I need to be able to track emails sent to my Leads, Accounts, and contacts. Other CRM programs allow this. How do you handle this in ZOHO. I asked this question a few months ago and was told that the next revision would address this. Is it in place now? THX, Al ala

I'm looking for an open source CRM tool that integrates with Gmail. It looks like that has been tested by some people here. Has anyone had any luck with integrating ZohoCRM with Gmail? If so, could you provide some detail on how you set it up, and whether or not you found it efficient. Thanks

I just added a custom boolean field. The default value is "False". How do I set up Web-to-Lead?
When I log in to my (newly set up) Zoho CRM account, all the links related to Web-to-Lead are grayed out and not clickable. How do I enable these, in order to test out the Web-to-Lead functionality? This feature will be vital for us in order to use Zoho CRM. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Problems Generating Passwords
Good morning. I have been trying since last friday to generate two passwords for boths colleagues on the free CRM version but till today no mail have been recived by neither. Could any of you give us any idea of what is happening? Once we go to user settings on the setup menu I tick on the users i want to reset the password and click on the reset passwords button. Then we get a Reset Password Corfirmation message telling that New passwords have been generated and sent to the following email ids.

Web To Lead Problem

Importing Contacts
I can not get the CRM to import my contacts. I does everything up to actually importing the data and it gets stuck. Nothing imports. I was able to import the data on the on premise version but the On demand version would allow it. Whats up with this? anyone else having trouble? I have imported Products with no problems. Any advice would be great...I am killing myself, 4 hours of trying and I am getting frustrated as hell. James
MERGING LEADS WITH TEAM

When I create an email template, the formatting looks fine. When I send it to a recipient using the mass email option, the entire message is placed on one line. Quote format
The quotes are not being formatted correctly. If I prepare a quote, everything looks fine, but when the quote is created, normal currency amounts such as $425.00 appear as $425.0 so the second decimal place is missing if the amount ends in zero. Also, the quote reference number cannot be modified and is too large a number. Also, the graphis (the ovals around the categories such as Valid Till) are not smooth, but appear jagged. Can we just eliminate those and replace them with an underline? Bob Leeds
