandatory fields - but the mandatory fields don't work with Wordpress. Zoho Email Problems with Outlook plugin
Hi, I am having problems with my Zoho and Outlook plugin. I add emails to Zoho via the plugin and it'll double contacts and not put all info in one record. Here's an example; Email recieved from contact (email details are in Zoho already) I add the email via the send and add button The contact has Outlook saved name i.e. Joe Bloggs as opposed joe@bloggs.com in the "To" section Zoho doesn't recognise it is the same contact and creates a new one with email Joe Bloggs Am I doing something simple wrong?
