Sorting Activites by location
Hi guys I am relatively new to Zoho and am struggling a bit with what might be a simple task and am seeking some help if possible. Currently, I am building an activty list from my contacts and have added the location field to the activty screen, however, it appears that although my customers have addresses in their records, the activity screen is NOT showing locations, and I am unable to sort the activities by location! Just wondered if anyone might be able to help me at all? Many thanks David

Delete lines in Sales Orders or Invoices
In order to be fast when placing orders, many times I just clone and then add or delete some lines of products. Everytime I deleted a line, there was a message, similar to "Are you sure of deleting? Yes /no "and "mark here if you don't want this message to appear again" I marked it, but now I can not delete any line of my sales orders and invoices!

How to use territories in reports?
I have turned on the territory function in Zoho, but how do I query the assigned territories in reports? I would like to run a report of sales on all accounts for a given month without using the forecast module so that I can pin the report to the dashboard.
Cannot accept invite
Hi, I'm having a problem in accepting the invitation from our account administrator. I have tried to accept the invitation by clicking the link in the email from our administrator, this opens up the webpage with the dialogue box with the 'Accept Invite' button. When i click on the button the page shows green processing dots and then just reloads the screen with the 'accept invite' dialogue box. Can anyone help? Modifying view in Campaigns (in Sales CRM)
Team member with the Manager, Standard role cannot modify the fields he sees for Contacts and Leads in Campaigns. As an admin, I am. It's the little down arrow that's next to the filter button that's missing. He wants to see name, title, mobile, phone, email for example but sees name title, email (for example) and can't change as I can.

Hello everyone, I am trying to automate some of the activities that the sales agent is doing and I need to change some of the leads status based on the call result. If the call result is "Not Interested" I need to change the lead status to "Lost Lead" and pop up a mandatory field to enter the loss reason If the call result is "Invalid number" I need to change the lead status to "Junk Lead" If I have 3 call results with "No Answer" I need to change the lead status to "Lost Lead" with a loss reason
Auto upload completed forms to contacts
Hi everyone, I'm trying to make a form that can be auto saved to a contact in Zoho as a PDF attachment. This way I can have our team fill out the form when meeting with a client then the form auto uploads against the contact in Zoho. I'm open to using any form builder but we already use Jotform for other things and it seems to work well. So a suggested automated workflow would be: 1) User completes a form in Jotform (or similar) 2) Form is exported to PDF 3) Zapier (or other automation software)
Assign originator / referrer to a manual entry in CRM
We sell programs for students to study abroad. When a subscription is submitted from our website, it gets fed directly into Zoho CRM. However, we have agencies who also send us leads and thus subscriptions are received via email, bypassing our website. These leads must be manually entered into Zoho. Is it possible to have a drop down with a list of all agencies so I can select who did the referral / submission ? I do not want to give agents access to enter into Zoho. Twilio & Zoho Limitations
No view exists in the modules that can be created which joins the Activities (Calls) and Leads/Contacts modules so that we are able in only one single screen to see who needs to be called, what kind of call it is, and then actually call them. Reports has a view but you cannot click to call. LAME When you click to call a small window opens up in the bottom right of the browser. THE ONLY FIELD PROVIDED TO ENTER INFO AFTER THE CALL IS DESCRIPTION. That's fucking useless. So I have to close the call

Hello, I organize events, but currently I do not collect information in one place.At each event I collect the data of the participants, but I never put them together.what I would now be interested in doing is analyzing all the data and understanding if there are people who come more often than others etc.If I add data to the CRM I can only import personal data, I can't understand how I can add information like: 06/06/2018 event X, 05/08/2019 event Y ...can anyone enlighten me how can I add this information
Feeds not loading
Hi, So when I click the feeds tab or try to tag someone in a note under a module it doesn't send a notification of any kind via email or in the notification feeds tab. When any user logs in and clicks the feeds tab it just sits there loading and never responds. Thank you for the help.

Tooltip Alignment Issues
Anybody else still having issues with tooltip alignments? When a field label wraps the the next line or you have a multiline field the tooltip aligns vertically centered. A vertical top alignment would look much better. Some screenshots of my existing situation attached.
Data scraping/automatic data import from emails to reduce data entry
We are trying not to have to key in data that is in emails or maybe even on web pages. For instance, we get an email with a signature of their name, company, email, phone. When we used ACT, there is a company called egrabber that would pull that data from the email into ACT's appropriate fields, let you look at it for confirmation or correction , and then if OK, import into a new record. I am looking to do the same thing with zoho. Egrabber only works with salesforce. The outlook pluggin we are using
Copying a field content to another, for 3k leads
Hello, We need to update about 3k leads, as we used a custom text field when we started using Zoho. Now we need to copy the content of this custom field to a Zoho field. We could copy paste the content for each lead, but we have 3000 of them (and more with the contacts). How could we automatize this in any way ? Regards

What is default system behavior for Sales Orders when re/assigning Territories? The help file only mentions Deals and Contacts are affected child records. Custom Function Almost 100%
I have a custom button associated to the products related list in the deals module. When products are added, I can check the boxes next to the products I want, a Create a Quote button appears at the top of the products list and when clicked the quote opens. Everything is working as designed except for one part: All the products in the list are added to the quote. I only need the ones choosen (checked off) to go to the quote. Here is the script. Lead Calling Time Category

Migrate Zoho CRM to another CRM
Hi have placed a request ID #32394054 but yet to receive any input. Due to some changes, there is a need to migrate (backup) a Zoho CRM database to another Zoho One CRM. Any pointers on how to do this as the input to the CRM is only csv/excel file. The backup has multiple csv /excel files. Any quicker way?
