Associate emails with accounts
I can manually associate phone calls with accounts, but the same cannot be done with emails. A fix for this needs to happen ASAP. Here is an example: Attorney John Doe sends me three emails. How to create taxes based on custom fields instead of total
Hi, It seems that in all Zoho products, taxes are systematically a percentage based on the product price. However, taxes on products like alcohol are based on the volume of alcohol in a bottle. Different Profile Layouts for Different Clients
Hello, is there a way to set up different profiles views for different clients? Mass Email "Send Mail" does not update "Last Activity Time"?
The problem I am having right now is that I want to email a number of contacts through the mass email ("Send Mail") button on a specific view. Typically, I sort a specific view by "Last Activity Time" so I know who to send an email to. With that in mind, when I choose 2 or more contacts and press the "Send Mail" button, select template, everything seems to work. My contact gets an email and all is well. Having said that, the problem I am having, the "Last Activity Time" is not updated. My workarounds
Importing from Excel
Hi, I want to import a bulk of manually created data in Excel into Zoho accounts. I know how to do the final stage of importing the file on to Zoho. However i want to set up my Excel spreadsheet correctly so the data can be read by Zoho. Can anyone help me with an example of how the spreadsheet should be set up?
Add another email (CC) to Invoice and Email notifications.
Is it possible to add a second person in the CC part of the email for invoice and estimate notifications? I do not see an option to select a second person, only an option to select the primary person in the email templates.
Blueprint must allow loops
First, keep in mind that Zoho CRM is missing Verification rules. I you need to make sure the address id filled before changing a Deal Stage or Lead Status you are dead. There is nothing to ask users to fill data before they do something. An "Alternative" are the Blueprints. You can setup verification rules in transitions. So we are trying to create some Blueprints. When my customers purchase the memebrship, i want to refund their payments if they refer our product to 3 of theirfriends. Users endpoint returns users with empty email field
Hello, As a part of our sync workflow, we fetch list of the users from Zoho and process it. I noticed that for one of the Zoho's customers we get a list of the users where two of them have NULL as email. These users have CEO role and Administrator profile. Update Zoho CRM plug-in for MS Outlook and MS Word by April 30, 2020
Hello everyone, We have released a new version of the Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook (iOS and Windows) and Microsoft Word (Windows). The new plug-in will follow the OAuth method of authentication instead of Authtokens, used earlier to for signing in. We request you all to install the latest version of the plug-in for MS Outlook and MS Word before 30th April 2020. Hello, There have been many requests in this form over the years for the ability to see tasks on the calendar based on their due date. Since this is not currently possible, is there any way to create a web tab (or otherwise) where users could at least see the calendar and tasks side by side (or above and below) in one window? Pulling information from Contact to Deals
I have set up Contacts and Deals. On Deals I have a field where I can type in the contacts name and it will pull that through. However, I also have things like Date of Birth on Contacts that I want to pull through from Contact when I put in the customers name. How to automate a reply to an email
When we have a lead, we send out an email (using email template A) to that lead, which has an explanation of our company and our services ,etc. Two weeks later, if the lead has not responded to email, we reply to the original email (template A) and use Template B, which says, "I sent you the below email 2 weeks ago and you did not respond. Unique field Account Name RULE IGNORED ON SYNC in Accounts - ZOHO CREATES DUPLICATE ACCOUNTS WHEN SYNCING !!!! (THIS IS NOT ANSWERED) !!!!
When adding a company in Accounts, I have the field Account Name set to be unique. When you manually enter a company and if the Account Name is the same as an existing Account Name, the system will let you know that you cannot enter a duplicate value for Account Name, which is the expected behavior. I am finding though that the Account Name (Lookup Field) in Contacts does not obery this unique valve rule. So when I use a PieSync integration and sync contacts that have an associated Account Name
Showing fields only if applicable
I have set up some fields on my CRM. As an example they are: Address & Date moved in. What I want to happen is if that address is less than say 3 years, for it to then pop up with Previous address and date moved in to that address. I have the fields but I am struggling with how to condition them based on a time frame. Can anyone help?

