Timed Based Actions - Upcoming Actions
In your help area you state it is possible to view upcoming time based actions as follows "You can see the list of scheduled actions for individual records under "Upcoming Actions"." Where do i find this option to view Upcoming Actions?
Where can I see upcoming actions for a lead with a time-based workflow?
I've set up a time-based workflow for a lead (on creation). According to this page http://www.zoho.com/crm/help/automation/workflow-rules.html I should be able to see upcoming actions, however I cannot find this tab. What am I missing?
Rolling last weeks actions
Hi I would like to customize a reports, that shows all my accounts and the notes that has been modified or created the last 7 days. I have created the reports, that show the account and the notes, but in the criteria tab, I would like to have like; Note created time - IS AFTER - Subdate(now(),d,7) I also would like to be able to use the SUBDATE in the same ways in the views to create our follow up lists! Can't confirm a user's email address
Howdy - I added a user, but he took forever to confirm his email. I have deactivated him and reactivated him, but everytime ZOHO sends him a confirmation email, the url fails and says its outdated ... please help?
Can't add user to account - id already exists
Hi, I tried to add my colleague to my new Zoho CRM instance but I can't because the email address is already associated with his existing account and I get the message: "Zoho CRM ID already exists. Please use a different Zoho CRM ID." I can't use a different ID as that is the only email address that would be valid. How can I add my colleage to this instance of CRM. Does he have to delete his existing account ? Where do I go from here ? Many thanks, David

Is there an Email address for my account in the CRM that I could manually forward emails to for auto assignment with contacts? I'd like to send an email to a contact and bcc to some address at Zoho (like abcdefgh@zohocrm.com) so email would go to the contact and also appear in the contact's CRM record.

New user setup problem
I am the Zoho CRM admin, and trying to setup a new user. Every time he clicks on the e-mailed link to setup a new account, he is able to enter a user ID, but when he clicks continue it brings him to a screen that indicates he should contact the administrator to gain access to Zoho CRM. What is going on? He did have another account in the past, but we've made sure he's logged out of that first.
Logging the amount of leads given out to sales people
Hi, We've been a user for 3 years and i still havent worked this out yet. I need to know how many Leads have been distributed to each sale person. I need a report that shows how many during the month regardless of what happens to them...i.e closed, converted, closed won or closed lost....... The standard reports dont do this.......... does ZOHO crm log how many have been transfered to a user? Chris

If I let user use outlook to send receive email, will the emails show up in Contacts and Leads
Hi, We currently do not let our users use Outlook. We use the feature in Zoho for Leads and Contacts to view the emails sent or received by our users form the Email section under Leads or Contacts. If I let them use the Outlook plug in, will the emails they send and receive to leads and contact form Outlook be added, stored, and available for review from inside the email section of Leads and Contacts in Zoho? ALL Users of Mail are set at "Complete Sharing", some users emails are visible, some users emails are not available.
Hi, All users of Zoho Mail are set to Account Type: Complete Sharing however two of our users emails do not show up in the list of sent or received . I have checked all the setting in Zoho Mail, all users are set to Complete Sharing. Any idea why two of our users emails would not show up in the list of emails under Accounts or Leads? Thanks Steve

Since you can associate a lead with a LinkedIn account, it would be ideal if there is no photo on the lead - that the CRM will automatically add the photo from LinkedIn or Facebook.
Importing Leads without Last Name
We have a list of companies that we would like to contact, but currently we do not have a person at the company. Zoho won't allow us to import when Last Name is missing. Should we import these under Company instead? or should we fill in the Last Name field with "Unknown" or similar? Thanks!
I would like to end the trial period immediately and just get the free features?
I am setting up Zoho for a non profit organisation and am happy with 3 users and the free version features. However, I want to make sure I don't use any sections (tabs) or features only available to paying users. Is there any way to end the 14 day trial so the additional features are removed, leaving me with just the free features available?
Product images for pricebook and quotes
Hello, I am just setting up Zoho for my small company and many of the unique features offered are truly excellent! However I cannot find a way to attach a product image to a product code in the pricebook or product list so that it automatically includes it when a quote is prepared. Your World Clock Listing of place names and sort order Sucks
No offense, but the Selection Dialog Box for the World Clock setting sucks. It is NOT alphabetically sorted by Country/Region/City. It appears to be sorted by Time Zones, but it appears to use some not so common terms for City/State Names. You may wish to look at how the majority of World Time Clock Listings, Web Sites, and International Standards to see what Country/Continent/Region/State/City Names are used and redo your very confusing list. It looks like your List is sorted by GMT +/- Time Zone

Hi, We recently started an Enterprise Trial for ZohoCRM. One of the things we would like to validate if SAML SSO from our Identity Provider. However, I am unable to locate the SAML SSO settings page after logging into ZohoCRM as administrator. I did not find any "Control Panel" option in Zoho CRM UI. Show summary of all activities for a specific lead by lead owner. Want to know how many times and when the lead owner contacted, called, emailed or otherwise made contact with a lead/prospect. Over a specified time period/week or month etc. Seems like this should be obvious.
importing and duplicating repeatedly - URGENT
I'm importing several lists of leads and have started with the shortest one which is about 50 names. I am assigning the leads to one of three people in rotation using their email address as indicated in the notes. When I complete the import - the first three records are the only ones that show up and they show up repeatedly for a total of 51 records!! I need to complete this today as people are waiting - I sent two emails to support but don't know where they went because I can't find them. Hoping

field that is not mandatory still require data
Hi In both Leads and Cases modules, fields that is not mandatory still requires data before saving. In cases, if not the email is filled, there is a popup with message that it had to be data, and in the leads module, Webbsite are required. I have looked in the layout in settings, and this are not mandatory! How can I get rid of these popups? BR David

I am missing the Amount field for Potentials. Help !
I've looked everywhere. I've tried everything. All the documentation says that there is a field called Amount that you enter the Amount of the potential into. I however do not have access to this field. It is simply not there when I convert a lead to a Potential or when I add a new potential. Therefore the Expected Revenue from a close remains at Zero. google apps gmail in zoho crm not working
I am not able to see the Google Apps Gmail in my Zoho CRM account. I am only able to configure calendar and contacts. Is there a step that I am missing? I have enabled Google Apps. I also logged into Zoho CRM using my google apps login. I do see the Zoho CRM Search form on the bottom of my emails when using the Google Apps gmail account. Many thanks- Richard

Sorry if this has been asked before but I haven't found anything specific. I'm doing my initial experiments with Zoho CRM and I'm trying to filter leads and contacts for mass mailing, using data from opportunities or products. Examples: -I want to send an email to all contacts that have purchased a certain product. -I want to send an email to all contacts that have an open opportunity fulfiling certain criteria. -I want to send an email to all invites in an event.
