Search Function Limitation
Hi there, I am having problems with search function within sales order and puchase order etc. Firstly can this be customised: The issues that i facing are: - when i search for a product within sales or purchase order, it either bring back all product or none. - even i have seletec a vendor it brings back all the vendor products. - it only lets search by product name and doesnt allow multiple field search - it shows by 10 per view when showing all, can this be changed to 50. - Also can multiple field

Importing Data to Custom Fields
We are trying to import data into cutom fields that we have created. When importing the data, it doesn't import correctly. Some of the accounts do not have all of the data. Can anyone suggest a better process for importing custom data?
Role/Permission Help
Having a challenge getting my roles and so forth correct. Would someone review the attached and offer me some advice. My main challenge is getting the Regional Managers to see their own and their subordinates permissions to where they can see their sales channel. I would appreciate some guidance on the topic. I may need to upgrade, but any help is appreciated. Anyone up for a conversation?
Can't view e-mails within Zoho CRM
I've found a bug / feature with the 'e-mail' functionality within ZohoCRM. if I go to a Contact and send them an e-mail within ZohoCRM it sends an e-mail successfullly but if i click on the link to the e-mail within the Contact screen it just pops up a blank window. I have had similar problems with parts of ZohoCRM not displaying properly - these were fixed by updating my timezone and locale settings. I have the Outlook plug-in and e-mails sent via Outlook and then linked back into ZohoCRM

Cannot sign in
Hi, I was invited by mail from my CRM Admin and I signed-in and confirmed the confirmation mail. But I cannot log-in the CRM app. I only reach the Personal space and it asks me to create a new CRM log-in, but than I cannot use the database we have. Is there any further setting I've to adjust? Cannot see Quotes or Sales Orders in 'Description Information' for Potentials
I have organised my Potential Details so that Quotes and Sales Orders are visible in the section 'Description Information' on the Potentials page but they do not appear. I can make all the other fields appear or not as I so wish, Notes, Stage History, Attachments etc., but Quotes and Sales Orders stubbornly fail to appear. Why? Thanks, Nick

Sorry for that but I can resist temptation to tell you that you MUST use some CRM. I post many tickets and still getting same question: " Please let me know your convenient date and time along with your contact number, So that we can have an online meeting and fix your issue. " Please, don't ask me that again and again - I am convinient every working day from 9 to 17 CET at the same phone number as usual. Automatic tasks on Lead Creation
I am trying to setup CRM so that whenever a Lead is created a task is automatically created as well. I have setup the Task Rule with the following due date: WFRule Trigger Date plus 4 (I also tried with WFRule Trigger Date Plus 0) But the help documentation does not tell me what will trigger this task creation. Which potential stages show in Pipeline?
I could not find any information about this topic yet: I have added a few stages to my potentials, one of them being "Project Cancelled" and another one "Partial Closing". CRM Calendar Features
I'm relatively new to Zoho CRM and am still trying to understand the depth of its features. There are two things I would like to do. Please bear with me as I have some specific details I would like answered. Synchronize the CRM Calendar with my Outlook calendar. Does the Outlook plug-in work with the CRM calendar? Importing Contacts from salesforce - Reports To field does not resolve object ID
Hello, I have imported a Contacts list from salesforce.com using the "Migrate from other CRM" tool - and have mapped the "reports to" field to show the reporting hierarchy between contacts. The data comes across ok - but shows the "reports to" field with the object ID - ie it is not reolved to the actual contact name. For example - Reports To:0034000000U1zURAAZ The same functionality works fine for Accounts and Parent Accounts - I have imported these in the same way and they show the correct relationships

hello, i am trying to export my Leads data and succesfully i have been able to export 3000 records, but the thing is i am getting the first 3000 records instead of the last 3000 records out of the 4000+ records i have how can i do this? is there a way to have the export selection to get latest records?for example records fromm 3001 to 4000 instead of records 0001 to 3000. please help
Data Import
I have been testing the migration of data from Saleslogix to Zoho CRM. Some 5K accounts and 10K contacts. My first attempt went well with contacts linked to accounts and all was well. However, I missed some items and decided to startg again. So I rolled back previous imports and deleted data where this was not possible. I re-imported accounts and contacts using the accountid as the ference point. Unfortunately the accounts do not show contacts but contacts show related acount in list view

Are custom objects/tabs still on the roadmap? These are a key decision point for my company between Zoho and Salesforce. Is there an ETA on this feature? We have renamed Accounts -> Organizations and Opportunities -> Projects. But these new names are not reflected sometimes when creating reports. This could be confusing for end users. Please see the attached screenshot.

When searching Potentials, even when the Account Name is chosen as a search field it is not returned in the search. Contact searches correctly find Account Names. Example: Bob is the Contact from Dell on Potential 'New Computer.' Search: 'dell' Results Contacts: Bob Accounts: Dell Potentials: none
CRM Emails Sent
Sending emails from lead and contacts in ZohoCRM.... Is there a method to see ALL sent emails across CRM? i.e. by date sent? We are using ZohoBusiness and we have incoming emails showing up in the mail inbox...but upon checking the sent box i notice nothing shows even though I am daily sending emails to Leads through CRM. I am very new to ZOHO. In an attempt to evaluate the product capabilities, I figured I should start by importing my current Contacts and Accounts. When select the "import my contact (accounts)" wizard and select the file to upload, I get a response that says "uploading import file." That's all it ever does. Hello, I am amazed that are tools to help admins validate the data users put into Zoho. Looking at your press releases and your Enterprise Edition I can´t imagine how you sold to a company of 800+ users when there is no way validate user data. Web form to lead - not saving leads - not sending email template
