Limitations on use of Free edition
Hi I have just moved from the 15 day trial to the Free Business Edition. As soon as I have I have tried to log a call and send an email. i get an error box as soon as I click on either action saying Sorry,you have reached the maximum limit in your current edition I have checked the pricing model and I see no notice of a limitation. P.S. I only logged one call in the Free edition so not much of a limit if this is true Martin

Setting up email to automatically apply after an opportunity stage is set to closed.
We use opportunities to determine jobs closing when a job is complete. When that happens I want to send emails to the customer at regular intervals of 1 week, 1, 3, 6 months, and 1 and 2 year intervals. I have the email templates prepared but I cannot figure out how to set the auto trigger when an Opportunity stage is set to closed to put the customers emails into motion. I figure it will take 1 workflow rule for each email but when I select the job to check for stage being modified it will nto let

Is ZOHO CRM a Joke Or a Real SAAS???
I am new to Zoho. I signed up only two days ago but I see so many issues with lack of support, buggy functionality, slow application response and inability to populate more than 1500 rows of data in one shot. I am not sure if this is the right tool. I have been trying to write a support ticket for two days now asking to find out why I am not getting new account confirmation emails and even support ticket function does not submit when i login as admin!!! What is your experience. Should I cut my loses?

How to Export a view to CSV
I'm trying to export a particular view [in the CRM] to CSV in order to import the list to Mailchimp. I can get to the view, but don't have any option to export this list...not even under 'other actions' as seems to be suggested by other users. There are over 4000 on this list, so I would like to be able to do it in one move. Although Mailchimp does have Zoho integration, it seems to only be able to import my entire database to a list as opposed to this subset 'view'. Any suggestions?

There is a field called customer email, and we want to know whether we can use the ZOHO to directly send reply to this email. Ability To Manually Enter Past Communications With Contacts?
Is it possible to to manually enter past communications with contacts? Say for example you a conversation(email, phone call, meeting, etc.) with a client off-line, yet want to record the the conversation occurred. How do you manually enter this into Zoho?

If I as the manager ad a note to a potential is there a way to alert the sales rep? How does them sales rep get notified of the note. If I add a task how does he get notified without opening each potential.
Map Dependency on Webform ? Possible?
I can't seem to make it work. I have created webforms previously with no problems. This time I'm trying to make a pick list webform that has dependencies. I've mapped the dependencies correctly in the customization section, but putting this into a webform the dependencies don't work at all. Anyone from Zoho confirms this is possible or not possible? Create Custom Page in Zoho CRM to Display Multiple Views/Reports
Zoho, is there a way to create a custom page or module in CRM whereby I can add multiple reports or views. For example, if I want a single page to show All Orders, All Customer, and All Events, and each of these would be a separate grid, is there a way to do this? This would be somewhat similar to a Dashboard in that I want to display multiple components based on Views or event reports. Thanks!

Just change to Zoho IMAP email. Now the only login credential that are accepted are for Zoho email. How do i connect that login to the pre-existing Zoho CRM account.
Zoho CRM - Invoice template not rendering properly
Hello. I have, in the past, been able to successfully convert an Invoice to .pdf using my Invoice template. Currently, however, that conversion process results in a .pdf that does not correctly render the Invoice image/information. The image that appears in .pdf reader is a series of alternating light and dark blue lines. Kindly advise on timing and method of solution. Thank you! Hi there: We used the trial period and we want to sign for a Professional license... What happen if in two months we decided to upgrade to Enterprise? Can we do that? adding users problem
First question - I try to add a user (amir@experitest.com) but the system inform me that there is already a user with that Email. The Email is not in the active users, inactive users or unconfirmed users. what should I do? Second question - how can I make the logging in to the system with google to be disabled for this account? I have users that are allowed to access the Gmail account but not to Zoho account. What can I do?

Case layout does't update
Hi, I created new cusstom fields for the Cases modul, then I modified the layout. After that I created a web to case form. Then i tried to modify the layout again, adding to the main section the standard "email" field, but it doesn't appear anywhere. I red that a possibility was to change the profile language and then reset it again, so I tried, but nothig. Can you urgently help me to insert the "email" standard field in the case layout? "Sender not verified" displayed when sending using Email Templates
Dear Zoho Team, We are experiencing trouble with ZOHO CRM when sending out emails with Email Templates that we have created. We added a new email address, verified it, then set it to Primary Email address. Following which we sent out a mass email using one of our Email Templates. The email was in good order. Access Custom View of Tasks on Andriod App
I have created a custom view of Tasks and have allowed all users to access this view. However, this view does not show up in the drop down of views in the task module of the android mobile app. I have tried resetting the mobile app several times, and I am on a wireless network on the phone. I am trying to Round Robin accounts (not leads). I have an Auto Number field on accounts. Here's my formula: ${Accounts.AutoNumber} % 3 I believe the issue here is AutoNumber fields are text, not number. How can I change the value of this field to a number? Normally I could use VALUE() but I guess that function isn't available.

But for some reason I cannot changed the "Record Type" after I have cloned the email to change it from Leads to Potentials. It is fixed as "lead' when all other area are editable. this morning our mail merge has stopped linking. Re have change nothing. I then treied to set up another test merge but we are unable to show contacts kast name instead it shows first name. Also post code does not link. Help. We have lots of letters to send out. Email help appears to be not working as well

Logo Size and Design / Feel
Looking to use and really impressed with so many options and features but... Logo size - 20K ?? - Sometimes we may need a logo to be a little bigger and placed centrally and at 20K the quality is poor when printed. All our customers are designers and publishers and having documents look good are key. The font, alignment and logo quality are all a little lacking on quotes templates etc. Also the site itself does feel as if it was designed by a load of techs with a very "windows / old database" tech
Can't see my calculated field data
This is a Zoho for dummies question! I have 2 custom fields in potentials: estimated volume (long integer) and estimated margin (currency). I want a third field that multiplies so =(volume)*(margin)*1000 . I tried this in calculated field and have no syntax errors, the field appears in the potentials view but with no value - in fact not even an empty box! Any ideas? Regards..
