Using Google's reCaptcha with Web-To-Lead form
Would anyone be willing to share how to integrate Google's reCaptcha with ZohoCRM's Web-To-Lead form? I have set up my Web-To-Lead form correctly and the data ends up in the Leads section, as expected. However, using Google's reCaptcha creates an extra step to the server hosting my website when verifying and this is causing me problems. Zoho and Google Ads Integration (Feilds not populating)
I've been looking at configuring Google Ads Integration in Zoho CRM. I followed the instructions that were mentioned to set up Google Ads. Added 2 codes to the website. Now this doesn't seem to work. Hi, I’m a new user on ZohoCRM but have used other CRM systems previously. I’m trying to figure a way to customise the revenue recognition date in a deal. So we are system integrators in AV systems, and there can be a long lead time between closing a deal and invoicing, and often with a requirement for stage payments. Attachments Migration Not Working: "File Not Found"

At the end of the migration process, the attachments are all skipped on account of "File Not Found". Hi, I am using ZOHO CRM and Analytics for the custom reports. I've been trying to create a report which gives us information about our Leads to Contacts Conversion by Lead owner - but in some kind of time period (this month, last month...) I've managed to create a "All time" report, but I don't understand which filter I should use to filter out a relative time period. Is there anything as "converted time" filter?

Report for Historical Forecast Pipeline Deals
I am hoping to track the historical sum of Pipeline Deals from Forecasts for a particular day in the past. I don't think this can easily be done but this would help me compare the expected pipeline over time and make business decisions whether we have enough sales coming. Its easy to see the current number in the forecast module but the history seems more challenging. From a visual standpoint, in a graph, the y axis would be Forecast Pipeline Deals sum and the x axis would be dates. Any ideas?

Differentiate between duplicates
We are an event management company and have two venues under our control. When we receive inquiries we often have people interested in both venues. Each one needs to be treated separatly as we could lose one and win the other. When we come to searching for the lead we will have two options come up. My question is twofold. 1. Hi, I am studying the use of Zoho CRM for our companies. We have 10 subsidiaries linked with the head quarter. I am not interresting in having one Zoho CRM account for each subsidiary. One commercial user can have accessed to customers and contacts from one or two subsidiaries. A customer, a contact or a prospect is handle toward one subsidiary. Opportunity to Deal
I am planning out my workflow from Opportunity to Deal. The way my flow works it would really make sense to have what is now a Lead module be the Opportunity module until the 'deal' is closed at which point it should become a Deal. However the Deal module is really setup to be an opportunity module. What special functionality does "Leads" have that Contacts / Deals doesn't have?
There are many questions in this forum about regarding "Leads => Contacts/Deals" conversion. How can I permanently change the list of attached emails to ALL instead of the current user?

Hi, Can anyone please advise why emails linked to a Contact are not viewable? I can select any one of our many Contacts & randomly click on an email - some open some don't. Do I really need to use leads?
Hello! We just signed up for Zoho and are starting to work on customization. We sell to a very specific target market and I was thinking of not using the Leads portal but rather have a drop down menu for contacts to differentiate if they are a Target, Lead or Customer. What are the benefits of using a different module/database? For some of our customers, even if they do buy, I still want to continue to market to them like the rest of the targets/leads so what is the point of having them separate?

Why does timeline display full contents of deleted notes even if recycle bin emptied?
Since Zoho offers no ability to delete notes in mass or automatically like in a work flow, we at times have to delete notes manually. Recently we noticed after a note has been deleted, the note including the entirety of the notes contents shows up in the timeline.....emptying the recycle bin does not remove this info!..Has this been thought through? When does Zoho actually delete this data?

Hi all, I've discovered that the "Map Dependency Fields" feature has an upper limit of 500 records in the picklist! My picklist has just under 2,000 entries in it so the question is how do I achieve the same functionality when the "picklist" has more than 500 entries? Overwritten Lead Sources
Hello, At some point, I believe I may have overwritten the original values from within the Lead Source standard field. For example, let's say an original value for Lead Source was Partner and I overwrote that value to Web Form: Now, when I receive leads from a webform via Zapier and specify the lead type = Web Form, the result I get for Lead Source when the lead posts into Zoho is Partner - not web form. Unfortunately, I can find no way to repair this issue. Any thoughts?

I think it would be a great idea to send out email notifications (as it is with tickets) for new Knowledge Base articles and new notes added in CRM. This new feature has the potential to increase business efficiency by creating another avenue for communication within a company. Ideally, an administrative user should have the ability to choose what email addresses receive these notifications.

Update lead source for converted lead
How can I update the lead source for converted leads (contact)? I am looking at the Analytics-Sales Funnel, and I can see that there are leads converted to contacts that do not have a source lead. I am trying to correct them so we can use properly track (btw, we just standardized our lead source so the data is messy). I tried updating the lead source manually in the contact modules, however, it does not reflect on the reports. Is this possible? Thank you!
Zoho CRM Integration and German vowels
Hi Zoho forms team, we have the Zoho CRM lookup integrated and it finds contacts via Last Name. This works only for contacts who's names do not contain any mutated vowel such as ä,ö,ü. Any contact with such a vowel in his name does not show up (the search returns "No matches found."). Can you help with this bug please? Thank you, Jens

Is it possible to have components that make up an end product in the products section of CRM? Eg.. a pencil which is made up of lead and a plastic tube needs these two components to make up the final product which is the pencil.When setting up the pencil in the products section these two components can be selected.
CRM .XLS file lead import only importing the first 44 records
I have tried importing leads from an .XLS file that has 65 records. Only the first 44 of these show up in Zoho. I have tried the import twice and I have checked the data to make sure there is nothing in the final 20 rows that would cause an error. I received no errors on the import.

Zoho CRM Consuming 100% CPU with Google Chrome Helper
Hi, I'm not sure if anyone else is experience the same type of issue. But in recent months my Google Chrome Helper is constantly consumer between 80 - 100% of the CPU only when I have Zoho CRM running in the web browser. Every instance of Zoho CRM I am running (so say 3 tabs), each will be consuming this much CPU. I'm using a Mac Sierra with Google Chrome Version 67.0.3396.62 (latest) I used to be able to run 5 - 6 instances of Zoho CRM with no issue.
