One report for Leads and Accounts
Hello! We are using Zoho CRM and we are automatically sending Reports everyday via E-Mail to keep on track regarding lead generation etc. In order to find out what percentage of the original leads became customers and distinguish by their lead source, we would need one report where all former leads/accounts/potentials are in. Notes section on Calendar Day View
I have several bookings over a day to manage in my calendar and it would be extremely useful to be able to make notes for any particular day an dhave them visible on the same page. I'm not sure how this would suit other users but I imagine many would find this useful. I picture seeing the full days list of appointments on the left of the screen and on the right of the screen is an area that runs the length of the calendar window that I can edit and save notes to that are relevant for the days appointments.

creating a new project from CRM module
just tried to start a new project from the CRM potential and a window popped up saying The portal owner has been changed. You need to configure another portal and update the portal settings. I am not the admin for the Project module but surely every user of the CRM system should be able to set set up a project once a job has been won. thoughts please? Thank you Lana

I would like to keep all my lost leads where I can access them at a later date but would like them not "cluttering up" my lead list. Any way to move them or have them not to show on the lead list? Thanks!

Zoho Mail add on and Outlook Plug In

Is there a work around for changing data type of a custom field?
Hi there all, I have a question and really hope you guys could help me out. I made a certain custom field (with data type numeric) where is used an ID with 8 numbers ranging from 0-9. Unfortunately, in a numeric data type is the 0 is not taken into account hence some ID's are now 7 numbers without the 0 in the front. Obviously the 0 has to be taken into account since it's the ID variable. Now I know I can't change the data type, but is there a way to duplicate that (numeric custom) field into a new

When inserting a new Event, and the user email already exists in Contacts, the following error is received. Automation: Show error if info is missing when changing the status
Hi, I would like to set up an automation workflow rule for sales orders so that the status can only be changed to "Cancelled" if the user first filled out the Cancellation Date. If they forgot to fill out Cancellation Date, then the status change should not be saved and the user should get some kind of error message about it. How do I do that?

How to report on Events / Activities
We have sales execs entering client visits (on-site) in Zoho CRM as an Event. After the visit, sales execs record Notes against the Event, but we cannot get a report which shows the Event Date/Time, Client, ClientContact and any Notes related to that visit. Custom Notes reports allow us to pull out all notes but we cannot have Event detail included in the report. Custom Event reports allow us to report on date/time, client and contact, but we cannot show Notes from the visit. Any ideas?

New Business Enquiry report showing duplicated entries
Hi, I've created a new business enquiry report to show the leads and prospects created for the past month. Whilst most appear successfully on the report, some are showing in duplicate or triplicate. (Jon Druitt attached) I have re-created the report from scratch selecting the report to create based on New Business Enquiry Created Time, but still get these duplicates which distort the data. New Product to Quote
When we create a new product we put the product description in the details box. Then when we do a quote and print to PDF to send out, the description is coming up twice under the new product, we then have to go back into the new product delete the description and then print the quote PDF out. Find on Page Option for Mobile App
We are using Zoho CRM for client management for our MSP. Our technicians are always out in the field so they rely on the Zoho CRM app on their phone to find client information. We use the Description Information section in Accounts to store passwords and notes related to each client. There is no easy way to locate a specific note or password from the Mobile device without scrolling and hoping you don't miss it. It would be nice to have a way that when you are on an Account Details page on the mobile

Report on quotation return duplicate raws of the same quotation
I have created a report the return all the quotations that needs to be handled by my team. I setup custom field to set the target close date of each quot. Now I am trying to generate a report that will list all the quotation needs to handled grouped by the CLOSE DATE and subtotal the grand total of each such date. The result is a report with duplicated lines of the same quotation
