Add note now requiring two clicks?
Hi there, It seems there have been some changes to how ZohoCRM is functioning, in the notes area in particular. For example, until a couple days ago, I could click in the Add a Note field and immediately type. Now, I have to click a second time in the field that opens up, in order to add content. How can I go back to the way it was, i.e. click once and type into the Note field? Thank you.
Space problem between paragraphs in massive e-mailing
Hi, My e-mail template looks perfect in the preview but when I send it to my contacts, it doesn't have the spaces between the paragraphs and lines I put in it. Why is it so? what can I do to fix it? Thank you very much!
Can I have various users using the same account
Is it possible to purchase one CRM user account and have various employees use it? I dont want to purchase an account for each employee, its expensive for our company. Can we buy 1 user account and then have a field that the employee enters their name so that we know who is using the account or who is editing information. For administrator level activity can we also do that inside of the same user account, using a password? or should an administrator have a separate user account purchased?
Formulas displaying while creating
Hi, Currently, custom formulas only evaluate after fully finishing a form. I am aware that in the potentials module the "Expected Revenue" field updates as you type in values in both the amount and probability fields. This means that there is functionality for formulas to visibly update, but there isn't any availability to create custom formulas to do this. Is this possible? How long will it take for this to be implemented?
Copying interface configurations
Hi! I have been using Zoho for a few years and have been able to customize my user interface to my specific needs. Now a business partner would like to sign-up for Zoho and because we are in the same line of business he can use most of my interface as is. Questions: Is there a way to export just the CRM interface configuration without exporting the data? And is there a way to import those settings into his account? This would avoid having to rebuild the interface from scratch in his account.

Contact and Account Integration
I've been working with Zoho CRM for about a month now and am quite frustrated with the lack of integration between Contact and Account records. Perhaps someone can tell me a better way. We are a software VAR and as such, we need to contact our clients through a variety of querys. For example, At the Account level, I'm able to add what Products the client owns. Sorry, you can not create more workflow rules of selected module in current edition.
We currently use Professional edition, so we're limited to 10 workflow rules/module. I understand that if I upgrade to Enterprise, we will have 30 rules/module. However, this is not enough. Is there any way to increase the number of workflow rules/module? Ideally, we would like to have 50-100 rules/module. Thanks! Brock

Attachment Upload does not set modified or access time
Bug: Uploading a new attachment to a Lead should set the Lead's "Modified" time to the upload time; currently all time fields are unaffected. Explanation: When a new attachment is added to a Lead, neither the "Modified" nor "Last Accessed" times are touched, so there is no way to get a list of Leads with new attachments short of checking every single Lead with an individual API call. Zoho won't connect with Gmail
I am getting an error message when trying to send email from ZohoCRM through my gmail account. It used to work sometimes but now won't work at all. I get the following error message in Zoho. How can I fix it? P.S. The error message says to log in to my web browser but I am logged in and I still get the error message. Error while processing the request! Hi Everyone! I'm just getting started with the free version, and I'm considering to get the paid one. However, I want to make sure that the CRM will fit my needs first. I have a few questions: Can I customize fields (add new ones) in the accounts layout? Can I have reminders on my tasks, AND repeat them when I repeat my task on the future years? Can I export all my Accounts in one "master client list" if I need? Can I attach external PDFs to the accounts? Is there any calendar available on the software?

Desription Field
On the Accounts page - description field. As I add information into the Description Field it pushes the two column information on the Accounts page over into two pages. This only happens on my PC - note Ipad or Iphone. This just started happening. The information going into the Description Field previously wrapped itself in the provided box to keep all Account info on one page. I cant figure it out Any help out there?

When I export to PDF a quote or other things (invoices, …) that has more than 1 page length, the PDF generator does not work properly…..what I should do to see the headers in ALL the pages??....I cannot see the header (logo, …) in the 2nd page!!

Screen viewing problem in Case Information section
Within the last week or so, my screen suddenly changed, such that the Case Information section is all the way to the right...sometimes completely off the screen and sometimes half-way off. I have to grab the tool bar and shift the entire screen to view the data. Nothing else on the Case page seems to be affected. Can this be fixed? Also, as a side note...really dislike the "Add a note" verbiage that started appearing about a week or two ago in the Case notes section...and which you have to delete

Hello, One of our users is receiving email notifications everytime someone posts a new thread here or one is updated? I'm not even receiving updates on the threads I posted it's driving him nuts. How to transfer free trial version to PRO Version

Is a b2c setup necessary or just work with b2b?
Just getting started with my setup and was wondering if it's just better to leave everything the way it is by default or go ahead and customize for b2c? Our company deals direct with consumers. One of the reasons i like the b2b setup is all the fields already transfer to each stage properly. (Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices all populate the fields properly coming from "Account") If I setup for b2c, can I remap the fields from "Contacts"? I don't see any remapping options for Quotes, Sales Orders
