Hello, We work with a construction data company. The company provides us with mass amounts of data for projects and leads that we import into Zoho based on certain criteria. I know they are working through a Salesforce integration currently so I am sure the process would not be overly difficult. I hope this is the appropriate area to post this idea, but just wanted to ask Zoho to include this as a roadmap possibility in the future. Thank you

Hello, I have a question about the case creation rule. We have internal users who have CRM support issues, and we wasnt to manage that in CRM through Cases. I have a workflow setup to create cases from the support queue, and send an automatic reply. Internal users may or may not be users in CRM(New hires etc.). Horizontal scroll on task details page
Hello Zoho CRM team, I noticed a minor bug in the layout of task details page. It's minor, but I think in such great product there should not be such bugs. Browser and OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Chrome 56 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Activities page 2. Select any Task and open Task details page You will see the horizontal scroll in the browser. Possible solution: crmcontemporary.css, selector .tb_newmenu - remove padding-left. I'm including the screenshot, hope it helps.
Sync not working Zoho CRM plug-in with Outlook 2010
I have Outlook 2010 64 bits, I installed succesfully the Outlook plugin, the problem is that when I add the contacts folder and I try to sync with the CRM nothing happens, and when I try to synch again Outlook asks me to choose again the folder. Maybe the problem is some pre-requisite. Thx.

Is there a way to tap mail-merge print event? Need to trigger a workflow rule whenever a mail-merge action is completed. Any help would be highly appreciated.
When I customize business card as an admin, does that do it for all users?
Just wondering if that only does it for myself, or if customizing that changes it for all standard users as well? Side note, I really wish we could set the theme and colours for users and lock it so they can't change it. I like having us all the same colour but hate when I go to an employee's desk and shes changed it to pink!

Emailing Contacts based upon Account criteria
I need to be able to email certain contacts. However the sorting and criteria is based upon fields in the accounts module - not contacts. Example: We use Factory Representatives to sell our product. On the account page it has fields called: Account Type = Factory Representative Status = Active There are many contacts that belong to the above account and those are who I need to email. These fields do not appear on the contacts pages since Account is the one that determines the "Type" and "Status".

I am a user of several Zoho modules. Currently, we are using Zoho Forms to take inquiries on our website, and sync with the CRM with Trigger Workflows. The workflows send some emails and it works fine. But then I need to add to that workflow rule that the Lead Owner be assigned via a round robin Lead Assignment Rule. In the end I am going to use Skype and so I can use the inbuilt feature where you click the phone icon that Zoho displays next to phone numbers on some (but not all) pages. But whilst I was doing some trial and error of different options I found a way that may work for a lot of people and is a) very easy and b) free and c) needs no other software / plugins etc So i thought i would post here what I discovered -

zoho phone bridge calls not getting connected to extension setup at phonebridge group

I need to mask part of account number in inventory template
Hi, I have an inventory template in my CRM that I send to clients, but the automatic invoice number created by Zoho is far too long for most of my clients payment systems and they always miss off end digits so hard to match up. I don't want to re start the numbering - can I just reduce the number in the template to show only the last 7 digits. Invoice: ${Invoices.Invoice Number} Can I Make a simple edit in the HTML editor to show just the last 7 numbers of the account number?

Event view with location
After some great advice on here i realised we should use the Location on events to help us. BUT. i s there a way of showing the location in events on the calendar view with out clicking on the event. This would make appointment taking so much easier. We have been writing the location in the subject just so we can see it but that is rubbish. Hopefully this is something that we have missed and not a feature that is in the pipeline.
Mail aliases
Hi! I have connected Zoho CRM with my mailbox via IMAP. This mailbox has a few aliases and I am not sure how to access them. They work but when testing them with mail-tester.com, they get a score of less than 5. It says the Sender ID does not authorize the server to use that address. Is there a way to authorize the use of aliases? So far I have tried to add them with "Organization Emails" tab and "Email Settings > More From Address" We do not want to migrate the mailbox from our own server to Zoho
Why the delay between Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM on inbound email alerts?
So when I have my email set to be received in Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM. I will receive an email and receive the alert from Zoho Mail, it will be received and Zoho CRM too...but here's is the problem. As we enter a lead, we will categorize the lead source as "affiliate" (when appropriate). We will have many leads with this categorization. Hello, How do I search based on a contact date field please? My date field is called "Contact Created" I have tried: Using php, I have tried: $datetime = date('m/d/Y H:i:s', strtotime("-1 day")); $search_criteria = '(Contact Created:' . $datetime . ')'; But it does not work! Also, is there anyway to get the results of a custom view, as that would be another great way to get today's contacts.
