Mass Deleting Imported Leads
Is there no way to mass delete more than 100 leads at a time? I imported over a month ago so there is no way for me to revert back. I can't believe no one can do this - surely other people run into this issue.
Is there any performance difference between getSearchRecordsByPDC and searchRecords API ?

Attach call record with Leads or Deals or Campaigns
I am successful in attaching a call record to a Contact. But how do I do the same for other types ? What should i send instead of CONTACTID ?
Tracking Products Owned
What's the best way to track products that an account owns in CRM? Adding a product to the account would seem logical, but from what I can tell you can't create workflows off of the products owned and you can't mass assign products to imported accounts. So, it seems like there must be some other best practice for tracking the products that an account owns. One that gives more flexibility.
Visits in CRM not visible
Two of our non super users cannot see "Visits" in CRM (coming from SalesIQ). They should have full access to everything, but "Visits" are not part of their view on CRM ?

Dynamic date fields - work arounds
Hello Community Does anyone have any good work arounds for the lack of dynamic date fields in CRM? Account showing as inactive
My other account userid :clicknetllc@gmail.com is showing inactive. I use that extensively everyday. I have several employees using it. I use the zoho subscriptions as well. All my clients information is in tjere over 500 accounts. I am freaking out, it is saying that my account is inactive. Someone please teach out to me and let me know what the heck is going on.
SalesInbox Activation for ZOHO CRM
We are on Enterprise CRM and I was looking at the SalesInbox Email tool. If I request access, will this effect all my users? Or do I enable this for each person? I have one user using POP3 because she needs the email button. Will this switch her automatically to SalesInbox if Igain access? Lastly, the rest of my users are using Imap... Happen to them? Thanks!
How do people attach email from Outlook 2016 or Apple Mail to CRM Potentials, or Quotes?
We use Outlook 2016 with Office 365, and then my laptop is a Macbook so Apple Mail. I'd love to easily be able to attach email from these programs quickly to Zoho CRM Opportunity records or Quote records. Blank Fields in Self Created CRM Report
I finally figured out how to get notes into a report, all info I request to show is there, I see the field for Account Name however that field will not populate. I do have an account name tied to the deal & am pulling in the notes made under the deal. The Account Name will not show in the field though, please help! (See below) Thank you!

contacts from zoho crm not syncing back to outlook
I had the outlook plugin working on an old windows 7 computer with outlook 2010. I have now installed the plugin on outlook 2016 running in windows 10. There are a few contacts that are in zoho that for some reason aren't in my outlook list. The plugin makes no attempt to bring them into outlook when it runs though. Any thoughts? It also appears that changes I'm making to a contact on the outlook side aren't being made to the zoho side. As a quick experiment I added some gibberish to the notes

Trial CRM Plus -> CRM Professional
Hi everybody. I`m using Zoho since last week and still have 7 days on my trial mode. I've tested Free, Standard, Professional, Enterprise and finally CRM Plus. I think the best one for me will be CRM Professional. From Free to Enterprise, I was swithing between versions in the Setup Menu. Now that i've switched to CRM Plus and i can't go back. Hi Zoho, I am looking into whether it is possible to create a recurring (e.g. weekly, monthly) task in Zoho CRM. In this Knowledgebase article on Recurring Activities, it would seem that this is possible - https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/activities/create-activities.html#Create_Recurring_Activities It seems that this should be possible. Reuse Custom Function in Button already available in Workflow?
I have a Custom Function that I use from within a Workflow. Am I correct in my understanding that the only way to use the same Custom Function from a Button is to recreate the function in the Button Workspace (or at least create another function that in-turn calls it?)
