How to create contact using Quick Create
Whenever I click on + contact as shown below, it takes me to the full length contact creation form. Can someone clarify how to create a contact using Quick Create? I checked help docs and saw lots of information about Quick create but I did not see any info on how to simply create a contact using Quick Create. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
Add Status to related Product List
Hello, When i add a campaign to a contact, i can choose the Status of the campaign and get it displayed in the related list. Is it possible to do the same for products? So when i add a product to a contact, that i have a similar dropdown field? Pictures below, Regards, Andreas
CalDAV Server
Just evaluating Zoho CRM on a trial. We would like to Sync to our business email / calendar server. We are using Zimbra and can sync mobiles etc using Microsoft ActiveSync or IMAP / CalDAV. I have used both successfully. IMAP will be fine for our email. The CalDAV settings appear locked to your server (see attached snip). Can this be changed so we can use our server?
Can I mass associate contacts with a product? Or only 1 at a time?
Brand new user here. I am setting things up. I want to know if I can mass update contacts to all have the same product appear in their related lists section, or if I have to do it 1-by-1 for each contact individually? It would seem a giant waste of time to have to manually associate a product with each account and contact individually. I read the "associating records" help document but still confused.
ZOHO CRM - Upload field validation
Hi , I have a scenario, during the stage transition in deals, system to check either set of fields are populated with values or the supporting document is uploaded in upload field before the stage is update. I cannot set any definite mandatory fields here as it is either or scenario. I tried through validation rule using function, the entity map variable does not have upload field or look up field to validate . I am not able to write work flow for upload field update. Any ideas or work around?? Thanks
MASS delete of ALL products
Is there a way to delete ALL products in the CRM? I need to get rid of MANY thousands of products and doing it 100 at a time is extremely tedious.
Why Cant You Delete System Defined Fields In ZOHO CRM?

Hello, I am fairly new to deluge and have a simple question. If you use 'datasrc1' as a variable for zoho integration in one function, can you use the same term 'datasrc1' as a variable in a different function with a different zoho integration definition without it changing the definition in the first function? Or will all variables definitions in the database be defined as the original coding? I hope I am explaining this clearly. Thank you!

ZOHO CRM JAVA SDK version 2.0.x - Setting Proxy In Configuration Property
We are currently using Java SDK version 1.0.6. We are looking to upgrade to the latest version of the library 2.0.1. In the latest version of the SDK it seems the property files zcrmconfiguraiton and oauthconfiguration are removed and replaced by property map. In the 1.0.6 version currently we are setting the following properties: proxyHost= proxyPort= proxyUserDomain= proxyUser= proxyPassword= We do not see these being listed in the latest documentation. Can we still use them? This is very important
Dashboard through REST API
Are we able to access the dashboard through an API even though it is not considered a module? I can access leads, accounts, deals, users fine, but not the dashboard data. Tagging in New Version

Individual Targets - Count of records related to Account Manager
I have a custom module which is owned by a user. The module is linked to an account and the account is owned by an account manager. I want to set individual targets for account managers based on how many of the custom module are created in a given period. I would like them to be able to see how they compare with their colleagues. The multiple bar seems like the right option, but it will only count the record owner. Is there a way I can use this in the above scenario? If not, are there other
Kanban View
I can't make the Kanban view to work on Leads Module. It just doesn't show. Whenever I click on the Kanban module y shows a blank page and that's it. Am I the only one with that problem? Can you please help me?

How to Query Deal based on Auto-Number Field
We have an "Auto-Number" field in our Zoho Deals Module that we label "Contract ID". This number is automatically generated on each deal. This is also the number that we hand over to our clients. What we are hoping to do is for our customers to register on our website, they have to type their "contract ID" and also their Zip Code (also a field on the deal) on a form. Layout of page shifts when I print

Hello Zoho community, I have the following problem: I would like to send an email to a group of people and would like to be actively confirmed that they have read the email. It would be nice if the email recipient had to press a button and thus confirm the receipt. I would have preferred if I had a field in Zoho CRM in which the date and time of the confirmation were recorded. BCC should trigger Last Activity Time change
Hi. I just started using BCC - much more user friendly than Outlook plug-in and more convenient than using email within Zoho. It seems to me that when using the BCC feature the "Last Activity Time" is not triggered to show the lead was emailed. This gives the impression that leads are not being managed when looking at this list view. Is there any way to have the Last Activity Time show that the contact was emailed? Thanks. Cheryl
Searchable serial number registration
Hi, I've been searching, but haven't been able to find a solution yet. I'm looking for a way to enter serial numbers in a way we can easily search for the number and instantly see the associated Contact/Account. I'd think this is a basic requirement, but it seems to be harder than I expected. If we enter the unique serial number in a note, whether associated with a Contact, Account or Sales Order, we can search it. Mass delete may have you delete unwanted records?
We recently imported around 20k contacts into Zoho CRM from a CSV-file generated by Salesforce. Around 4k of those had a field 'ISDELETED' that indicated whether those contacts were deleted in Salesforce. We mapped this field to a new field in Zoho in order to be able to delete them later on. Afterwards, I attempted to use the Mass Delete functionality where I used this field to filter the results. Alternating Lead Owner (based on fields)
I have two questions... 1. Is there a way to alternate that lead owner when a lead arrives? E.g. Lead 1 assigned to Salesperson 1. Lead 2 assigned to Salesperson 2 (Repeat) 2. Is there a field box to show when a lead was created, even if it is converted to a contact or potential. E.g. to show when it first came into the CRM. Now getting an "Invalid Phone Number" error when entering in an international format (like +1.888.888.8888). This is a severe limitation. Previously there was no problem with a phone number entered in this format......Why did this change???

Hi, I am using Calendly to let new leads and existing contacts/customers book appointments with me. I managed create a Zap that adds new leads to Zoho CRM as a lead. What I cant figure out is how to add the booked appointment to the lead or contact as an activity. Zapier actions dont seem to do that. Also: what is the best way to check, if a person who books an appointment already exists?

I have been looking to see if I have missed something. It appears that when I run a report on last activity it excludes email ! If I'm right on this this is a huge shortcoming. We have recently upgraded in the chance we were missing features on the free version...so far no luck on this. Thank you for your input.
