Today I pressed a link in CRM 2016 to enable bug fixes etc. Can somebody advise me the details of the upgrade?
Custom Modules Question
The standard modules aren't working for us so here's what I've done. Created a custom module called Properties (replaces Accounts module) Created a custom module called Homeowners (replaces Contacts module) I can create a custom module for Potentials if necessary but the default one is fine for our purposes if we can continue to use it. Now, when I convert a Lead I want it to map fields to these 2 (or 3) custom modules instead of the old ones. Can I use the existing Leads module to do this or would
Horrible delay while using searchRecords
Hi there, I just found that it takes around 1 min for function searchRecords to get the most up to date result. Here's an example: If we insert a row into a table, for example Leads. We insert Last Name and Company as 'DML_Test_Insert_1_R' and 'Company_Insert_1'). Then we can see that the top record is the one we just inserted when we use getRecords function. But if we use searchRecords with criteria: &criteria=(Last Name:DML_Test_Insert_1_R) It returns error 4422 "There is no data to show". You
Unable to process your request
When i try to connect to Zoho CRM i got the message "Unable to process your request" and a blank page. When i received the email to join, i click the link and just a blank page too.
Warning in templates about missing attached files
I've created an email template. When I press send, I get the message: "It seems that you might have forgotten to attach files. Send this message without attachments?" I have tried converting the message to plain text, then reformatting and I still get the message. Any ideas? Thanks.
Auto-fill fields with data from a different custom module
I need to pull email addresses from the email field in the "Contact" module into a custom module related to that contact. Also- the custom function needs to update the email field in both modules if either email field is changed. Can someone please help me with this code for this custom function? Thank you-

Hi- I see a few posts related to this and am working to try to get these services to connect. Has anyone had any luck here? Or are there any vendors that can help? Unable to access the data
Hi, I have been invited to join a group for the business I work for. At first, everything was fine, I had access to everything. However, a few weeks later, I can still login and my account still appears as active in the admin's panel, but the CRM shows me an empty database. Basically, I can't access any activity/data from my account. I tried deactivating and reactivating my account via an admin's panel, but it still gives me an empty database...
Close Open Tasks Upon Lead Conversion
Maybe there's an obvious way to do this I'm not seeing? Essentially, when a Lead is converted I'd like to close any open Activities associated with it. Generally when we're converting a Lead it's due to it turning into a Deal and any pending Activities are no longer relvant. Any new Activities required will then be added with Workflow. Can this be done with Workflow (couldn't find a way) or a Custom Function? Thanks, Ron
Twilio, sending messages
I installed and configured Twilio on Zoho CRM enterprise. I want to send a text alert to clients based on certain criteria such as dates or fields. In the workflow automation, it doesn't seem to have the option to edit the sms. Am I missing something or is it not possible?
Web form is not bringing information to leads

Problems with Charset and Picklists
I have the following problem with picklists and using the data in deluge script> I have a custom field in my vendors that is a multiple picklist. All works fine within ZOHO. However the data stored in the custom field is not the correctly formatted text. To explain. I am evaluating Zoho. I imported about 10k contacts, and then tried to add a new contact for a new individual at a company that was in the original upload. I now have 2 Accounts with the same name. a) How do I merge them b) When I create new contacts in the future, how can I select account name from a list of existing account names to avoid recurrence of this problem.

Hello everyone. Hoping that someone else has come up with a solution to my issue. If I understand the flow correctly (Salesforce trained) Leads to Contacts linked to Accounts. Deals link to Contacts. With this in mind when I contact a lead I create a call. Then I schedule a call. Once I have qualified them then they become a contact. So far so good. My problem is that when I need to call them back, and I have scheduled a call they don't show up in today's calls. If I goto the Activity tab

CRM Plus Index Page is stupid
Sorry for the title but it is true. Multiple Contacts in Calls
We are frequently in calls that include multiple parties (Contacts and companies). There is certainly some lacking in customization within the 'Activity' space. Follow-Up Calls/Tasks
I have noticed that the 'Save and Create Follow-Up Task' within the call module is ONLY present when you log it from Activities > + Call. However, often we will be logging calls from within the 'Deal' or 'Account Modules, where you have the smaller call pop-up window. In that call module, they do NOT have a "Follow-Up" Option to select. Is there any way to activate this or is it just not a current feature? When will the new Headline fields be put into Zoho? Google Adwords started using Expanded Text Ads. This will be the default in Adwords in about 30 days. Instead of just one Headline field, as it is now in Zoho CRM, there will be two fields. A “Headline 1” and “Headline 2”. New to Zoho CRM

How do I assign a contact to multiple search citeria? Let me give you an example... I want to code them in as (each seperate for searching individual or collective) Code as a Friend. Simply is there a URL to open Zoho CRM and do a search by a URL parameter?
Our backend customer website would like to provide a link to quickly go to our Zoho CRM and do a search against all the modules. Its the same search as the top header allows in the application with the magnifying glass, but I want to provide the search term in a URL and just get the search results on the crm.zoho.com website. I dont want an api with XML or JSON back, I just want to open a new browser and do the search. I have looked around, but maybe just missing the obvious. Thanks.
