Update a date field in a module with a workflow
I have a field on accounts called Last Visited. I have a field in Tasks called 'Sales Task' which is a pick list. I want to automatically update the Last Visited field on Accounts with the Due Date from Tasks when the Sales Task= 'Office Visit' and Status = 'Completed'.

Hello, I'm trying to insert a new account, using insertRecords method, with HTTP POST. If the url length doesn't exceed 1010 characters, no problems, the POST is fired, and i get the records in Zoho CRM: But as soon as i add just on character, and the url length exceeds 1010 char, the "eof" (end of file ?) header field turn to TRUE, and the POST is not fired anymore, and i get nothing in Zoho CRM: I spent hours on this problem before notifying this, and i made somes tests to find the limit. Products in Potentials
When a potential is created is there a way to edit the price of the product to reflect discounts? Ideally there would be a discount field so I can see how much we are discounting but even if we could change the amount when adding a product would work. Am I missing something here?

Has anyone had any success directly linking Zoho CRM to either constant contact or Mail Chimp? Personally it would be great to have an application that allows you to export mail lists directly to third party email marketing solutiosn like these. Sales Force CRM has applications for both these products and a similar solution would be fantastic.

Product Movement
Is there a way to move products between locations. We have a number of field based engineers who carry parts in the vans. I need to book parts out of our stores into the van stock and then back in when not used or invoice to the customer if they are used. What is the best way using CRM that we can move products between locations. I am thinking maybe by using the sales order? Any suggestions.
Unable to setup sync with CRM from Campaign
I have changed the e-mail for my CRM account and generated a new ZSC Key. If I go to Campaigns Contacts -> Sync Contacts and want to setup a new sync to CRM I am told that the An account with this email address has already been created in your org. Please contact your org administrator for access priviges. I just want to be able to push leads and contacts from CRM to Campaigns!???
mail module not working (crm module not the separate stand alone app)

I have noticed that the business card view does not display when calling or receiving a call from a record in either application - WHEN, the formatting of the phone numbers does not align perfectly. Custom Field Not Copying Over Info to New Contact

How to export to Excel without the Account ID column?
When I export to Excel, I have two issues: 1) It seems to export in an older format and Excel prompts me to convert the file. CRM Potentials View - Only Latest From Each Account
Hi there, I have a view set up that shows me Closed Won potentials sorted by date. This lets me follow up with customers who have completed sales. After following up, I mass update my own "Last Follow Up" date field. I only want to see the most recent closed potential from each account. Linking SalesIQ data with WebForm Lead Record

Import Notes into Zoho CRM- User ID Issue
Hello, I am trying to import notes into the Potentials module in Zoho. I have been able to map and successfully import some sample notes, but am unable to import the correct 'Created by ID.' For example I am wanting to import notes and assign those notes based on the user ID (for example: zcrm_779782000000062001). However, whenever I try to import the ID, it defaults to my user as the 'Note Owner.' Is there a certain format for the 'Created by ID'? Thanks.
