E-Mail Potential Products and Price List
Within CRM, want to send products and prices for those products for an entire group of inventory by e-mail. I do not want to have to manually click to add each specific items to a quote. The idea is when we have a potential, we want to send them a list of all products and prices with a few clicks.... Thanks,
Multiple databases
I have my own ACT database, I have a client that uses Zoho and I love the fact that there is the mobile app and cloud access. So now I want to put my own ACT database into Zoho. How easy will it be to access the 2 databases given that I cannot link them or put all the information in one place.
Lead Organisation
I am finding that the Zoho leads list always starts on the page with letter 'P' and no matter where I am within my leads database if I press the 'back' button it reverts back to that page. This is obviously a bug and being that Zoho is free I have a certain tolerance level but this is actually getting quite annoying. Does anyone know anything about this? Zoho developers can you fix this?
Replace Custom Field (Pick List) from "-None-"
I have created a custom field for a module with a Pick List of 3 items, defaulted to Item 1. However, this does not update all existing records to have that default value. Then I tried to use the "Replace" function to change from "-none-" to Item 1, however it gives me an error saying that "Value cannot be none". Can you please get the development team to fix this feature, as editing each record manually is not something I want to do. Thank you!
Voipbuster instead of Skype

Email Templates by Record Types - But No Way to Send Them
Why is it that I can create an email template for pretty much any record type. However only certain record types can be emailed from within Zoho??? For example you CANNOT email an Account or Vendor but you CAN email a Lead, Potential, or Contact. Yet...I can create email templates for all of them. Can you please explain this...
Urgent Problem CRM emails
URGENT A new bug has appeared in CRM when sending emails. You can no longer include Zoho fields such as ${leads.First Name} in the subject line of an email. All of my customer email templates (50 of them) have Zoho fields in the subject line so I cannot sent any customer emails at the moment. The mail send fails with error: PATTERN_NOT_MATCHED
Auto-populate of Product description into Quote when adding product item line(s)
Hi, Surely by now there would be a feature where the Description field (on the product record) is automatically populated into the Product Description when adding it/them into a quote?? It seems like a logical feature to have? Every time I create a quote, I need to copy/paste the description of the product into the quote from the product's Description field in the Products module.

How can I delete a forecast and create a new one? Example: I've created a Q4 2013 but now want to delete it and make a new one. My main problem here is that I changed my roles hierarchy and now the information showing on the forecast tab is not corrected(duplicates) because I had to merge diferent roles in order to delete them.
New User, Having Problems Entering Amounts for Potentials
I just started using Zoho today, after being a Salesforce user for years. I imported my accoutns, contacts, and opportunities (potentials), but the "Amount" field does not carry over with the import. When I try to manually enter the amount, I get an error message saying "null". I've tried entering with and without the dollar sign, commas, and period but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
adding contact to existing customer
Dear all, I converted a lead into a customer. Now I want to add a second contact to the converted customer. If I click on "new" under "contacts" on the customer interface, I can create a contact but this contact is NOT linked to the existing customer!!! But this is exactly the idea! I don't use Zoho Mail and I want to close my free account(s)
It is absolutely ridiculous how problematic it is to try to close a free account. We have, over time, evidentially opened more than one trial account. Now we are actually trying to open an account to run our business on Zoho and it won't let me use an email address from our own domain because it had been used months ago. All I want to do is close EVERYTHING and start over. I am getting so aggravated I am about to go to a different service.

How can I separate all my leads by industry type? Right now they are just a mass, i want to select certain ones and create new lists specific to certain industries.

Mass Update
I have imported 2000+ contacts from Outlook (via comma deliniated file), and succesfully imported. We might have 30-50 contacts from one account name (hospitals are our marketplace), and when they were put into outlook the the account name was not always entered the same way. For example: Miami Childrens Hospital vs Miami Childrens. This has created a problem when entering the account name, and then finding associated contacts....as there may as many as 8 different accounts created for that
Potential Closing Date Changes Automatically
I was using zoho crm and the potential list without any problem until today when suddenly the closing date changes automatically without any activity from me. The closing date was originally today's date: 04/02/2014(4th feb) but suddenly it changes automatically to 02/04/2014(2nd April) at first I thought the date formate changes from dd/mm/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy but the date actually changes with the same format. Feature Request - BCC'ing

List of Companies that doesn't have a contact name yet - Lead or Account?
We have a list of companies we want to do research and cold-call eventually. For now, we only have the business name and high level information like address, etc. How can we manage this in Zoho? We cannot import into "Leads" because we don't have a Last Name on the mandatory field. Zoho migrated my ACT Database
Zoho migrated my ACT Database - In the process not one Account was created. Zoho created a Company field in contacts and dumped the data in. 65,000 "Accounts" imported as Company in the Contacts module. It was suggested that we copy and paste to create accounts...... really? Mass New Task
Is there any way of creating mass new tasks? E.g. we had 50 customers who had an activity set up to be emailed. These have all been done and mass updated so the tasks are completed, I'd now like to create a new task for all of these for a follow up phone call the following week.
