Publishing Filtered Zoho CRM sheets
First, I'm really liking Zoho CRM, but I'm having a lot of trouble trying to figure out a way to embed filtered results from the Leads module. I can make it into sheet, but the sheet has no "embed" option. Maybe I'm just going blind, but the Sheet only has the top toolbar with the "Save" and "Paintbucket" and a bottom bar with the "new sheet" option. How do I embed these CRM sheets, and will they keep updating based on this filter rules as new leads come in? I attached a screenshot of my Zoho sheet

Email tagging for emails to account records
So i've purchased the new CRM for zoho and am left just a little dissapointed. It has been advertised that the zoho email-plugin brings your email into the crm and then has the ability to attach it to a record. What it does not tell you is that this doesn't apply to any emails currently in your inbox, and only applies when you've previously created a record for a contact. Outlook Plug-In does Not transfer addresses from Outlook Contacts to Zoho
I just set up the Outlook plug-in and synced Contacts. Everything transferred over, even the Notes, except for the addresses. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks. John
Limitation on date fields in potential
Hi We are using customised fields within a potential to track cerain activity. However when I get to 10 it does not allow anymore. We have some fairly complex procedures we need to adhere to and I have always found the easiest way manage a "checklist" is to entered the date when certain "steps" within that procedure is completed. Am I right in saying that no history is created when fields are updated? This makes an acknowledgement of when a "step" is completed all the more important. Please advise
Task notification email
Hi, I hope somebody can help please! This is my first post so forgive me if I have approached it in the wrong way. When assigning an activity to another person and issuing an email notification to that individual, the email that they receive starts with 'dear' and then the name of the person who assigned the task, NOT the person who the task has been assigned to. Is there a easy way to change templates for offers and bills?
I'm testing zoho crm for my company in germany. If I print offers or bills with the "quote template", it doesn't show optimal. The layout is good for a internet shop in UK or US, but not for a service company in germany. The main problem, is it not a letter format (DIN A 4). Sure, i can make a new template for myself. But is not easy and needs time. Are they another template, at least as a letter format? Thanks, Sascha

How customize invoice e-mail?
Hello, Is it possible to customize CRM invoice e-mails with an atached PDF invoice? We always need to add some text or code to the mail body (not atachment) and as I can see you can only do it manually. Please see the atachment. Thank you!
Event TIme Zone
How does one set an event for a different time zone. I am scheduling events in other time zones and all the times are off. Ex: I work in CST and I am setting events for travel to PST - all the times show up as CST. Will they correct themselves when I arrive in that zone? Please advise a work around
can't import VCF files
Every other application I have used for contacts where they "can import .VCF files" can do so without the user having to manually map the fields. ZOHO CRM is extremely powerful, but this one missing thing just stops me dead in my tracks. It's fine to have someone map fields if they are doing a massive import. But I just met a guy today, he gave me his biz card and I want to type him into Outlook (so he's in my Outlook-Plaxo "universe" if you will) and then export him as a .vcf file and import him

Thank-you for the email upgrade!! Two questions: How do you get the email tab to show up within the crm? Since most email communications extend from the Potentials Module, why did you not include this feature?
Custom Links
Hoping that zoho will ad custom links to the crm ala salesforce. We need to have links that use field data, like map it features, look up phone, etc.
Templates when using Email compose
Will you be adding the ability to use Templates from within the compose window? Not the send mail but the compose email on the tab thanks
Add product pop up window is too small
Is there any way that the default size of the "Product Name Lookup" pop up window? It barley shows the | New Product | button and half of the columns. Also the Next> button is not visible without expanding the window. This goes for the Vendor Name Lookup as well.

