Report Chart Disapears
Hello, Typically when I choose a report the upper right exhibits 4 functions as follows: "EXPORT" "SEND EMAIL" "EDIT" "CHART OPTIONS" When I edit and run a new (Summary) report these functions are replaced with the following: "SAVE" "EDIT" "CANCEL" The question, what happened to "CHART OPTIONS"? Also, the chart itself disapears. Please help so I can see charts once I run a new summary report. Thanks,

I am new to Zoho and am trying to create a deal. The "Expected Revenue" field is showing up as read-only. I am the super-admin and have made sure I have permissions set to read and write. How do I get this to not be read only?

deduplicate search field
Hi, I am trying to deduplicate my contacts by first name or last name. However Zoho only gives me the options of searching by fields email, phone, account name, or mobile. Is there a place where I can change this to include first name and last name? Thanks, Sarah
Associating Emails with Contacts
Hello: How can I associate an email sent or received from a contact with a different contact? Foe Example: I want to send an email to John Smith. The content of the email concerns another contact, Mary Jones, but I do NOT want to send the email to Mary Jones. I do want this email and any replies to be associated with both contacts though so I can keep them straight within the deals, accounts, and contacts modules. I have looked, but can't find an answer anywhere. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Hi, how can I have all the users feeds appear in everyones feeds so that people can see what everyone has been updating, I currently see all mine, some of anothers and none of anothers, I would like it if we could all see what each other is doing, we are all on a level playing field so we don't need to keep anything private

Hello, Here's what I am hoping to achieve. When a contact has a potential created I want an email to automatically be sent out to that contact. Mass update Accounts and Conatct Owner
What is the best way to change the account and contact owners? I have a list in excel with just the account names no contact names and the account/contact owner. Can it be done to just import 2 fields the owner and account/conatct name or will it overwrite all other fields as well to to be blank? Thanks.

Mass Deleting Imported Leads
Is there no way to mass delete more than 100 leads at a time? I imported over a month ago so there is no way for me to revert back. I can't believe no one can do this - surely other people run into this issue.
Tracking Products Owned
What's the best way to track products that an account owns in CRM? Adding a product to the account would seem logical, but from what I can tell you can't create workflows off of the products owned and you can't mass assign products to imported accounts. So, it seems like there must be some other best practice for tracking the products that an account owns. One that gives more flexibility.
Visits in CRM not visible
Two of our non super users cannot see "Visits" in CRM (coming from SalesIQ). They should have full access to everything, but "Visits" are not part of their view on CRM ?

Account showing as inactive
My other account userid :clicknetllc@gmail.com is showing inactive. I use that extensively everyday. I have several employees using it. I use the zoho subscriptions as well. All my clients information is in tjere over 500 accounts. I am freaking out, it is saying that my account is inactive. Someone please teach out to me and let me know what the heck is going on.
SalesInbox Activation for ZOHO CRM
We are on Enterprise CRM and I was looking at the SalesInbox Email tool. If I request access, will this effect all my users? Or do I enable this for each person? I have one user using POP3 because she needs the email button. Will this switch her automatically to SalesInbox if Igain access? Lastly, the rest of my users are using Imap... Happen to them? Thanks!

I finally figured out how to get notes into a report, all info I request to show is there, I see the field for Account Name however that field will not populate. Hello, I sampled to create an automated rule to convert leads into contacts. So I have used the workflow rules functionality.
