I am trying to build a proposal from information from Zoho. It no longer is pulling information for certain fields. What is the fix for this? I do not see an option to update.
Trigger Workflow based on Field Update from Workflow/Condition?
Does anyone have a solution or simple workaround for this? I have a Workflow that sends a notification email, then another notification email a few days later, then updates a field to XYZ. I have tried both setting another condition and an entire new workflow that when field is updated to XYZ a new email notification will trigger and another one will trigger a few days later. When I manually update the field to XYZ the second Workflow does trigger, but when it updates via the previous Workflow it

We integrate the CRM with Zoho Finance (Books) We also made a change of currency for an account in the CRM, and the value dont change in the Books. There´s way to enabled those changes? Also if we need to do manually I´m the Admin and I cant change it the value.
How to - predefined sorting of report columns
I have a few reports that I am having generated and automatically being sent to my CEO on a weekly basis.I need to be able to have a number of the columns re-sized and sorted so that the report is a clean and readable format for him. I can do this manually but how do I have the report generated that way so it is delivered (without my intervention) the proper way? Thanks
Editing Tables in CRM Inventory Template Editor
Am I missing something or is editing the html code the only way to edit the layout of a table when customizing an inventory template? I can't figure out how to easily add rows or change column widths without editing the html. I see the table button that allows me to insert a table, but it doesn't look like I can use that to edit.
Exporting stage history data
I want to know when someone has sent out an offer. I would like to use the date/time stamp which is recorded with the stage history data entry. As I am reporting outside ZoHo, I would like to export this data in CSV, but I cant find the export option for this specific data. Someone knows a way?
Mail Merge template for a deal
I have a mail merge template for a deal. I have attachments in the deal which are images. Am i able to create/use a field to automatically insert these images in my template. They will only need to be a thumbnail size. Some deals will have a single image, others two or three. But they must be unique to that deal. I have them stored in workdrive at the moment. Hi All Newish to Zoho, and discovered no sync between Zoho CRM contacts and Zoho Mail Contacts. Looking at Zapier as an option to sync new/updated Zoho CRM contacts over to Zoho Mail Contacts. How to modify, remove, or hide standard Contacts section from Accounts when using Many-to-Many module association?
In our business there are sometimes people who work for two Accounts, so we are setting up Many-to-Many module association for the Account-Contact relationship. Ideally, I would like to convert the existing Account Name field in the Contacts module from a Select to a Multi-Select Lookup. Is this possible? (I have not found a way). Second best is adding a new Multi-Select Lookup called "Accounts" to the Contacts module, then delete the old "Account Name" field, but the customizer says I can't delete
Create one email template for Contacts and Leads
I'm currently moving from Salesforce and it would be nice if we can create one email template that we can then use for Contacts and Leads. Right now in Zoho, even if we want to send the same email, we need to create two templates. In Salesforce, you can create one template for both and they handle the merge fields that way, so you know which field is common to contact and lead and you can use accordingly. Would it be possible to implement something similar? Thank you.
Importing a list of products to associate with accounts.

Changing billing and shipping state to 2 letter abbreviation picklist versus single entry (free form)
So, I contacted Support today because I want to eliminate the possibility for error or just to eliminate the potential for multiple ways of entering the billing and shipping state. The standard field is single line (manual entry). I want to just load the 2 letter abbreviation for each state and make it a picklist. Chat support says this is their current flow and thus not able to do it. This is mind-boggling. Anyone find an alternative? I removed the field, but can't delete and create my own new field.
Is the system updating without our knowledge?
I feel as if anytime I open the CRM something is changed around. It causes a lot of confusion with our sales team, and processes they are used to using. For instance, the "schedule/complete call" section is completely different now and its much more difficult to use, not to mention we are unable to put in the duration of the call. Why is Log A Call so complicated?
I simply want to log a call. The Create Call page requires a recording of a call. The page does not include the phone number of the contact that I am calling. I'm not a call center...I'm a single salesperson who wants to track activity, create a follow up task, and send an email. Why is it necessary to record the call? Why can't this be disabled? Font color and weight - make it darker!
While I like the functionality of Zoho, the font weight and color are a challenge to read. The light grey sans serif is popular/modern, but it seems like it was designed by folks with perfect eyes for other people with perfect eyes. Please change the font weight and color across the board to make it heavier and darker. The products I use are ZohoCRM, Zoho Sales IQ (primarily the desktop app,) and Zoho Desk. Zoho Calendar has a great weight and color and is easy to read.

Hi. I created a new user profile and assigned several users to it. Those users can't complete tasks that are assigned to other users. When I change the user profile to "administrator", the users can perform that action. I would like to know what module permission I have to modify to allow users to complete other users's tasks. locked CEO role
I signed to Zoho CRM and became a CEO of the company, which I'm not. Anyways we will just turn a blind eye to it. I invited my CEO and assigned a role to him. Now I'm thinking, let's say I will leave the company in the future - and what then? Obviously the company will want to delete my account, but then If I'm locked as MAIN account/CEO to Zoho CRM they won't be able to. CRM: WHERE suddenly events and invites GONE from contacts AND leads view
We no longer invite leads or contacts as the event section is gone from the layout. From our end, NO changes have been done. But now this important section is gone ?! via settings NOTHING can be fixed. How will this be fixed and why do you change such things without keeping us in the loop?

I'm looking for a way to track the efficiency and profitability of a booking (deal made/customer created) by following the booking back to its original lead, which has all of detailed info such as lead source, channel. We are giving our sales team to enter contract information. Our acctg staff is in-charge of assigning unique ID for these records. I would like to add button "Request ID" on top of the details page. Sales team can click on this button and if the record is missing ID, it will send email internally to our acctg team to act. Also looking to use email template in this regards. Updating a field from a transition in a blueprint
In my industry we collect contract end dates for certain business services and then contact them 90 days prior to these dates. I have updated the leads layout to include fields for contract end dates. During the transition which prompts the user to gather these dates, I have set up a "during" process which is asking for the end dates but it doesnt update the fields accordingly.
