Hi Is there a way if I create a email template (for eg. template is sent to the owner of a new Contact) is there a way I can make it link back to the said record. So, Joe received a email stating Hi Joe A new contact - ${Contacts.First Name} ${Contacts.Last Name} - has been created. Can you please follow up within 7 days. Exporting accounts pulls all contacts as well
I am trying to export our accounts to do some additional analysis, but the export pulls all our contacts as well. Is there a way to only export the account module and not have contacts included?

How do I avoid duplicates across all modules when I don't always have the email address? I've been importing leads from spreadsheets, many times we haven't found the contact information yet, especially because sometimes there is more than one contact to reach out to. Social activity not showing up? (Pro)
First of all, we automated social interactions such that if we get a direct message in Twitter or FB, it would create a lead. But it does not work as expected, to say the least. In the Social Tab, the last message (but only that) of ongoing conversations is shown in the column on the right, under the header that says "Unknown". The scenario is with our service we may need to follow up on a external request to a 3rd party after we send an email. My Jobs Tab - CEO - Filter
When your role is set to CEO and you click on "My Jobs" you see all the jobs for everyone in the entire organization. This makes no sense. This should have a filter function just like any other module so that the user, even if CEO can display only jobs that are relevant to him/her and approvals. Likewise you might want to see jobs for a specific user to monitor how effective they are. This should be an easy fix.

Is it possible to update contacts in Zoho CRM by uploading an Excel spreadsheet. We have systems that will not integrate with others, but we can export a csv / excel file. Is it possible to upload an Excel / csv file and have Zoho CRM update the contact information of the existing contacts?

Schedule - editing disabled + what timezone are they executing in?
I'm getting really confused here. My Zoho org is set as Pacific US Timezone (Seattle) but my account I set it up as UTC/GMT for clarity. (but physically I'm in UTC-5) Now I'm trying to schedule a function to run at 00:30 of Pacific time. What should I put in the schedule? Also are schedules somehow limited as to how many times I can edit the time? I was just trying to change the time to see what will be displayed in NEXT RUN, but right now I can't even activate it nor edit. This is sooooo confusing!
Automated Email New Account - Ninja
Hello When I create a new account I have set up a workflow to send an email to them, this works fine when creating the account manually in Zoho yet when the account is created from the Ninja forms integration the email automation doesn't trigger. It is set up as this will be executed an Account is created> rule will be executed for all records> instant actions email notifications then the email I have set up. Any help as to what I can do to trigger this send automatcally would be much apprciated.

Multiple Prices for Leads
This is more of a question on how to optimise the features within Zoho. The off-the-shelf product envisages 'leads' as an unqualified individual who upon qualification can then become an account with the prospect of 'deals' (or sales) being made thereafter. Can I delay assignment of leads that come in through web-forms, if they are being held in To Approve because they are a duplicate?

Workflow Rule not triggered when multiple records inserted
I hope I'm just doing something wrong here :D When using an import feature on Skyvia I'm creating/updating some contacts, everything works well but I also have a workflow that changes the layout of the record since the layout field is not accessible via API (?) I noticed the pattern where if I move one record the workflow is executed correctly but if more than one it doesn't work. Please tell me the workflows don't only work on creating/editing ONE record?

How to send/schedule recurring, individulaized email to contacts in CRM?
Is there a way to create a separate email for a contact and schedule a recurring send? I would liken this to creating a reminder within the Activities module with the exception of sending it to the contact verses myself or a user.
