Scheduled report emailing lists, not tables
Hi guys Have been experiencing this issue for the last couple of days. Scheduled reports that are formatted as tables when running them within Zoho CRM, are being emailed in a list format. I've checked the scheduled report settings and there have been no changes, any idea what is causing the issue or how to rectify? This has started happening with two different Zoho accounts. What time zone does Report Scheduler use?
Time zone of the report scheduler? Time zone of each user? I could schedule a test to find out, but why not either mention the time zone next to the time, or even better: have a drop-down so the user can choose. This is especially useful for admins of geographically dispersed users.
Unable to generate Zoho Service Communication Key (ZSC)
I'm trying to sync Campaigns with CRM, but when I go to Setup > Developer Space > Zoho Service Communication (ZSC) Key, the pane is blank: I've tried to open this in Chrome, Firefox and IE(with and without compatibility view). I read the help documents on how to populate, and my account is the Administrator Profile, but I don't see any other requirements, so it seems that it should work. Any ideas?

change company of contact person in a task
I have added a task to someone that I met. Later I attach this person to a company. But the task is still connected to the person and the related to field is empty. Example: I create a task for Mr Jones. I don't know which company Mr Jones works for. A week later I create company ACME and add Mr Jones to it. When I view the task, it is still connected to Mr Jones, but the related field is empty although it should show company ACME.
Issues with Iphone App and uploading files
I want to give you some feedback about the new zoho crm app. When I upload a file to zoho crm app, it doesn't not GROUP potentials by closing date like it used to. Also, when a file is being uploaded, there is no status bar near the file so I can't see if it has finished uploading or not

Connecting Google Drive folder with an individual record

Quote sums aren't accurate
One of my sales people produced a quote, and the sum isn't accurate. There is no discount applied, no tax. There are 3 items in the quote, and the total quote amount is off by a seemingly random $27. Any ideas? Never seen this before.
Issues trying to add notes through the API
Greetings, I have some issues adding notes to Leads using the API (as shown in Insert notes and relate to the primary module ) I'm using curl with PHP to add a lead, and in the response I get the lead ID. After that, I'm trying to make another call to add a note and I use that ID from the previous response as the entityId for the note. I get a 'Record(s) added successfully' response in both requests, but I don't see the note set to that Lead. I've searched around the forums and I've seen some people
All Mail sent goes to SPAM (gmail and hotmail)
Hi, I use email templates to send price estimates to my leads. But recently all mail that is send via zoho goes to spam for gmail and hotmail users maybe others as well I use Google apps for my mail system and have v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all and v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all in my DNS but all still goes to SPAM If i send the exact same mail not using ZOHO it does NOT go to spam. When I accept an email invite - it does not show up in my calendar?

We have a google apps business account and I am wanting to sync customer / lead emails between our gmail and Zoho CRM. I have read the help manual, but this seems to be saying that I have to have a Zoho Mail account. However, this youtube video https://youtu.be/AGjOZMVpvHY appears to say that all I need is the google app's Zoho CRM app (from google market place). I am trialling Zoho (and think I am past my initial 15 days), so maybe this is the problem, as nothing seems to have happened.
CRM Form and Auto-Responder
Which CRM edition allows for a form to result in an auto-responder that you can affix an attachment to? I need my auto-responder to send a document to the person who completes the form. My current form does require the mandatory fields to be completed before the submit button be completed however, you can put any bogus thing in those fields and the submit button will work. This is resulting in junk being filtered into my leads.

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to read this. My problem : I have to display all records that have a certain phone number. Basically, I am integrating into a phone app and when a call comes in, I have the phone number and I use that to search Zoho Records to show to the user who is calling. Pretty simple stuff I would think. Reports not showing all records
I generated a report having Accounts as my main module and then Contacts as the related one. I have more than 2000 records for my Accounts, and have more than 7000 for my contacts. Now, when I run the report I can't seem to see all of them. I know that the page only displays 2000 records per page, but when I go to the next page, it does not display anything. Sync Zoho CRM from mobile to cloud not working....
I am having problems with the mobile Zoho CRM App on my iPhone. Sync from the cloud to mobile works fine, but not the other way around. Any changes I make on my laptop can be seen on my phone App, but the notes I add on the phone don't sync up to the lap top. I have a week's worth of visit notes that I have entered (and are still visible) in my phone but they are not syncing with the Cloud. I don't want to press "Reset" in the mobile app as that will wipe out all my un-synced notes. Any suggestions

I'm trying to follow the instructions at the page https://www.zoho.com/campaigns/help/create-campaign.html in order to create my first email campaign but I get stuck at the first step: To create a new campaign,Click the Email campaigns tab (next to the Home tab), and then click Create Email Campaign or Click the Home tab --> Getting Started --> Create Email Campaign I can't find any "Email campaigns" tab in the top tabs (grey bar I guess) and I can't find any "Create Email Campaign" in the home page.

Close trial CRM accounts, but retain email addresses
Hi, I have created an organisational CRM and want 2 of my users to join, but they are already listed as admins of their own trial CRM accounts. I understand that ZOHO uses a single sign on, but as these are established email addresses, I do not want to delete or change them. According to your documentation (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/security/close-crm-account.html), an admin can delete their CRM account. As the option is not available, as per instructions, I assume this is no longer available.
