Api /Contacts/searchRecords search on date?
Hello, How do I search based on a contact date field please? My date field is called "Contact Created" I have tried: Using php, I have tried: $datetime = date('m/d/Y H:i:s', strtotime("-1 day")); $search_criteria = '(Contact Created:' . $datetime . ')'; But it does not work! Also, is there anyway to get the results of a custom view, as that would be another great way to get today's contacts.
Integration with Asterisk not working
HI, I have integration with asterisk, i can click to call outgoing but when the call is answered the Zoho is still under calling... Regarding incoming calls, there is no popup on the screen. Please let me know where i can send you the configuration or log files. Thank you Please advise.

Default Date/Time Format for Import Function
Why is it not possible to set a default Date/Time format for ALL Imports, OR have the Import function remember last used as it does for mapping of import file OR have the CRM use a Date format based on the Users Personal Settings? Every day I have to ensure I remember to set the correct format !!!

Can someone please help me i am losing my mind i have tried hundreds of times to use the zapia UI to connect my web forms to my zoho crm account. it seems to get as far as building the account but no lead gets transferred.. mattter of fact it seems to skip the step where i am supposed to match the fields in the zoho crm to the fields coming in on the web.. I have been able to make the webform method work however i cant use that due to other problems..I tried the API but that did not work for me

Hello, on my first support call to Zoho the other day they had me delete the Lead Source module from everywhere and create a new Lead Sources module. Now my pipelines on the home page do not show any lead source and all the reports show a column for Lead Source that is empty with no way to change this. I cannot change the module back to Lead Source because it says there are already instances of it (there aren't, the zoho customer service had me delete them). So now I cannot generate any accurate

Hey all, quick question: I'm trying to figure out if something is possible with Zoho. I have users which come in as "leads", which then attend an event (which I've renamed from Product). I can add the event to a user to show that they will be attending the event. Is there a way to customise that link, however? As in, each user will not be up to the same stage. I would like to be able to show that this user is going to the event, but as "Unpaid" for instance, or "Rejected" or something like that.

Hey all, I've got leads who are given products in the CRM website, and I can add them to leads easily enough. What I need to happen, however, is that different products have statuses unique to that lead. For instance, user1 and user2 have product1 added to their lead accounts. At this point, maybe user1 is up to "paid" for product1, but user2 shows "rejected". Is it possible to have individualised fields on products? From what I'm doing now, changing any field in the product changes it for everyone,

Web to lead Form
I would like to know if it's possible to transfer a file link to an attachment file from Amazon s3 to Zoho CRM. When I open the link in my browser, I see the file download start. But when I send it to Zoho, nothing shows up in the attachment section. However, I am able to upload files directly from my web form and that works fine. I would also like to know if I can specify the file upload source e.g "From Desktop", "Google Docs", "Attachment URL" etc when I am generating a web to lead form. I think
What happen when an email account is deleted from Google Apps after having the IMAP integration?
We have Google Apps. When we connect the email account using IMAP in Zoho CRM, all emails come to the CRM. What happens when an Google Apps account is deleted? Do all email dissapear? is there a way to let these emails in Zoho after the Google Apps account is deleted in Google and the user is deactivated in Zoho CRM?
Closing date from Lead is not passed to Deal
Hello, With a web form i pass a Closing date to Leads, this works, but then when trying to pass to Deals, it doesnt work. In modules (Leads, Contacts and Deals) the field is of the same format. Thank you!

Trouble with Modified By using a Custom Button
Hi, I'm using a custom button with a custom function that send some data from quotes to sales orders. The problem is that we have 5 users. If the user 1 executes the button, in the sales order it says that it has been modified by me (the super administrator, who has done the custom button). Track Leads and Potentials stage evolution
Our aim is to insert new Leads, from a third party application, trough the use of the CRM API. Then the Sales rep do their usual job of qualifying and converting Leads to Potentials and Contacts. I would like to track, still using the CRM API, the evolution of these leads. Because the conversion to Potential is done by Sales reps, I don't see how to retrieve a correspondance between Lead and Potential (ids returned by the API are not the same). Api attachments linked to other records
Hello, I wish to upload a single attachment to a potential and then link it to the contact and custommodule1. I can upload the file fine, but adding the CONTACTID as a parameter in /Potentials/uploadFile does not appear to work. Is this possible?
The Leads app is not getting all of the Trade Show QR data....why not?
Is the amount of data received from a trade show QR badge dependent on what the attending company gives to the trade show? We are not getting key data from the badge like address and phone, just name. Any ideas?
Sales Inbox Font
I am finding that the very first line of my emails, usually a salutation, that go out from Sales Inbox will be Times New Roman and the rest of the email will be in my standard font (set to Verdana). It does not look this when when composing, but I can see thru my email server Sent folder as well as seeing some test emails come in, this is happening from the recipient's perspective. Zoho CRM and Zopim integration Workflow not triggered

Please tell me this typical CRM functionality is available in Zoho CRM.. A lookup only allows one.. but I want to relate several contacts in a related list to one record in a custom module.. Hi Currently anyone can send individual emails and mass emails to any client no matter if it is theirs or not. We have set it so that everyone can see everyones notes, tasks, and emails sent from CRM. I want to keep allowing my CRM users to see other users Leads/Contacts/Accounts but I don´t want them to be able to Send Mass emails to them, and allow them to send only to their own Leads/Contacts/Accounts. Hope someone knows how to do this

Automate Account Name by Concatenating Other Fields
I deal with consultants who name their companies after themselves. Often they are uncomfortable completing a Company Name field. Yet the Company Name field is mandatory. To get around this I need to be able to lift the First Name and Last Name from the Lead/Contact to complete the Account/Company Name. Please tell me there is a way to automate the completion of Account Names with the First/Last Name variables. If not.. Please tell me a workaround. Much appreciated.
