Changing Activity dates
When we change the date on an existing activity, that activity is not showing up in the Activity Report. This is a huge issue. Are others experiencing this?

Invoices printing out all text in the same size font
So we have customized our invoices to our needs, which required certain information to be in a larger font. This shows up on the print preview but when actually printed out all fonts print out in the smallest size which is hardly legible. How can we stop this?
Sending emails to multiple contacts related to potentials
Hello ! I would like to know how you handle multiple contact for 1 potential business. In our business, sometimes we want to send to all the contacts, or a few contacts from each company which potential stage is for example "To call back" (ie: the salespersons + their boss). I would like our salesperson to easily select the potentials then send an email to all their contacts, or the contacts related to the account associated to the potential. How would you manage that ? Zoho Field Formula
Hi I am using the following formula to multiply some fields by an hourly rate and total them together. This part of the formula works fine. I now want to take the total calculated by the formula and ad 20% to the total. I cant seem to get this bit of the code correct ${Quotes.Upfront Payment}+${Quotes.Type 1 Hours}*(160)+${Quotes.Type 2 Hours}*(185)+${Quotes.Type 3 Hours}*(230) Can anyone offer some help

How do I link and email to a Contact that is not the sender of the email? I receive a lead from from a service, but want to link that to the contact within the email.
The differences between catagorising in "Reports" and "Campaigns"
As a check to be sure I'm selecting the correct contacts when preparing a marketing "Campaign" I am running a "Report" selecting the same criteria. When I then compare the results, I find that some of the selections in "Reports" do not appear in "Campaigns" and vis versa. Has anyone come across this problem and is there any straightforward answer why the same criteria produce different results?

Activity Date for Related Lead
Hi All, I'm trying to create a custom view that would show a salesperson's leads with a column that shows the due date of the next activity associated with that lead. I'm especially looking for the salespeople to be able to see which of their leads have no next associated task, and I would like to display this on the homepage rather than creating a separate report that they would need to access. Does anyone have any ideas how I can do this? Thanks!

Default Length of a new Event
Hello, It appears that Zoho CRM, when creating a "New Event", defaults to an appointment length of 30 minutes. How do we change the default? Our appointment lengths are almost never 30 minutes in our office, and this would save a lot of collective time in input over the course of a year. Thank you, as always.

Formula to compare dates and then replace numeric answers with text
Hope I can get some help with this formula --- Datecomp(${Accounts.Trial close date},Now())/1440/7 --- The results of this formula in my case will be either 1, 2, 3, or 4. I need the formula to translate the answers as follows. 1 = 1 Week, 2 = 2 Weeks, 3 = 4 Weeks, 4 = 4 Weeks. Within the same formula. Anyone know the answer to this one?

365 Outlook Re-Sync Contacts from Zoho CRM
Hi, Would someone kindly point me in the right direction. I have removed my old Outlook PST File and the contacts that were in there. I have installed Outlook 365 and have a local copy. Installed the Zoho Plugin for Outlook. Tried to sync Zoho with my new Outlook to retrieve all the contacts but the Sync is saying there is nothing to sync. Please advise how I get the Zoho CRM Contacts to populate my new Outlook Contact folder. Regards, J.

zoho.crm.getRecords has stopped working
I run custom scripts on our CRM database using the zoho.crm.getRecords function, carrying out mass update operations on some of the modules. It worked OK, aside from the fact that only 300-400 records could be processed at a time. This way I could update thousands of records in several modules. Then, all of a sudden, the response from the very same script is: Execution Failed Error occured please contact application owner. I removed everything from the script, all left is this test line: module_records

I have noticed by going through various threads, that people requested certain features whether essential or not from as far back as 7 years ago, and still has not been implemented. I can only conclude that Zoho forget about these requests or are not sure whether people really want them. Address autofill from Leads to Quote
Hello, We have structured our system to generate quotes from Leads. We do not use the Potentials function. So when I create a quote for a Lead it does not autofill the address information from that Lead into the Quote. Does anybody know how to do this?
Changing order of email legend on Contacts page
For some reason, I think my legend changed regarding the email sent as listed on my CONTACTS page. I don't care WHO sent it (to/from), but need the DATE sent. How do I make those changes on that page?
Incorrect Sort Order in Parent account

Convert lead without creating an account
We have noticed that you cannot convert a lead into a potential without creating an account. The natural flow is Lead (no value yet), after qualification you may be able assessing a value. Then you want to convert a lead into a Potential (note that you cannot enter a $ value into lead, i.e. if you have a $ value you need to create a potential) But of course you don't want an account yet because an account is a customer and your lead isn't yet When trying to convert a lead into a potential Zoho
