I had a question from my team that I need some help with. If a potential is in their first stage (for us that would be initial appointment / needs analysis) and they cancel their appointment, is there any way to have them revert back to a lead or is there a better way to handle this? How to submit data from a form to ZOHO crm
We filled out some forms with details (the forms are either in HTML or PDF format). Now when we press on the submit button located at the bottom of the forms, we want that only the data will be sent and inserted into the CRM system (data may be sent as XML). Is this possible in ZOHO crm and how ?
Importing Contacts
I was able to import contacts no problem in the On premises version but have not been able to successfully import them in the On Demand version. I get to the last step after mapping the fields and the whole thing hangs up. I have tried for hours to do this to no avail. Let me know what I can do. The contact aspect should be the easy part. Window resizer not work
I can resize a window by grabbing the frame and dragging horizontally or vertically. If I try to use the lower right corner resizer, the window does not respond. Bob Leeds

Make it easier
When using your software, we need to enter the same information several times under the different tabs. (e.g.- When you add an account, we have to enter the same details we entered earlier under contacts such as name, address, etc.). This software will be much more user friendy if we could import the address, contact details, etc from "Contacts" to all the other Tabs (e.g. leads, quotes, potentials, accounts, etc) Thanks, Lalith. Thousands of duplicates
I've been trying to upload a database. The first 6 times I tried, it "appeared" that everything worked fine, but after the data was uploaded, it kept indicating that 0 entries were added. On the 7th try, it uploaded the db BUT, it duplicated each account dozens of times, so now I have more than 100,000 accounts listed. So I guess I have 2 problems... 1) Why wouldn't my db upload properly? I followed the instructions but it kept telling me that 0 entries were added. 2) How do I delete all of these
URGENT: WEB TO LEAD
Approximately 11:30 - 1pm pm PST when we filled out the web to lead form here: ttp://triggertouch.com/bc When we hit save it takes us the the ZOHO log-in page. This is wronmg. install works, however, can't start
Hi, I downloaded the product the other day and I tried to do an install of the free version. The install completes with no apparent error messages. However, when I change to the directory and try to run run.sh I eventually get the following error message: Trying to start PostgresSQL server failed This machine does have a version of postgres installed from when the machine was installed. sales manager view?
Is it possible to set up the CRM so it offers a different view to the Sales Manager than to individuals in the system? I'd like to be able to view the individual funnel of each of the sales people on my sales team. If this is not possible, I may not be able to recommend using Zoho to my company. andrea

Unit Prices showing on Quote
I'm trying to figure out how to use Zoho to put together quotes. I've done one but it's showing the unit price. If I understand correctly, that's my cost and list price is my price, am I mistaken? If that's the case, why would I want my customers to know my cost? Please help me.

Hi, I am impressed with a number of your products, and support response even if member are non paying customers "just yet". When I hit the Sync Contacts button, it starts syncing but then it gets to 100% on the progress bar and just gets stuck there. It looks like its doing something but I'm not sure. I end up having to click cancel out of it. Melvin Ram

On-premesis setup hanged with 100% cpu and now I am stuck
Hello, I ran setup, and changed the default webserver port from 8080 to 58080. At some stage it said "configuring web server" and stuck there with 100% cpu on ikernel.exe. After waiting some considerable time I had to terminate the setup. If I am trying to install again I get an "already installed, please uninstall"-like message. However uninstall doesn't change anything, so I can't proceed. Deeper analysis shows that the problem was with writing the file server.xml . The file that got created is

I am using Zoho CRM for responding to web enquiries. As a result a key view is to list all the Web Download enquiries that have not yet been responded to, in order that we can email them individually or in bulk. I just can't get this view to filter any results. I have set it up as uncontacted registrations and filter for those that have not been set the Lead status of Been sent email. But it does not filter the results correctly. Can you help? thanks
