How to create a formula field across modules
Is it possible in ZOHO to create a formula field that gets calculated with information from other modules? For instance, I have two modules, Invoices and Payments In Invoices I create a formula field called Balance, so that every time that there is a payment record created my balance is updated. Can this be done? It seems to me that restricting the formula fields to their own module have very limited applicability. To be useful we need to cross reference different modules.

Hi all, is it possible to run scheduler type tasks from Zoho Cliq on the records in Zoho CRM? There are certain triggers that I am watching through another related app and have a BOT in Cliq. I was hoping I could trigger an update to certain records in Zoho CRM based on certain values picked up by the BOT, but trigger it from Zoho Cliq itself. Any suggestions?

Facebook and Linked fields
Hi, I see that Zia in the data enrichment can add Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin information for a lead or contact. Twitter field already exist in the CRM. I'm a bit confused, there is no Facebook or Linkedin field by default. Should I create one? I know there is already a Facebook integration, so created a custom field might not be the best solution, maybe I'm not seeing something obvious. Thanks for your help.

Hi there, I am new to Zoho and I am having trouble finding out how to create multiple pipeline types within the Deals module. Our company sells two types of products with completely different stages in the sales process. My problem is that the Deals module seems to only allow one sequence of stages.
