Report Creating Question
Hi, I am hoping that someone here with more knowledge on report creating on here will be able to assist. Whenever I create a report that includes some of the other modules i get an awful lot of duplicated entries such as contact names or email addresses. I pulled off a report yesterday of over 5000 contacts, some accounts that only have one contact and i will see each of these names and email addresses multiple times for the account. I would like to upgrad on Standard in order to use the "mass emailing" functionlity. I generate target contact lists for mass emails via "Campaigns". Via "custom view" I can not filter my targets by customer AND contact criterie! - thererfore I use "Campaigns". But there is no "mass email feature" under campaigns? Thats my problem...

Data Backup not consistent
Hi, I needed to export our contact data so that I could dedupe the contacts we had imported from LinkedIn/Outlook etc.. The native dedupe function within Zoho is a little cumbersome to dedupe 5.5K contacts so I wanted to do this in an external application, flatten the contact database in Zoho then reimport a clean set. Hi, After subscription for the free version of Zoho CRM, trial for the Enterprise version was enable for two weeks.I changed some of the pick list values in Lead source which was great. Enterprise trial is now disabled (of course) and the changed fields are still there, but I cannot edit the pick lists any longer in the free version. Frustrated. Trying to import a custom field to all accounts - creates duplicate accounts
I have a custom field that I wish to upload for all of my accounts. I have exported my list of accounts to get the Account ID I then import the CSV with the new custom field column. When the data is imported duplicate accounts are created. I have correctly mapped the fields including the Account name and Account ID so not sure why duplicates are created.
