How can I stop my calendar from being shared with my sales team? I currently have two-way synchronization setup with Google Apps but I don't want to share my calendar in Zoho CRM with anyone else. Can I change this? I am the account administrator for our Zoho CRM account.
Parent and Child relationship within a Potential
Hi team, I have few clients that are wholesalers. They have POTENTIAL which go through tender process by their resellers. Now if 5 or 10 reseller bids for this tender only 1 is going to win. Now its not ideal to have 5 or 10 different potential as it is only 1 potential. Same quote will go 5 or 10 different reseller (in this case Account or Contact). So there is only 1 true potential. But by adding a potential to all the clients the pipeline is scewed and it would be wrong as the expected revenue
Cannot download attached document
I have attached a document (I have tried pdf and xls so far) to an Opportunity but now cannot open it either in a viewer or as a download. Have tried and failed in both Chrome and IE. The hand appears, implying there's a link, but no action when I click on it.
Data Management
I would like to have a way to view data stored by user and a quick way to delete files or items that may no longer be needed. Currently you can only determine how much data a user has against their profile, but no good way to manage it efficiently.
Contact address/Company Address synch
We have been using the database for a month now and was wondering without re-entering our data if there was a way to get the contact address to show up in the company as well. All our contact addresses are actually the company address. Is there an easy way to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello, I am trying to create a report from Zoho with Sales order by owner. I have administrator privaleges but it says contact the administrator. We have paid for the professional edition but I can't manage to get the report. The profiles show al of th eboxes ticked so i don't understand the issue. Any help would be great

I thought there might be a simple check box within the accounts form to do this, similar to the "share emails" check box that is within the contacts form, but there is no such box. I also thought of making my accounts, contacts, and activities private, and then assigning any shared accounts to my subordinates.

Dear Zoho CRM forum, We are at the moment implementing the Zoho CRM system into our business, and we have several list build up over the years. Many of these lists are sorted in Company, First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email, Title etc. What I would like to do, is to first create the company account and then create the contacts from each company. Help using Zoho to track client email conversations
Howdy Zoho experts- We are Zoho CRM users and Zoho Projects users. I would like to find a way to use Zoho to track all client email conversations. Ideally this would integrate with my Google Apps email, such that I could review all conversations threads from my domain to a given set of email accounts. For example: ClientOne has jenny@clientone.com, and jimmy@clientone.com. While my individual employees will have direct email conversations with Jenny and Jimmy, I would like a management dashboard
Why are emails separate from activities?!
Why does Zoho CRM treat emails separately from activities? Every other crm allows them to be reported on together with calls. Activities should be for logging any communication with a client. Is there any way to report these together and integrate them into dashboards together? Ugh!
How to change language words and Carrier?
Hi! Just getting started and I found that some words are translated wrong in the swedish language. "Quote" for examle is "Offert" in swedish not "Citation" as the default translation is. How do I change the translation? I realy do want to be able to send Quotes (Offerter) in the swedish language but as it is now nobody will understand what "Citation" means. My second question is how do I add other carriers than the ones that are in the scroll list? or choose not to have a carrier at all, deliveryterm

Can't Send Mail
I've checked all of the 'send mail' topics and unless my account is blocked from sending mail the Send Mail button isn't working. It is not opening separate tabs or pages. Any help is appreciated.

I've just started using Zoho and am a little confused how I log a simple activity such as an email being sent to an important client, or performing a sales visit, etc. It appears the only activity I can add is a phone call. Would be good to know what I am doing wrong.

Hide field, only visible through setup
Hi. I'm trying to import a .csv file. I added all the necessary fields that I want to show when I am in accounts, contacts, etc. However, I need to import some "internal information" that I don't want to show with the other information. Is there the option to have a hidden field so that I can use it for the import an then just acces to it via setup, layout? Any other solution for this import problem? Thanks a lot.
How to reduce screens and dates for tasks and reminders?
When creating a task you are presented with a simple screen and a Due date, however if you want a reminder you just use a second screen and enter another date. Can this be simplified to only utilize the Due Date or combined the two screens? Cheers, Larry

Problem with Pop-Up Info
While I'm viewing my activities, if I move my mouse over a "related to" name their contact info pops up, which is helpful, except when it pops up right over their name when I'm trying to click the link. That happens semi-regularly. And when it does happen, backing the mouse off and trying again gets me the same result. I'm not sure what causes this because sometimes it works like a gem, info pop-up to the bottom left of their name. Other times it is a bear.

Using CRM for Apartment Locators
Newbie to CRM here. The business we are trying to use ZohoCRM is an apartment locating business. Not quite sure how to "label" the different stakeholders in our business model. Our "customers" are apartment management companies and property managers. Our "product" are folks looking to find an apartment to rent. Our service is matching our customers with our product - we receive a fee for this service. I'm trying to figure out what would be the best way to integrate these entities into the CRM
Does my contactlist in a campaign update with contacts ?
I've made a campaign (selection of contacts) in crm, ready to sync with Constant Contact. I question now if my campaign contactlist will be updated if I add new contacts in the crm contacts ? So, if I add a new contact (in contacts), is the contact added in the campaign list automatically (if the new contact falls into the selection that I defined in the campaign set-up) ? Hope it does... ?
Search Customization
Hello, I would like to be able to customize the order of results for searching in Zoho CRM. For example, if I search for a contact, presently the "Full Name" is far down the list of custom fields for Contacts. As a result, if we have Account Name, e-mail address, phone number, all selected, those will appear in the search results left to right before the contacts full name (link). Would it be possible to re-order this so the Full Name link for the contact could be moved up to the top of the list?

Hello, I've prepared e-mails campaigns in zoho crm using the filters. How can I see how much contacts I have selected (to check if my selected was ok) ? ps :I know I could work around by creationg a report, but this is not a fine solution (time consuming and even then I cannot immediately see how much contacts are in the campaign) ... When creating a new task, there is the option of Contact/Lead for a field. I chose Lead and typed in the name, but I can't edit the Open Tasks view to show the Lead name. Am I doing something wrong or is this just an oversight in the software?

Discounts structure in pricebooks
I am using Zoho to generate quotations. I have about 200 products that I am importing into Zoho, which works well. Now the problem comes when I try and create pricebooks for my 3 levels of client (Silver, Gold, Platinum). Presently to do this, it seems like I have to manually enter the discounted price for each and every line item in each pricebook. Using sheet view for editing products in Zoho CRM
Hi all, I have many products (all the variations of one product, just different colours) and I would like to update the description field. I can't do a "mass update" because the description field is not one of the available options. If I could edit in sheet view, this would very fast- and I am able to open the products in sheet view. So, as mentioned, I can open the product list in sheet view, and see my products. If I try to edit the name of the product, or edit the description, I save the changes