See Invoices within Potential details?
Hi, In our company the manager of a Potential will see the project right through to the bitter end, including making sure the Invoice is paid, if necessary. It would therefore be extremely useful to see Invoices which have been converted from Sales Orders as part of the Potential details. Is this possible? Thanks, Nick
E-mail management
Hello, I am evaluating Zoho vs. SugarCRM. So far, I am very impressed with the Zoho CRM. One option I like in SugarCRM is the ability to see "click-throughs" and "opens" on email that is sent out. This would allow me to drop my Constant Contact account/cost. Does ZohoCRM have the same capability? I am looking and not seeing it. Also, iPhone use is a factor but it appears that Zoho will be offering that soon. Thanks!
Lead first and last name in LEADS tab
I sometimes have leads/contact that I do not know the first or sometimes the last name. Sometimes I only have one of them. How do you suggest I record this on Leads/contacts if I only have the First or Last Name and not both?
Duplicate Tasks

How to set "From" display name in email template?
When managing email templates you can set the "From" address that will appear on the outgoing email, as in the following image: However, when recipients receive emails based on this template, the "From" address they actually see shows a display name of "UK Support" instead. Hi, how can I set up a Pop-up-Alert or Email-Reminder in Zoho CRM? Currently I only see the possibility to create a new task with a certain due date every time I want to keep track of a planned action. relate Zoho users with events imported from other system
I made a mistake and didn't import users list with my own IDs but created them manually. I need to relate users with events from other system.. Can I relate this users with events that I am going to import? During import events I tried to use IDs (example: 82686000000035003) that I got from exporting users but this IDs doesn't work. Use for a tutoring business
We are a small tutoring business (start up) Tutor Melbourne and have started using Zoho CRM. I have used various enterprise level CRM packages and I am very happy with the way this system is designed. We are using the free version now, but as we grow I expect that we will need the licensed version, but I believe that the pricing is very reasonable compared with many other solutions. I will write a detailed case study in a few months, when hopefully, we will have everything configured and working
Potentials: Closing This Month - missing data
Please note my Potentials: Closing This Month view is missing data. It only shows one of our users and there is no way to filter the data. So therefore it should show all users and it does not... please advise.
Edit individual fields without editing whole record
Hi, We use Zoho CRM more and more so thanks for the good work and keep it up. One feature of Zoho which I like is that I can edit an individual field in a record by hitting the "edit" link next to the field. This is useful for changing a record's status, for example. However, I cannot figure out how to enable or disable this feature. Some fields have it, some don't and I have no idea why. Any clues? Thanks, Nick
Can't convert Quote to SO because first converted SO was deleted
Hi, I have a small problem which is that a quote was converted to a SO and the SO was subsequently deleted. The original quote is still valid, but can no longer be converted because Zoho tells me it has already been converted. Any way out? Thanks, Nick
unable to log in to CRM with existing Zoho account
i'm unable to access Zoho CRM using my existing Zoho account. it comes back with the warning (see attached) that another account will be created for me if i continue (see attached) and, therefore, i press the Cancel button. i guess Zoho CRM is not working properly in SSO?
New User
Trying to add a new user to our account. When he is logged in through the link on the invitation email to the main account page and tries to continue to CRM a page shows 'important note' CONTINUE OR CANCEL. We presume he already has a user id and hit CANCEL, then it simply goes back to the account page, hit CRM again and the same happens. Cannot get in to CRM for our new user. Wil have to cancel account and find new provider?
Updating Account Data
How do you update account (field-specifc) data without overwriting or duplicating current data when importing? We need to add weekly updates to our accounts. However, in testing, we could not seem to import the information correctly without causing a duplication or overwriting the current data. Thanks.
Mapping Custom Fields
I am trying to map custom fields to autofill data when converting from a quote to Sales Order to Invoice. When I go into the Setup ---> Quote ---->Fields List ----> Map Custom Fields all of my fields are mapped the way I want them (For Instance Scope of Work (Internal 1) Should autofill the same data after each conversion) but when I convert it these fields are blank and do not have the information I need. What am I doing wrong and does anyone know how I can fix this?

Ability to match products with leads
I have been using Zoho to track my buyer leads for real estate and have customized many of the functions. What I would ideally like to do is to input all our properties (which we can do using the existing products tab) and be able to match products (ie properties) with leads. For example a lead looking for a property in a certain areas between price a and price b would come up as a match. Conversely, if we add a new property it will match with buyers who match the property type and price range etc.
Can I share my customized CRM DB template so others can use?
Anyone who has been out on the job market in the past year knows how brutal it is. I am creating a customized db that will allow me to track my employment search as if it were a collection of marketing campaigns. Is there a way to allow other job seekers to setup their own accounts and copy my CRM customized template?
