If I have a Promotion where I sell items A, B, C, and D together, can I have a Product containing those? I need it to substract it from the inventory aswell. How is this done? What I really wanted to do is have a Sales Order which has all those items instead of writing them one by one. Thanks! Gery

Barely legible font!
Could someone help me out?! For some reason I can barely read the screens of zoho cdm, the font is almost transparent! I have no idea how to change this, and zoho gives no support at all! No one answers phones or emails, I don't understand how this software is so famous, having such awful customer service.
Adding customised fields
The facility to add customised fields is not available for users who are setup as CEO administrator?
Calling contacts,leads, accounts, etc from my Galaxy S3
when i am on my galaxy S3 and i am on a website and touch a number, it automatically brings up my phone, ready to make a call to that number. Why cant I do that from the zoho website accessed from my galaxy 3?? Why would a service like skype and google voice even be necessary?

New Module - fill out account and contact information
We have created a new module and see the potential, but, we have added the account and contact field to this new module and are having 2 issues. 1) When we populate the account and then go to contact, zoho crm should limit the list to show "associated" contacts, but this doesn't work. It does work in our "standard" modules that are part of zoho. How can this be enabled? 2) And, in this "new module", I am now scheduling activities but for each activity I have to manually set the contact even though
Displaying Task Owner in Open Tasks on Home Page
I have the Open Tasks list on my Home Page. However, it shows all Open Tasks, including those that do not belong to me. Is there a way to show only MY open tasks? What would be better is if I could sort by Task Owner.

How do I set up territories?
I am in my trial period for the professional version and we wanted to test out the territory function. In the user guide, it says to activate territories from the setup menu, but we don't see that option. Are we missing something? Or is the functionality not available to trial users? Thanks!
Creating a list for direct mail from contacts + accounts

Account details are pulling into new Sales orders - instead of Contact details

I am sure the solution is simple, but I cant seem to find my brain at the moment. Here is the scenario. We want to send our paying customers an automated e-mail on the 27th of each month letting them know their credit card on file will be charged on the 1st of the month for their subscription. I have the e-mail ready, but cannot figure out what criteria, or exactly which zoho process I need to setup, or what to base it off of, to make this occur. Lead, Contact, Potential, and after that?
Let me see if I understand this right... I have the Lead, I qualify it then becomes Contact, I finish up the details and then becomes Potential. So now in this potential I add the products I'm sending to him. How can I put a quantity of each product? How can I make them remove from the inventory? What should I do next? I've imported accounts from different sources. I'd like to know how I can stop a Standard User from viewing specific accounts. I've made custom views and in 'Who can see this view', I've chosen which user can view. But if they select 'All Accounts' they can see everything anyway. Please help, Thanks

The outlook plugin is not working and it took me to come on the forum to find out that ZOHO is working on updating it. Could ZOHO send out a mass email if they are updating some things so people are well informed that things might not be working correctly. How would you link a previously made custom field to another module? I noticed that if I make a custom field now I can also create it for the other modules but I have existing custom fields that I now need to link up with the other modules and transfer information when the lead is converted. Today when I went into Zoho, I find that all the lists (email templates, contact lists, etc.) now have a bunch of space inserted between EVERY LINE!! This is extremely annoying on two counts: 1) It's much harder to read! The eye has to alternate between line of text and white space, rather than being able to just go down a list focusing on text. 2) It requires so much SCROLLING. If I have an Account and Contact and a Potential, if I add a note to a contact, I don't see it on the Potential. This is wrong, IMHO. Thanks

Changing Password of Users
I am the Administrator of the Account/s on the CRM I want to change the password of the users from my login ... Sometimes people chages but we do not want to deactivate teh accounts we have. Or periodicaly we want to change Login/password Is there a procedure for this? For example I can deactivate them...but cannot find a way ...
