E-mail campaign
Hi, I'm a new Zoho user and I have a question about E-mail campaign. I tried to create an e-mail campaign with the "campaign" module but it doesn't permit to link specific leads, mail template, and so on; otherwis, If I use the "mass-mail" function thee isn't a way to link it to a specific campaign. CRM - Email Marketing
I've been looking at several on-line CRM solutions. Hands down, ZOHO has the best database and system. However, nothing is more important to CRM marketing than emails. ZOHO's limit of 250 emails per day and 2,000 per day for an incredible $100.00 per month is a deal killer. HyperOffice offers unlimited daily email and WebOffice will give us up to 10,000 per day. Any chance you guys are going to rethink this? Paul

Edit Fields in Leads?

printing a letter with saving history
Hi, I want to write a letter (several pages with page number and nice formated) to one lead (or contact) and print it out. I am not sure to be able to write the letter using the zoho writer. Especially with heading and footing and the page number. Will this be possible? When I use the writer to write a letter, it will not be tracked in the lead history. When I will use the Office-Plugin I will also not be able to get this Letter in the lead history. Is that true? Are there any suggestions? Mustafa

Logo not showing up on Quotes
Hello, I am using the Professional edition and when I use the quote template, my company logo shows up in the print preview, but not in the exported pdf. The same happens when I insert an image using the insert image option in the template toolbar. Thanks for your input! -Jack

How to retire a ZohoMail Add On to CRM identity and keep email history?
I have Zoho Mail Add-on for 3 people in my company. One them retired from the company. How do I keep all of the email of "retired" person in our CRM system? If I delete the user to free up the license, I'll lose all of their email. It appears that I'll have to keep paying for this email address forever to keep the email history. Is this correct? Automate Invoice & Purchase order?
Hi, I run a company that brokers a service and charges customers up front on the net. I use a gateway called eWay from my site. It would be good if I could automate an email as soon as a stage is changed (ie from lead --> Closed/Won) - and when the invoice is raised a purchase order is automatically raised to a vendor who we broker the services from. Is this possible?

Automating Invoices and Purchase Orders?
Hi guys, I use Zoho CRM. We run a service where customers pay up front on our website through a payment gateway. At present we automate a workflow where an e-mail template skinned as an invoice is automatically sent to the customers the minute they pay us online and the web-lead form goes through. Is there a way we can automate a process with Invoices where, on stage change, a proper Invoice is sent out and also a purchase invoice is sent to our vendor?

I am disappointed that there are no plans to support quickbooks properly at this time. Does anybody have a workaround, I have spent alot of time getting zoho to work for me however it is looking like I may have to find another CRM. -Seth
Possible to create report on last contract with people?
I would like to see a report that tells me the last interaction I have had with certain contacts, e.g., last email, lunch or phone call. Even better would be a report that filters contacts based on the last interaction being more than a set time period, e.g., 30 days, 3 months, etc. Is this possible?

When i click on "create new task" i only have two options to attach, leads or contacts, but not customers or account. How can i attach to a customer in a quick way? the tasks that are created but not attached to a customer, how can i modify it?

Please advise on showing emails sent from sales@ourcompany.com to customers email. It seems that zoho will only allow sales@ourcompany.com to be associated to 1 account. Hi, I am new to Zoho and would like some advice of setting up my preferences. On my home page I have set it up so I can view my "open tasks" and "todays leads". On "Open Tasks" the subject is the main underlined hyperlink and then the other columns are; Due Date, Status, Priority and Activity Type. My question is where can I edit which columns are shown? How do I move select Contacts into "Created Views". For example we have a category for a particular area code. How can I finish the sorting process? And I do not want duplicates. First of all, I'm trying to figure out how to build a marketing campaign for the first time. I created a marketing campaign that involved various tasks to send out postcards, etc. In the future, I want to duplicate this campaign for another set of leads. I tried to clone the marketing campaign but the tasks do not transfer. Can you please advise how to create marketing campaign templates so I don't have to recreate new marketing campaigns all the time?

Salutation Field
Salutation is amongst my contact field list, however it does not show in my "Edit page layout" neither it is accessible when I create an email template. Since I am a paying subscriber, I called the tech support and got the answer that no one was available. I messaged callback@zohocorp.com 1 hour 30 minutes ago.
