Importing multiple records not triggering automation
Hello! I have a custom module for records that I import once a day. I set up an automation trigger to send an email on any record creation, however, when I import a CSV list the rule automation doesn't trigger. If I import one record at a time by manually entering all the fields, it does work. Thank you for your help! Ross
How to isolate Accounts that don't have an open Activity?
Is there a way to run a report on all Accounts that do not have an Open Activity? Since a Completed Task is designated a status of Completed, I can't just filter for Status is Empty, and not clear to me what other fields I could use to isolate any Account wherein I have not assigned an Activity. My guess is that I am missing something...
Creating a custom module record with a linked look up contact field
How can I create a custom module record linked to the same Contact starting from Potential Module using a custom button in Record View. Somehow my look up contact field stays blank, I was able to do it by using First name + Last name strings but this wont work if i have contacts that have the same name. i need to find a way to do this with the contact ID. Notification emails going into Junk Email
I set up an automatic email notification every time we upload new potentials. While the email process is working, the emails go directly into our sales reps' Junk Email box. can i map a custom field to a standard field
There is a standard field called department in contacts module I have tried to map a custom field I created in the leads module as this field was not there. Unfortunately, it won't let me map the two fields doesn't show up in the drop down list, i had tried to ask this question to Daisy our account manager but she does not know. I am not sure if there is an issue or that you cannot map custom fields to certain standard fields? Thanks for your input. Help
WebForm for Wordpress not working.
I have created a simple webform to embed on my Wordpress site. I have taken the code and put into wordpress. The page looks ok and I am able to enter the info. But after that I have many functional problems: 1) After entering data in fields and pressing Submit it does something but returns to the same page. I have put in the new landing page for submit in CRM but it does not do it?` 2) The information captured does not show up in CRM... so not sure if the integration works? Export Notes - Parent
Hello, For some of our users, they have found it easier to enter in conversation or call notes within module 'Notes' versus logging a call. I am putting together reports that display all of the activity from the current week. This will need to include all activity types and Notes. When working in the 'Report' module, you cannot add in a Parent or Related field for Notes. However, if I went into Setup > Data Admin > Export to export the notes, it will display all of our recorded notes and a 'Parent'

Hi! I am looking to reduce clutter with my leads & potentials. Is there any way to archive "junk" leads, "closed" or "won" potentials? I have created custom views to exclude these but is there another way to deal with this that I am missing? Like archiving the info? Zoho Outlook plugin only Syncing Name/Number/Email
Hello, I've recently added the Zoho Outlook plugin, and upon attempts to sync the contacts, the only fields that are coming over into Zoho from Outlook at the names, phone numbers, and email addresses. None of the other fields in Outlook are transferring into the new Zoho contacts. It is a bit of a pain to update new contacts into Outlook, sync them, only to then have to go into Zoho and type in most of their information again. Is there a way for the plugin to handle this? User can't sign up with email address
We had two accounts for two business. We have merged companies and we are now using one Zoho account. My admin is kchisholm@precisionpv.com. The old account was phoffpauir@precisionpv.com. The new users email is bbarlow@precisionpv.com. He has been deactivated from phoffpauir account, but cannot activate under kchisholm account. It says that he can't be on both accounts. I need him to be able to activate under the kchisholm account please.

Populate Contacts Phone and Email from Account fields, Custom function
Hello, I am pretty new with Custom functions and would like to populate the fields "Phone" and "Email" of a contact, upon its creation, with the "Phone" and "Email" fields in the Account to which the contacts belong. Account.Phone and Account.Email ------- on Contact creation ----> Contact.Phone and Contact.Email I believe this can be done using Custom functions. Is there any example I could follow? Does anyone know how to remove the contact section at the top of the accounts module above the account section, it takes up far too much space i already have this displayed in the contacts related section further down? it does not display who is the main contact (custom field) which is important or even the job title (custom field) also is there a way to disable or hide the left hand side part of the screen.

Hi there, I'm very frustrated that the address field doesn't change when an existing contact is changed to a new/existing account. Is there a way to manually do this through workflow?
