CRM adding Google Calendar Events for my team
Hello all, I'm wondering what the best way is to port Google Calendar events to my team members when I fill out a "Time/Date" field in the Leads module. My use case scenario: We have Agents who are assigned to meet with a lead at their desired location, after an Inside Sales Associate has discussed a Time/Date. I need the Inside Sales Associate to be able to select this drop down menu, and have it copy this event over to the respective Agent's Google Calendar. Please advise. Thanks!

Deduplicating
Hi, Can someone help me? I have accidentally introduced a lot of duplicated Contacts to my Zoho CRM. I did a backup of the whole database and downloaded it into Excel. There were about 10,500 contacts. I then ran a deduplication in Excel of the Contact records selecting for First Name, Last Name and Account ID. This has produced a CSV file of about 7,000 contacts, which I inspected and which found does not have any duplicate contact names. Now, how do I remove the existing Contact records
Request Python3 SDKs
Currently `zcrksdk` claims it has `Python2 and above`. I have checked the source code it has `print` which is support only `Python2`. Could you give me timeline or plain to give support Python3?
What is the best practice way to mass update records?
Use case: we have 500,000 Contacts with the wrong Owner. I need to go through each record, compare owner to another table of territory assignments, then update the Owner based on assignments. I found three solutions. 1. Zoho CRM custom function - major limitation. Can only update 10,000 records per day. Time to complete: 50 days. 2. ETL - download all the Contacts, use a local script/process to generate a new CSV file with updated date, import to Zoho CRM. Slight limitation. Can only do 30,000 records

Why can't I use Proper or Upper Case on the Billing Province or Billing Code field?
All, Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong with the following function? All my other fields change their case properly when I call the workflow for the custom function. However I can't get the Province field or Billing Code field to work. I have al lthe agruments declared properly and I've checked the spelling multiple times. Is it a Zoho glitch? Column Charts in Dashboard not allowing more than 2 Groupings?
Having an issue where I want to use a Normal Stack Column Chart to track three different things - however you can only add ONE additional Grouping for a total of TWO (even though the sample picture seems to show THREE.) Am I missing something here?

Mapping multiple "contact role" per contact
It seems I can only map single "contact role" per contact. If possible, I would like to map multiple "contact roles" per contact. For example, I would like to map "Mr. ABC" as "decision maker" and "Engineering Lead". Is there a way to do this or can you suggest a work around?

How can I customize the New button
In a Contact, I can go to the Samples section and click +New to create a new record in the Samples module. How can I customize this +New button? I would like to have it copy some data from the Contact record into the Sample record when it is being created.

Zoho SalesInbox CRM Email Sentiment
We have configured SalesInox for CRM. I read from the resources that there is email sentiment in SalesInbox. Does it get activated automatically? I do not see any email sentiment in our emails. We are still not using SalesInbox; we will use it on Monday when we deploy it for prod. Does it get activated when we start using SalesInox?

I created a new module for Events as the standard Events module does not accommodate what I need. Is there a way to connect this custom Events module to the calendar so new events are added?
integrating ZOHO Docs with Zoho CRM
I would like to make zoho docs the primary location for images and files related to products, vendors and accounts in Zoho CRM. I have google drive set up in this way for Accounts and contacts but I would rather switch over to zoho docs for this and add the ability to have vendor and product related files also connect directly to their respective folders. Is this something that can be done and I am just missing the knowledge to make it happen?

Hello, We are using Slack and often mention deals, contacts and accounts from CRM in our chats. We post them as URLs, and that does not provide detailed information about the content. However some services like Google Drive and others generate snippets with details that are convenient to see and work with. Please could you let me know if you plan to make it possible to show snippets in Slack when posting a Zoho CRM URL. P.S. I know about Share via Slack feature. But it is not as convenient as normal
Cloning Templates and changing the base module
When a template is created you have to assign a base module, unfortunately once you have a template how you like and say want to use in a different base module (ie accounts instead of contacts) you have to start from scratch as i cannot see how i can change the module from one to another after cloning the report

Problems importing CCSV file containing swedish characters å, ä and ö
I´ve tried to use the ISO-8859-1 and the UTF-8 with zero success. Either the characters are changed to others or they are not imported at all. This has worked before and it really creates problems for us. Is there a problem in the databas or in the API? Territories vs. Territory Rules
Can someone please differentiate between Territories and Territory Rules? It appears to me that they are interchangeable, meaning I can automatically assign territories by using one or the other. I don't see the need for both of these options, unless I'm missing something.

The module does exactly what I want it to, however when I display the module on the app, the list of records is shown is organised by the record ID. Today, I edited some fields in the “Opportunities” section of Zoho and saved them. I then went to click on “Projects” and I get this: "Ouch ! Permission Denied It looks like you do not have access to this page. We'll take you back to the portal" This has never happened to me before. I am an administrator and I went and checked “Users” and made sure we all had access to the projects tab and we all do. How can I find which specific workflow rules are used by a Module?
I would like to go into my Workflow Rules and determine which ones are used by which Modules. I found something that shows how many Workflows are used by a Module, but not which specific Workflows they are. To find that, I go to Setup > Modules and Fields > [module, in this case I am going to Leads] > Summary. At the bottom there is an Automation section which shows the number of Workflows being used. Sorting Activites by location
Hi guys I am relatively new to Zoho and am struggling a bit with what might be a simple task and am seeking some help if possible. Currently, I am building an activty list from my contacts and have added the location field to the activty screen, however, it appears that although my customers have addresses in their records, the activity screen is NOT showing locations, and I am unable to sort the activities by location!
