How can I schedule call in Zoho CRM using the API? I am able to create a call history record. But it creates all records as closed/completed. I want the call to be created as open and it should be a scheduled call. What is the XML data that I should send?
How to create a custom list view button?
I need a custom list view button that would create a record in a related module for each record selected. Some background: The purpose of this function to track attendance. I have a custom module "students" and a custom module "attendance." These two modules are related by a lookup field "student." I would like to see my students in a list view and select who was in attendance each day. I would select the records and then use the custom button to create a related record "attendance" for each
Account Plans & Features
Is it possible to have two users on two different plans? For example, can the administrator be on the CRM Plus plan while another member in the group is on the Enterprise plan? Any help on this is sincerely appreciated!
Deleting Leads
I'm having an issue deleting leads. I am the "Super Admin" but for whatever reason can't delete any leads. Once i click the delete, it states that i don't have the admin rights to do so?
What do YOU put in a Deal's description vs in notes
I'm curious what type of information people put in the Description vs. the Notes fields for Deals. For instance, I would think the Description would hold details specific to the deal, whereas Notes gives updates on where/how the deal is progressing. Anyone do otherwise, and why?
Can't create an Event with a Related Lead
I can't create an Event with a related Lead. I include these two fields with my xmlData parameter but the field does not populate: <FL val="RELATEDTOID">2111963000000333438</FL> <FL val="SEMODULE">Leads</FL> I can only add a Related To Lead on the website, not through the API. I've tried using the lead's full name but nothing seems to work. Any help very much appreciated.

Email Status filter not working properly
Leads module Email Status in the last X weeks and in the last X months are not working properly. Only in the last x DAYS works properly. Tested this with both sent and opened. Contacts module Only in the last X months doesn't work. Weeks and days both work. Again I only tested this with sent or opened. Tested in both Chrome and MS Edge.

Hello, Have a rather complex question here... We are sending mass emails to our Leads as part of a marketing campaign. I want to make sure that we do not send emails twice to the same lead. Therefore, I created a drop-down field called "Intro Email" that we can mass update upon sending out the emails to select leads. My question - Is there a way to set up workflow automation to auto-update this field as we send the Leads a mass email? If you have any other recommendations as far as best practices

Hi, I want to pull out a report of who opened the mass email sent through Contacts. If I go to Setup/Templates/click on my template/Analytics, I can see % of open rate and click rate. However, I don't know which specific contacts did not open my email. How do I pull out that list of contacts with their emails? Is it possible to add a category, or a tag, to a CRM contact so you can sort names by relevant interest and create an email list for marketing or invitations? We have a Zoho Creator list of email names and created a List to assign them to certain categories. We'd like to be able to do that in Zoho CRM so we don't have to create duplicate entries. Custom Function to Update Invoice "Contact Name" Field?
Hello, I have created hundreds of invoices in Zoho CRM (in the invoice module). The Invoices are assigned to an Account, but the "Contact Name" field was left blank. I need a way to update the Contact Name for all of my past invoices. Is there a Custom Function that I can create to automate this process? A function that will look up the Account Name for each Invoice, and populate the Contact Name field with the Contact assigned to that Account? Thank you. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello. I'm a user of CRM Plus. Every time I made a request though the API to get the contacts, leads or whatever, I obtain a maximun of 20 elements. In the API documentation is written 200/100 is the maximun limit of elements in a request for accesing/modifying. Any idea of what is happening? Thanks in advance.

Books & Crm - Mind Boggler
So we use Books & CRM, and I'd like to send an email to all of my customers. Can I see get a list of my customers in CRM? Customer is someone that has paid an invoice. Um, no, I can't. If I pull up an account, I can see their paid zoho books invoice. But I cannot write a report or query in Zoho CRM to display accounts or contacts based on what they have done in Zoho Books. Price levels per account (customer accounts)
I recommend that besides price books that are assigned to specific products, you can be able to create a price level tables and assign a specific level of discount to a customer. ie, customer A has a 10% discount across the board and customer B has a 15.5% discount across the board. Edit Date on Notes
I just imported my crm file from my previous CRM system. I mapped out everything on the import as best I could, but the notes came over as if they were done the day I did the import versus over the past year. I cannot see how to edit the date to be the correct date when the note was recorded. Is there any way for me to easily edit these entries? What is best practice when saving emails and other documents to a record? I thought by saving to the most bottom level it would roll up to the top level of of an account record. So for example, instead of saving an email to to an Account or a Contact directly, I thought by saving to a Potential record that, that email would then be visible on the Potential record, the contact record for the contact that was associated with the email, and the account record that the contact is associated with. Problems Adding Picklist to Calls Modular
I am trying to add a drop down or pick list custom field inside the calls module. Problem is that the option for adding a new section is not available inside the customization page. All other pages such as leads & contacts have the add new section available. Please help. I want to import some Accounts. On the map fields page, I noticed the Account ID field is required. Since I'm not migrating from a different CRM, I don't have existing Account ID fields....just the Account Name. Do I make make up Account IDs for each Account record I want to import?

Problem with Asterisk phonebridge
Hello, I have installed the Asterisk Phonebrige and connected it to Asterisk Manager. I also have created a token in Zoho and implemented in the conf file.
