error in null data file
This is the second time I have written to you asking for help with importing campaign data, a generic not so useful message of Error importing the null file, and have not received a response. I created a test file with the same named fields and populated every value in the event the error was being triggered by a null value, but still receive the same error. I'm trying to explore this product as a solution for our company but without this basic ability I can't in good conscience do so. alex.work.email

Changing Zoho CRM ID
There was a typo in the creation of a User ID and now the system does not allow me to either "delete" the user or change the User ID...what's the strategy here to fix this? Michael Cody

How to be productive with zoho
I am looking for ideas as to how others are productive with this suite of applications. I am currently an avid Gmail user, and I keep most of my contact information on Outlook at home. I have no CRM or PM tools so I am evaluating the tools here as well as the planner. What do you do all day long to be productive with your contacts and email without having to be signed into 5 different places? Ideally I'd like to be signed into the CRM all day to deal with the calendar and send/receive email. But
decimal figures
As my prices I need 5 decimals in all the figures fields. As far as prices I changed the settings but I can't do it as the fixed fields "SUBTOTALS" or "TAX", "ADJUSTMENT""(ex: QUOTES - My prices have more than 2 decimals but I can't save it because the fixed fields are setted for two decimals only and when I save the software generates a "error" message. CRM and time released emails?
Can I assign to a lead to what I call an email marketing campaign? I am evaluating Zoho CMR and the one thing I need is the ability to assign a sequence of canned emails to a new lead that are time released. For instance, once I assign a "campaign" to a lead the first day they get Email # 1, then on day 2 they get Email # 2, then on day 3 they get Email # 3 and so on ... As a small consulting business that is growing I am not sure I have seen ONE place that has this many useful products. Bug in Selecting Records for Mass Emails
When creating mass emails, in the Select Record Tab, the search function is not retrieving records. This function has worked in the past, but today is inoperable.

I just imported over 5000 records into ZOHO, yet when I run a report it returns only 2000. Is there a size limit for records that can be imported?
