Need help with Lead Conversion
Hi guys, I have a quick question. When I convert a lead, I want to be able to choose to which modules the lead information is exported now...By default, right now a lead is converted both to Account & Contact. I want to be able for instance to choose that my leads are converted first to Account and then if everything is OK, I want to manually convert the accounts to Contact when I press convert in the account registers. Can someone pls help me achieve this? Thanks!! Nico

Automatic follow tasks added to leads?
Is there a possibility to automatically add follow tasks when a lead is created? IE #1 First call #2 Second call 3 days later #3 3rd email 5 days later etc etc. Thanks!
Problem importing contacts from xls file with 64 email addresses into my free plan
I have an Excel file with 64 email addresses I am trying to load into my free plan account. Zoho warns me that if I import this file it will go over my 500 limit since it believes there are 700+ contacts in the file?!?!? any advice welcome as to how I do this/what I have done wrong. How can i add notes from individuals to their company and campaign record?
Is it possible for any notes that are added to an individual record to be automatically added to their company record notes, and if they are part of a campaign, for that campaign to have the notes populated in there as well?

Copying custom field from Potentials to Quotes
I have a custom field in Potentials called "Job Number" which is a numeric field. When a Potential is won I want to then create Sales Order (or Quote) which also has this field so that when I select Potential Name in the Create Sales Order form it automatically fills in the custom "Job Number" field. I've been knocking my head against a brick wall all afternoon trying to wkr this out so would really appreciate some help. TIA.

I am trying to track my customer referrals. In the Leads Module, I have "Customer Referral" as an option in the Picklist. I also created a "Lookup" Custom Field called "Referred By" and pointed it to my list of accounts. Is there a way to mandate that if "Customer Referral" is selected from the Picklist, that the "Referred By" Lookup Field Must be completed, or in other words, to make this field mandatory if the Picklist equals "Customer Referral"?

Here in Brazil, the "neighborhood" information in the address is very important, so we had to create a custom field for that. However, the information that is filled in the leads form is not migrated to accounts and contacts; and is not transfered from accounts to quotes. How to automatize this?
Treat emails attached to contacts the same as notes
We use the Outlook plugin to attach emails to contacts directly from Outlook, which works great because there is barely any change to the workflow, just two extra clicks. The problem is that once those emails are in Zoho they can be kind of hard to find. A typical situation for us is to know that we have an email from a contact at a company, but not remember who actually sent it months later. user permission to see part on contacts
I have grouped my contacts by creating views: Group1, Group2 and Group3 in 'Accounts'. I would like my new user to only see the information in Group1 of 'Accounts' and not Groups 2 and 3. I have tried to change the User Permission settings, but seems like i can either let her have permission to see 'Accounts' or not give her permission to do so. But I want her to only see part of 'Accounts'. Someone please help me ~ thank you!
List price and sales order
Hello, Is it possible to associate a List Price with a client? Each of our clients has a custom List price. When we order in zoho crm, we have to indicate for each product List price. Duplicate Records
Good afternoon, I have set up a report via my dashboard which appears to be pulling in duplicate records: From the screenshot attached there does not seem to be any correlation as to why these are appearing as duplicates. How to limit delete right?
While I wish everyone from the company can be able to read all entries in the database, how can I limit the authority to alter (as in changing the owner of e.g. an Account) or delete (as one accidentally duplicated an entry) an entry if the entry was not created by the user? i.e. non-creator should be deprived of any rights to delete other's entry, while creator should have all authority to make whatever changes.
Attachments to potentials

Contact names are quadrupled on certain accounts in Account and Contact Report, why?
In a CRM tabular Account and Contact report I have selected the following columns: Account Owner, Account Name, First Name, Last Name,Email and Phone. Why is the output report showing the same name of contacts 4X????? Stranger is that it isn't quadrupling the number of actual contacts for all records. I confirmed the names are not duplicated at the Account level.

"Potential" Column Disappear from Purchase Order Display View
I have created "Potential" lookup field in Purchase Order Tab and added "Potential" in the display view that the staffs can easily view which "Potential" asscociate with the purchase order. It was working fine since two days ago data in the "Potential" column suddenly disappeared. Column heading "Potential" still stayed but the whole column is blank. Notes missing after Deleting Fields
Help! I have deleted a few unused custom fields from both my leads and prospects sections. I have now noticed that all of the notes associated with each of my prospects and leads have disappeared! Contacts to be associated with multiple accounts
Is Zoho going to add the functionality to have a single contact be associated to multiple accounts? We have many customers that have multiple locations/business and they need to be associated to multiple accounts. Most CRM's have this functionality. We love this system but this is a big problem for us.
Web-to-leads form - Case Origin Error
Hello, Last week I generated a web-to-leads form for my website. The form was tested and worked fine. Last night and this morning I have been receiving an error whenever anyone tried to submit the form reading 'Case Origin cannot be none.' See the image below. I have tried regenerating the code, changing the optional fields, deleting and re-imputing the code but keep getting the same error. I would be extremely grateful for any assistance. Thank you!

I would like my business partners, who send me leads, to be able to see a read only view of a custom Leads View or at the very least, a report showing the status of their leads. I know I can just print one but I want it to be automatic and the data in real time.

Why can't I add "Home Phone" to a Case?
I am using Cases to record technical problems logged by Contacts. Some are at Home (Residential) and others are at Work. Under Contacts i record Home Phone or Phone (which is work phone) When I log a Case , there is only an option for Phone (Work Phone) Even in Customization - Layout, there is no option to add in Home Phone to a Case. I even upgraded to Pro version trial but no joy. I am left with the only option of re-importing records and pointing Home Phone records to the Zoho "Phone(Work Phone)

How to add target list in campaign?
I am new to zoho and my aim is to use it mainly for tracking marketing campaigns. I own an estate agency and we do have quite a volume of marketing going out every month. I understand the meaning of leads in zoho but my question is this. When I do a targeted campaign with letters to hundreds of people do I add them in zoho as leads or do I keep them in the csv file and add the file in the campaign? If yes then how can I add a file to a campaign? Any insight would be helpful as I am really new to