Deals: Contact Roles and email
Hello, So i have some deals set up and I have added my "contact roles" so that my deals have multiple contacts. But when I try to add an email to that deal, i still only get the option to add 1 person's email? I thought the point of the "contact roles" was to be able to contact more than one person at a time? Email associated with the Contact
Hi, you can associate e-mails with a deal. However, if you list Email associated with the contact only shows the emails for that single contact. How can we show emails of all the contacts that are associated with the deal (under Contacts roles)?
Linking Contacts to Accounts
When creating a contact linking it to an account, it doesn't show in accounts as found, however it shows linked accounts. What am I missing to let Accounts show the Contact within the Accounts page?
Standard Links & Attachments
I feel like I must be missing this, but we use a small handful of links and attachments (from Workdrive) in our sales process. So I'm often sending an email from with CRM and have to hit the attachment button and go find the file in Workdrive or manually copy and paste link. Is there a way to have these commonly used sales collateral pieces be somewhere easily accessible from within the email composition screen? I thought I remembered seeing something like this early on, but now I can't find it.
Importing 25,000 Records with a 1,000 Batch Limit
I understand there is a 1,000 row limit for record import on the "free" pricing structure. I have approx 25k records and was curious if anyone could suggest an easy way to import them all? I would rather not manually cut up the csv 1,000 records/rows at a time, create 25 separate csv files as it could get messy and time consuming. Thanks in advance. Ramzy

Unable to connect PhoneBridge app to Grandstream UCM (asterisk)
I've followed the steps as instructed by grandstream's guide: http://www.grandstream.com/sites/default/files/Resources/ZOHO_CRM_Integration_Guide.pdf This works OK for inbound calls. So far we've confirmed it's making new contacts in ZCRM for inbound calls, but it isn't using the CallID, just the phone number. It's clunky, but we can live with it for now. What I can't get working is the OUTBOUND using the phonebridge app. I've set it up on a testing VM (my W10 workstation w/ linux subsystem enabled).

Hello, Is it possible to setup a rule of some sort to cleanse/format phone numbers to be in the same format? Our CRM uses Phone as the primary key. But leads imported from Facebook generally come imported with a "+1" prefix. I'd like to find a way to automatically delete the +1 on all incoming leads.

Converting an Opportunity into a Contract (2 different modules)
Hello, My company sells hardware and services (sometimes only new hardware, not necessarily associated with incremental service revenue). I would like to have a second module where I could manage my secured contracts for one existing account. The scenario: 1 - Opportunity is created in Zoho and after customer evaluation the deal is closed (opportunity won); 2 - Sales Manager move the opportunity to "closed as Won" and automatically the Zoho CRM create (or not for the cases it`s just a hardware sale)

Is it possible to set up a custom field in Zoho CRM Contacts that will sync to Outlook. Our Zoho CRM Contacts doesn't have a "company" field and it would be helpful to have that information transfer to the "company" field in Outlook. I search myself with the roles and profils settings but cannot find something to restrict only some data by filtering them. I think the right answer is to build another CRM right ? Mass Email limits
Hi there, As we all know the limit for mass emailing from CRM is 250 per day per user. Not a lot, but fair enough. Lets assume that i have used 235 of my daily limit of 250. I then "check" 50 of my contacts and send them a mass email. According to what i can see the following is then happening: - Zoho sends this email to 15 of the contacts (250 minus 235) but does not send the remaining emails. If that is correct it is a terrible solution, since there is no way (other than to check manually check)
CRM - Displaying Date Fields
In CRM, I have date format in my setting as DD/MM/YYYY. When I am editing a record, or even just a date field, it allows me to input the date in my chosen format. Once it is saved, it changes the format and displays it as D MMM, YYYY (e.g. 9 Apr, 2020) instead. Is there a way to change the display to my chosen date format? Also, is there a way to default all users to a specific date format?
Synchronize two related lists
Hello, I want to synchronize the products used by a contact with the related list on the company/customer module. So for example: Contact A is employed by a company/customer called "Random Company". Now contact A uses a product called "Sandwich Maker". Search not working for certain users and certain terms
Some users have let me know that the search function is not working as expected, they get taken to a page that tells them that the 'Page cannot be accessed' and to contact the administrator. I did notice that the URL doesn't have the query string that usually gets appended when searching for something, but when they manually add something like `/crm/org[organisation_id]/search?=plants` to the URL, it redirects them to just `/crm/org[organisation_id]/search`, which provides them the 'Page cannot be
